It's really close to the city center, and the sight from the roof top bar is beautiful. The staff was really kind. The breakfast was rich in options, and very tasty. The whole hotel was clean, and very well designed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Electra Metropolis Athens, with the view, location, breakfast and spa standing out. The rooftop view is unforgettable, with a stunning outlook over Athens and the Acropolis. The location is excellent, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of fresh and hot options, and the setting made it even better. The spa was also a great addition, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day exploring the city. Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel that made our trip to Athens even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were consistently polite, welcoming, and genuinely positive, which made a great first impression and continued throughout our visit. The breakfast served on the rooftop was a real highlight — not only was the food very good, but the setting itself added a special touch to the experience. We also really appreciated the flexibility: the team kindly allowed us both early check-in and late check-out without any additional charge, which made our stay much more comfortable and relaxed. This is a high-quality hotel in an excellent location — right in the heart of Athens — and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The gym is a bit small and basic, but still functional if you’re looking for a quick workout. At checkout, I noticed an unclear charge that I was told should be refunded within a few days. I truly hope this is resolved as expected, as it would otherwise affect the overall rating.

The location is very close to all the main attractions, the staff is helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning is super, the staff of the rooftop restaurant is very professional, warm, welcoming and doing all to make you stay warm. As it is Big Lent time in Armenia I am fasting and the staff made all the necessary food preparations for me to feel comfortable. Every day special breakfast for me. I am very grateful to the hotel staff ❤️

Location was exceptional 2mn walk from the main Syntagma Square, nearby a ton of great restaurants, stores, 15mn walk from the Acropolis, of which we had a great view from the hotel rooftop restaurant! The staff was pleasant and attentive, and the facilities well appointed. Breakfast was great and varied!

We almost missed an important organized tour as the driver had been there for awhile, while the concierge and reception staff merely instructed us to sit and wait in the lounge... I was uncomfortable when the cashier presented me with a 2.5K USD bill with the card machine already set for tipping a minimum of 10%. We travel quite a bit and this was a first, especially coming from a 5 star hotel. In fact, while the hotel was great, I really would not rate it as comparable to other five star hotels we've stayed in. The massages we got at the SPA were good, not great, as I would have expected for Euros150 a pop. Green tea was not systematically replaced when the room was serviced. At the stated level, these small things matter...

The location is amazing, but the highlight is the breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the breakfast area. It was very quick and easy to visit the Acropolis from the hotel. The rooms are clean and lovely, with good housekeeping. The spa area is also very nice, but be sure to book a slot when you arrive, as it accommodates a maximum of eight people.

The pillows were a bit too firm for our liking, but the rooms themselves were lovely. From our interactions with reception, Kostis made us feel the most welcomed… thank you for your kindness and helpfulness!

The kind service and willingness to help with everything. We arrived in Athens at 11 and were allowed into the room. The warm welcome was great. The location is very central. The room is large and spacious.

That the holiday is over and we have to go home

Great service and attentive staff, good breakfast range and very nice options, easy access to everything in Athens city centre including bars/restaurants/cafes and the Acropolis. We really like the view at breakfast :)

Very clean, designed well

The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff in it. I was made to feel welcome there and the staff were consistent with their hospitality. I left with wanting to go back to the same hotel which is rare for me. Its also located in the heart of Athens with a beautiful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop restaurant.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving so soon.

Staying at this hotel in the heart of Athens was truly a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the center of the city and within walking distance of many of Athens’ main attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making our stay very relaxing. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The variety and quality were excellent, and the view from the breakfast area was simply breathtaking. Starting the day with such an amazing view of Athens made the experience even more special. What really made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. A beautiful property, perfect location, fantastic breakfast, and outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens.

note that kids can use indor pool between 10 AM-2 PM amd to use that pool you need reservation. They allowed max 8 person there. The same with sauna. Large bed in suites had onlny 160 cm width.rest was perfect

Came for our honeymoon, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the breakfast is great, staff for the most part are friendly and helpful. The spa is great and the food at the lobby is good. Overall a good value for our money and a very lovely stay.

Gorgeous view in the dining room. Breakfast was good and varied, the room was clean, spacious, large shower and toilet. It's fun to have a spa with a sauna. The staff was very friendly, helpful and caring.

Breakfast was good and varied, but repeated itself every day. Saunas can be used by appointment, so it's less spontaneous. The pool was cold. There were nights when the hotel was noisy and we could hear the noise all the way to the room. To their credit, when we called reception, the staff immediately took care of it and calmed people down.

The suite was comfortable and cozy, amazing view, and other amenities. The hotel staff were wonderful and did their best.

I would be happy if the indoor pool were a little longer, for swimming.

Apart from a stellar location, top facilities and beautiful views of the Acropolis, I want to call out just how lovely the staff is. There was great attention to detail to ensure my children were served first and well looked after. We hope to be back soon.

Smell from a drainage issue in our bathroom was a bit off putting at times and we did report it so some improvement afterwards.

All in all it was very nice, but it really does depend on the member of staff you get. We had 2 at reception who were awful and unfriendly and one who went out of his way to assist.
