Great service, clean rooms. Excellent location. All the staff is very helpful and attentive, and happy to help as needed. Location is close to the heart of amsterdam meaning many things are in walking distance.

Food was fine but not excellent. Room is very small which wasn't unexpected as this is warned under the room I selected, but for the price it is quite surpising how little you get. Lovely hotel just a bit over priced.

Beautiful, clean rooms. Such an interesting eclectic hotel which is made up of many old canal homes now combined . Wonderful staff that were very helpful and knew the history of this fabulous hotel. The location was perfect to sightsee. The breakfast was outstanding and we appreciated that you could even order off the plethora of food choices displayed so beautifully. Even had Prosecco if you wanted. We loved all the gardens attached to this hotel that you could relax and enjoy .

Cannot think of anything to improve this hotel.

We chose to return to the Pulitzer for our Honeymoon. Beautiful hotel in a great location if you want to be in the canal ring area of Amsterdam. Easy walking distance from so many of the local attractions and huge choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The rooms are sumptuous and full of charm and the beds….they are amongst the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced and we travel ALOT with our work!!! . There was a congratulatory bottle of champagne on ice and delicious chocolates waiting in our room on arrival which was a lovey welcome!

Nothing we didn’t like - it was as beautiful as we remembered it from our first visit there. It’s not the cheapest hotel but for us, worth the extra money to stay there.

The room was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and was made up with high-quality linen. The hotel is very interesting and has a lovely restaurant in it. The location is superb.

Location was lovely, staff were excellent.

Noise level . For this stop of hotel, I didn’t expect to hear other guests in the room upstairs banging around and shouting in the night…… maybe better soundproofing as needed. Other than that, the hotel was excellent.

Lovely 1600’s historical buildings transformed in a luxury hotel. The vibe of living in those tiny houses was amaizing.

- Historical property consists of 25 townhouses from the 17th century - Nice and unique interior and decorations - well located in Amsterdam on the canal - nice restaurant and facilities

- Very long and slow check in and check out - no option (even for extra fees) for early check in for those who arrived very early in morning so I had to wait from 9 am until 3 pm - first room I got was not garden view as expected but they changed it.

I had a great stay at Hotel Pulitzer! The hotel was very comfortable, with beautifully designed rooms and cozy beds. It’s also in a perfect location—close to everything. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly and always willing to help. I also really enjoyed the food at the hotel’s restaurants—delicious and high quality. Highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at the Pulitzer Amsterdam! I especially loved the location — right in the heart of the city, close to everything but still quiet and charming. The comfort of the hotel was exceptional, from the stylish rooms to the cozy atmosphere throughout. We also really enjoyed the restaurants — the food was excellent and the service was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our room. But hotel was super busy. Welcome was not really nice even though it was my birthday. The gay barman was not nice at all, the would t serve us drinks outside , we had to ask 10 times for someone to come and serve us a bottle of rose!

Lobby was crowded at times, concierge happy to help set things up, but messed up reservations at two restaurants and one excursion. It all worked out but they felt harried. Room was beautiful with nice view of interior patio - however was a bit space challenged

We truly enjoyed everything about our stay, from the service, design and cleanliness to the delicious breakfast, warm staff, and perfect central location.

The lunch, dinner and 24/7 menus could offer more variety and better alternatives to match the overall high standards of the hotel.

The property has an “edgy” character that is fun without being flamboyant. The rooms are comfortable. The staff (with a notable exception) is professional, friendly and anticipative of your needs. The location puts it within walking distance of most attractions.

The notable exception is the housekeeping staff. They often forgot to provide enough towels or toilet paper and one day the room did not get cleaned until almost 8 pm.

There was a problem at the first night and they worked it out very well , I was happy

We were placed in a handicap room, which had shortcomings for a non-handicapped couple. Told it was the only option even though we booked weeks in advance. We had breakfast onsite - there was confusion by staff about the options and we paid $44 each for a very simple non-buffet breakfast

Terrace restaurant staff were not nice

It is in the perfect location for walking around Amsterdam and has a lovely courtyard garden to relax in afterwards.

We were in an attic bedroom which had lots of sloping ceilings and we are both tall.

Second time at Pulitzer and enjoyed it as much as first time. A well looked after property.

Not so much the property but the staff at the garden restaurant that had this air of superiority over their customers. Really made me feel unwelcome and so it was for other customers too as I saw the exchange on arrival asking for a table. Didn’t pick this up from the other hotel staff who were excellent.
