Convenience for the tram ride into town, the value for money, the ease of checking in and out, the friendliness of the staff.

The location and facilities are beautiful

They payment systems aren't flexible and the management also is not flexible in accomodate the guest when unexpected misunderstandings happen. It took 2 hrs to solve an issue late at night and I couldn't pay in a different way and update the total in a quicker way. Making me and my tired pet have access to the room only by 2am. While we arrived at 23:00.

i am yet to recieve my depoait of 50 euros for bicycle and i gave it via cash and it has to be refunded back but they scammed

The beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accomodating, not too far from everything, a simple tram ride.

I stayed in a dorm and we had people arriving very late, 12:30 at night which was very disruptive. In those situations it would have been more respectful to put the guests in rooms where people weren't sleeping as they then had unpack and put the bed sheets on and such as this was the first arrival. Also the first and the second bunk were too low so I couldn't sit up in it properly to do simple things like reading a book. Was quite awkward for me and another guest on the taller side.

Great concept - young environment, good location in a quiet park with tram a 5 minute walk away. Room for 4 people in bunk beds small but comfortable. Not too much noise from corridors. Shared lounge and cafe very fun and relaxing.

Charged us 8€ for each towel, which should be a basic facility as nobody travels with towels in their backpacks. Also didn’t provide any small towels for hand drying or bathroom mats. Keeping baggage in the lockers before check-in also was charged. The shower drain wasn’t working properly so only a 3 minute shower was allowed before water started to overflow.

Beds were very comfy and a good size. No excessive noise.

It wasn’t completely clean. There was dust and hair in the room - in the lockers, on the floor.

It was very functional and fun!

The toilet, shower and sink were all separate.

Beautiful location, really well done. The pods were amazing. I slept like a rock.

The breakfast could have been slightly more varied and two different musics at the same time in the café was a bit much. But there was not much I didn’t like. I’d gladly come back.

A big downside is that towels are not included and cost €6 to rent, which is quite expensive for a basic necessity.

Nice place, cool vibe. Good as an hostel and as a hotel. The individuals rooms are very clean and with a great view to Oosterpark.

Not far from the city center, easy to get by tram. There is a bar/restaurant, lockers to leave your luggage, etc. — everything you need

Extra 7 EUR for renting a towel is crazyyy. I understand that this is a hostel, but a towel is the most basic thing that must be included in the price of stay

the location is great , the staff was really nice and friendly The hotel is great for solo travelers and the prices are actually good for someone who is on a budget

When I got in my pod, I saw that there was a piece of nail on the side of the bed after someone who was probably there cut their nails. So that was kind of disgusting

I recommend taking the breakfast option, it is inexpensive and buffet style.

If you arrive before check in and want to leave your luggage, you will be charged. At check in time our room was not ready. It is a bit far from the city center, you have to take transportation daily

The breakfast at the generator was a bit of a let down. Not a great selection and what was there wasn’t great.

The facilities were more than we expected, plenty space in the rooms (6 bed room). Staff were super nice and always answered our questions politely

Well, getting the upper bunked bed was a bit of an inconvenience because I have to climb up everything and be careful not to fall. But the worst was how dirty the bathroom was and the bed sheets with holes. I should've searched better on how the rooms were because having to listen to people brushing their teeth in the same way you are trying to sleep is awkward. This hostel wasn't for me, but their location is great

Beds were really comfy, for the price really great. A tram is juste next to the Hostel so good for moving around

I expected more Nightlife, a real bar where people could meet up and more space. I thought it would be as the Generator Hostel I was in Copenhague, there was real life with others, a bar, games and so on. So I expected the same and was a little dispointed. Also the locker boxes under the bed are not very practical

Everything was nice.

The location is simply perfect, in a beautiful park surrounded by nature and very well connected with the city centre.

Very small dormitory and probably the room are a bit overpriced, the breakfast is not too delicious.

The location, rooms are good.

Staff was lovely and helpful, the living area diverse, fun and cozy.

I was in a shared dorm with other 5 girls and one of them vomited in the sink and didn't clean after herself. Definitely not the hostels fault, but it was pretty disgusting. Just a heads up to what you might run into when you stay with people you don't know.

Great location inside a park, with a really good view. Very near to the tram and bus stop.

The room, which was for four people, was really small. Help yourself to putting on the bed sheets and pillowcases.

Clean fresh beddings and amazing breakfast.

It is amazing place, amazing location, a lot different zones inside, very interesting design. But it is mostly like very good new kind of hostel

It is like low cost airlines, if they can change something extra they do. If you want to drink tea after 10pm you can be surprised, because you don’t have any kettle and bar already closed.

This is not only a hostel, it's a place where people unite. I liked the vibe and the environment. It has an outstanding cafeteria cum bar cum gathering place which offers delicious meals in an affordable price range.

The bunk beds are actually three storeys. I got the top one and felt like climbing a mountain. Also, it can be very risky if someone misses any steps and falls. And people having any leg issues should not go for that.

The rooms, particularly the four- and six-bedroom options, felt rather small. The six-bedroom room included a triple-bunk bed with inconvenient stairs, leading to frequent bumps and limited space for hanging clothes. Furthermore, basic amenities such as toiletries were not provided, and bath mats were absent. The need to rent towels added to the overall cost, which was already quite high, possibly due to the New Year's period. While the price was elevated, the level of service felt rather standard.

The food at the restaurant was the worst I've ever had. The breakfast was good though, and good value for money

All the common rooms were very nice, from the cafeteria/restaurant to the auditorium. It was clean, cozy and busy which gave me comfort as I travelled alone. Good prices for drinks and food and helpful staff.

I didn’t like the fact that we weren’t given towels and we had to pay for them. I paid for breakfast and a padlock for my locker (everything extra you buy) but towels or at least shampoo/shower gel they could have provided.

The rates per bed could be more affordable for students and low income youngster like me.

Loved the atmosphere, what a brilliant concept - elevated hostel with quality decor, services, open plan spaces and lots of people of all ages, all nice and inviting. We were a family with two small kids of which one poorly baby, so really enjoyed the room with big windows to play in and the canteen with handy easy food to share and the auditorium to sit quietly for a cheeky break. Breakfast was excellent, coffee was best I ever had in a buffet!! Location was super, 15mins by tram to center, park and playground behind building, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean and comfortable throughout and staff were very nice.

Wish breakfast option was included at booking stage so we wouldn't have to pay every morning. Had to pay for towels which is a bit inconvenient. And access cards were acting up sometimes not opening doors. But with everything the staff were super quick and helpful :)

Cool pod and space. Also the people staying there were friendly and respectful. I was anxious it would be a young party crowd for new years eve. It was a lovely group that respected quiet areas but still had a party.

Paying $8 extra for a towel to shower. There is not much that I did not like.

The hostel was clean with super comfortable beds and the table tennis and movie night was a hit with the kids. The transport was very good close by to all parts of the city which makes it a very convenient place to stay

Not all the beds had curtains (the top ones didn’t had it). The toilet would get wet and there was no towel to out on the floor or something to clean.

Location is fine, 15 mins from metro but quite close to tram. My room is twin room - good for 2 people and very quiet.

I expect hostels to have kitchen as the Uk but theres none here. Also only 2 small cups in the room.
