We have stayed at 100’s of hotel in many countries- this is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at.

rooms were very nice and well-maintained. The cleaning service was also excellent.
The location is convenient, but there's a significant downside: the area becomes extremely crowded due to the nearby coffee shops. This crowding makes it difficult to enjoy the hotel's atmosphere and amenities.

Parking is major issue. Finding a spot for our car was very challenging due to the high volume of visitors who come for the coffee shops. We often had to wait in long queues to park.

An incredible experience. Service at the highest level, and extraordinary attention. We were treated very well during our stay. The room was very nice and comfortable.
Carmen, in charge of customer relations helped us and was very kind to us. The hotel had a great detail to celebrate our honeymoon.
We will return to this hotel very soon to experience it again.
