I was highly impressed with the customer service, which is the most important factor for me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although our room was slightly delayed, the team handled it professionally by offering complimentary breakfast for our two children. This level of service definitely encourages me to return.

The room was very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast was very, very good, and it actually is an all-day breakfast! so you can rest and relax, as it is available till 04:00 pm

We stayed in a two bedroom spacious apartment with a large balcony area suitable to seat 5 people. This is in the residence part of the hotel which is opposite the main hotel entrance. The valets outside the hotel were great helping you get a taxi quickly and with any shopping bags etc on returning The bedrooms were large with ensuite bathrooms well maintained (bath and shower). The gym area was well equipped with a good variety of exercise machines and the daily room cleaning service was very good. The location was good with many excellent restaurants close by.

There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, induction hob, plates, glasses and cutlery as well as pans but I would have liked a microwave as well for quickly heating food. (Minor point).

Everything was on point, I really loved the staff behavior, breakfast, ladies saloon, room size, and how fast they’re serving the customer with any need. For sure it won’t be my last visit.

The rooms are very attractive and spacious, huge bathroom and plenty of storage. The staff, especially at check-in, were all exceedingly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed drinks in the Library Bar, with Ronnie's attentive service and suggestions and we sat outside the Oak Room on the balcony overlooking the marina. Breakfast was delicious, not a classic buffet style, but a'la carte, which is our preference.

The location was just a bit from where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. Abishek at the reception was especially helpful and always had a smile on his face. He made check-in so smooth and was happy to assist us with anything we needed throughout our stay. A special mention also goes to Siti from housekeeping, who did an incredible job keeping our room spotless every day. She was so sweet and even noticed when we ran out of toothpaste and kindly brought us a new one. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that really make a stay feel special. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the staff truly care about their guests. Another big highlight was the breakfast served until 5 PM, which was amazing and gave us so much flexibility to relax and enjoy our mornings. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, we felt completely at home here. The combination of friendly staff, great service, and attention to detail made this one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was perfect. She went all out to make sure that everything was perfect. In addition, offering a late checkout. Will for sure be staying here many more times.

Really quiet room, we needed that privacy. Staff was excellent, ready to assist n help w anything, always smiley n kind. Room service was fast. Rooms look so pretty and stylish, bathroom is huge w enough appliances and kits. Whole hotel looks like designer store we loved the vibe. Location is amazing, u have all dem cafes around u and view from the balcony is on Marina - great! Perfect hotel for ur city stay.

Pool was lil too small, hotel doesn’t have separate entrance for cars from Main Street so it gets crowded in the evening w all people arriving through same road for restaurants. But both things r still manageable so not a big deal

At first I would really like the amazing beautifully smiling staff of this exceptional hotel each by his name : Kon (Receptionist) , Mark , Bragas , and Brian .. they were helpful and welcoming us , we had the best check in and check out experiences ever. This hotel is so thoughtful , they gave me a book mark when they cleaned the room and found that I am a reader and I have books , special thanks to ( Siti / Chamali ) from room service team. The stay was amazing really friendly luxurious hotel It has one of the best hotel gyms with all equipment needed to keep working out in your stay. The breakfast is so yummy and I liked the idea that you can order whatever food you want and they make it freshly for you and not in a buffet. The room is exceptionally CLEAN ! And ai loved that I love this hotel and I will definitely come back ,, it will be my go to hotel in Abu Dhabi. Thank you for the best holiday EDITION ♥️

Everything in this hotel is perfect — from the way they welcomed us to how friendly the receptionist was. She truly made us feel special! They even gave us an upgrade as a kind gesture for the short wait during check-in. The whole experience felt so thoughtful and made our stay even more amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!

I don't like it when I ask to delay the check out because I have an appointment in the hospital. She told me I would keep the luggage down until you came from the hospital. No matter if we delay one hour. Also, the AC does not work, too much hot in night we can't sleep will. If we compare the last to visit for as it was more clean and the furniture not used to much like know.

Everything about this hotel was amazing — from the warm welcome to the farewell. The design of the hotel, the room, and the bathroom were beyond stunning. All the staff were helpful and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which truly made my day. This definitely won’t be my last visit. Absolutely outstanding!

The only downside was that the pool was closed during my stay, though I understand it might have been for maintenance. Also, the gym was quite hot and humid, which made working out a bit uncomfortable. Other than that? Absolutely outstanding!

The architecture of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Inside, it’s gorgeous filled with natural light and featuring beautiful contrasts between wood and lighting, especially in the central areas. The location is also perfect, right in front of Ladurée and surrounded by excellent-quality coffee shops. The service exceeded all my expectations. I even felt nostalgic when leaving, as I formed a lovely connection with the staff in such a short time. Despite arriving late, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady Latifa, if I remember correctly who offered me a coffee and made me feel instantly at ease. She was truly lovely. The entire team was exceptional, especially Mark and the bellman, they were simply outstanding, absolutely beyond 10/10. When I visited the mosque, the hotel kindly lent me a traditional robe 👘, which made the experience even more special and thoughtful. This is without a doubt the hotel to stay at in Abu Dhabi. The level of quality and service is exceptionally high. Even getting a taxi was super easy, and the food was excellent. To sum it up: 100 out of 10! This isn’t just a recommendation it’s a must.
