Great staff, very clean, and impressive views, especially from higher floors. Service was smooth and professional, making the stay enjoyable.

Too expensive for what it offers. Room design felt overly minimal—less inviting than other Editions like Shanghai.

Check in slow as not enough space/staff for such a big hotel. We couldn’t get into our room until 5 even though it was a 3pm check in.

Excellent experience. Staff are super friendly and proactive. Rushu left a medicine organizer when he saw we had many different meds. And we got a lovely complimentary anniversary cake! Hotel smelled lovely. Love the Le Labo products. Also a delicious selection if complimentary sweets for the Chinese New Year.

The staff was incredible, they were so friendly and greeted us by name every time we interacted with them. The steakhouse was fabulous and the service even better.

I wish I had stayed longer than one night

The minimal serene interior, separate you from the city in the best of ways. The room is well designed and spacious. And last but not least the very friendly and helpful staff, they make you feel at home.

In-hotel restaurants good but expensive.

Hotel was great, staff was very good, food and overall experience was great. We had a few small maint issues in the room and the staff corrected those issues within minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was big and very nice, they cleaned and serviced the room multiple times per day.

Nothing not to like. Maybe the only downside is if you stay in the second building you have to go across to the main building for all of the food and many of the service, however honestly this was really not a big issue for us.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel truly welcome from start to finish. Every request was met with a smile and prompt assistance. This is my favourite hotel I’ve stayed a few times now and plan on returning every year for an annual trip. The staff hotel and amenities are next level.

I loved the ambiance, the billiards in the lobby. The gym was good. I also loved the hotel's location as it is near good cafes and restaurants. The staff were friendly. And yes the coffee was WOW which we had after breakfast.

Seriously it’s so boring , boring furniture room , i found dirty spot on a table , guys please if your design is dark don’t think it’s clean I rubbed the wood floor with water and tissue turned dirty that was awful and very far

The room was beautifully appointed, very quiet and very comfortable. It had a great view as well. Loved the Le Labo products in the bathroom. A very positive experience overall. Just sad we could only stay one night.
