At first I would really like the amazing beautifully smiling staff of this exceptional hotel each by his name : Kon (Receptionist) , Mark , Bragas , and Brian .. they were helpful and welcoming us , we had the best check in and check out experiences ever. This hotel is so thoughtful , they gave me a book mark when they cleaned the room and found that I am a reader and I have books , special thanks to ( Siti / Chamali ) from room service team. The stay was amazing really friendly luxurious hotel It has one of the best hotel gyms with all equipment needed to keep working out in your stay. The breakfast is so yummy and I liked the idea that you can order whatever food you want and they make it freshly for you and not in a buffet. The room is exceptionally CLEAN ! And ai loved that I love this hotel and I will definitely come back ,, it will be my go to hotel in Abu Dhabi. Thank you for the best holiday EDITION ♥️

Everything in this hotel is perfect — from the way they welcomed us to how friendly the receptionist was. She truly made us feel special! They even gave us an upgrade as a kind gesture for the short wait during check-in. The whole experience felt so thoughtful and made our stay even more amazing. Can’t wait to come back again!

I don't like it when I ask to delay the check out because I have an appointment in the hospital. She told me I would keep the luggage down until you came from the hospital. No matter if we delay one hour. Also, the AC does not work, too much hot in night we can't sleep will. If we compare the last to visit for as it was more clean and the furniture not used to much like know.

This hotel is defining how luxurious experience should look like, if any reviews said overpriced this is absolutely not true because from the level of services and experience team provided unforgettable experience that made this top of the hotels that I har visited Especial thanks to Iresha for the great arraignment for our 9th anniversary it was excellent and looking to all details and never seen it in any 5stars hotels

Everything about this hotel was amazing — from the warm welcome to the farewell. The design of the hotel, the room, and the bathroom were beyond stunning. All the staff were helpful and attentive. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which truly made my day. This definitely won’t be my last visit. Absolutely outstanding!

The only downside was that the pool was closed during my stay, though I understand it might have been for maintenance. Also, the gym was quite hot and humid, which made working out a bit uncomfortable. Other than that? Absolutely outstanding!

The architecture of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Inside, it’s gorgeous filled with natural light and featuring beautiful contrasts between wood and lighting, especially in the central areas. The location is also perfect, right in front of Ladurée and surrounded by excellent-quality coffee shops. The service exceeded all my expectations. I even felt nostalgic when leaving, as I formed a lovely connection with the staff in such a short time. Despite arriving late, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady Latifa, if I remember correctly who offered me a coffee and made me feel instantly at ease. She was truly lovely. The entire team was exceptional, especially Mark and the bellman, they were simply outstanding, absolutely beyond 10/10. When I visited the mosque, the hotel kindly lent me a traditional robe 👘, which made the experience even more special and thoughtful. This is without a doubt the hotel to stay at in Abu Dhabi. The level of quality and service is exceptionally high. Even getting a taxi was super easy, and the food was excellent. To sum it up: 100 out of 10! This isn’t just a recommendation it’s a must.

Had a lovely birthday stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very clean, and the staff were all welcoming. This hotel is now my first choice in Abu Dhabi. A special thanks goes to Aditya, the staff member who handled my reservation. He was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. His kind gesture of offering us hospitality during our check-out truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. Tried the Alfredo pasta from the hotel restaurant, fresh and delicious. This hotel truly stands out in every way. Highly recommended.

I really loved the place — it was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The atmosphere was luxurious yet welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Ramadan at the front desk; he was incredibly respectful, professional, and went out of his way to upgrade my room. That gesture made my stay extra special. He also offered me a smooth and friendly late check-out with no hassle at all. Truly appreciated his kindness and top-notch service

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with one of the spa staff. She initially told me there were no discounts available, but when I insisted, she suddenly pulled out a printed offer that she had all along and gave me the discount. It felt dishonest and left a bad impression

I have visited the Abu Dhabi edition many times, I love the hotel and I’m always excited to come back.

The voice isolation in the room, I woke up because of hearing the noise outside of my room I heard conversations I heard the staff cleaning. I heard the room next to me being opened and close like there is no voice isolation at all. My sleep was not that well.

The Abu Dhabi EDITION exceeded all expectations. The hotel was spotless, the service was top-notch, and the rooms were truly fabulous—modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. An excellent stay from start to finish.

Fantastic hotel, modern unique decor & contemporary with a pool table in main reception lounge area, spacious room with all necessary facilities including smart home features, excellent luxury bathroom and the bed was extremely comfortable with a fantastic view overlooking the harbour! Overall staff were great, friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home, they were well trained in customer services. The private bar was cosy, classy and comfortable and breakfast was great and served until 4pm, which is great for people who dont want to rush out of their bed and need rest. I will return to this hotel for sure when I go back to Abu Dhabi as I wasn't there long enough, I was only there to rest before another long flight.

There was one issue with a member of staff by the pool bar which I was quite upset about and as a frequent traveller of high end luxury hotels globally, I had never experienced this before and I am not one to complain, however I spoke to the manager about the situation and he was very undertanding. He gave me a gift which I thought was very kind and unexpected, I just wanted him to know how I felt. Other than this hiccup, I loved this hotel and would highly recommend staying there.

The team at the Alba Terrace restaurant also deserves praise – professional, attentive, and made our meals a pleasure. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with modern, elegant design in every detail.

The tv was having a problem, its shot down after 20 min .. checkin was not fast enough and they say that we book only one day while we book two nights and 3 days , and before we reach we call to confirm that we are coming but late

I like the privacy that it’s offers for the guests , the cleanliness of the rooms , the quietness , it will be your destination if you are longing for quiet place after a long working day , staff are cooperative when you are in need , the marina view and the balcony will make you feel relaxed before or after your working day . It’s a good option if you are with one of your family member where everything is around them which they can enjoy while you are away . The destination usually are near many places you want to visit during your stay . There will be near by cafe and restaurants for breakfast , dinner and lunch and coffee . However , it won’t be that near the islands if you’re planning to spend your vacation in YAS island . Special thanks to room service and bell boy “Roni” or “boni” they add to my experience .

Transferred noise, I booked a Marina view room but got a partial view and reason was hotel is fully booked— I stayed for 6 nights, but not offered an upgrade, housekeeping can do better.

Perfect , simple , and great breakfast

I was particularly impressed with the exceptional customer service i received from Thelma at the front desk, Jimmy at the restaurant and Kofi at the Gym. I will rate these three tops!!! Overall , the staff were generally friendly and warm to us. Great people!
