Excellent, I recommend it in all seasons!

Personnel has been really excellent from checkin to checkout, we had a kind free upgrade on arrival. Position is few minutes walking to the Corniche promenade. Multilevel parking under the building. Appreciated the architecture of the superior room with the "diffused" bathroom. Rooftop pool area and bar very nice. Just on the opposite side of the road there are several minimarkets and local restaurants, and the highest concentration of barber shops I ever seen.

While the breakfast was excellent for quantity and quality, except for the NYE evening the dinner was too basic and needs a strong improvement. Not adequate to the level of the hotel.

We loved the location and facilities, staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Just some feedback, we had to chase staff a couple of times with regards to bringing/providing an ironing board & iron & 1 other request. Nothing that spoilt our stay but we should not have had to chase etc.

The location, friendly staff. We did not try breakfast so I can't rate that. But check in and check put was efficient and quick.

The shower kept becoming hotter during shower and it was hard to adjust it to colder. It's quite dangerous.

Everything was just perfect. From the location to the kindness of the staff, from the design of the hotel to the breakfast. It’s rare I give a full 10 in a review but this experience was really outstanding!

We had an excellent stay, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the beds were very comfy. The breakfast was excellent and there are two bars, one rooftop and the other is a sports bar near the ground floor with live sports and a golf simulator. The pool was also very clean and quiet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. I accidentally threw away an important receipt in my luggage that I had left at the airport, and even after the room had already been cleaned, they made a real effort to help me recover it. I was truly impressed by their dedication and kindness. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, varied, and very enjoyable. Overall, a great experience thanks to the outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best place to stay when in Abu Dhabi. Special mention to Yazid and Alice who made sure we were comfortable. We were a group of 14 and each one of us was happy with our stay.

The hotel is perfectly and quietly located close to shops, restaurants and a few minutes drive to tourist destination. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Ahmed from the reception is exceptional with his customer service-very friendly, helpful and accommodating!

The facilities are great! But if there's one thing - there should be a separate entry (private) way from the change room/sauna/steam room to the pool and not through the bar.

-First time with this hotel. Was with my family. Stayed in a spaious room with extra bed. Realy was neat and luxury as well as Bathroom. -Breafast was amaizing. Plenty of selections and freindly staff. Thanks a lot:) -Location was very very good. Most of Abudhabi attactions are nearby. I WIIL STAY HERE AGAIN ON MY NEXT VISIT.

The staff, the breakfast area, and the pool were great. Spacious, clean room and a very good experience overall.

Personally I didn't like the bathroom setting, divided in three areas, but maybe others appreciate it.

Not a lot to not like. specifically for me for this trip, I was 8 km away from my conference centre however it was easy to get a taxi in the morning and the prices were fair.

Smooth check in, courteous and helpful staff, cleanliness, well equipped rooms and central locations. All in all very happy with the stay and would recommend anyone specially for a work trip.

Price was a bit expensive but that is also driven by the season. November/December are peak time for Abu Dhabi hospitality.

• Very friendly staff, quick to resolve issues. • Convenient phone numbers for contacting reception; our room had three. • Excellent rooftop pool. A very welcoming and friendly assistant named Guru is at the pool. • The breakfast food was very tasty, with red fish, hummus, and fresh orange juice that you can make yourself. • The hotel is located between the sea and Gallery Mall, each a 50-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride away. • Clean rooms, regularly cleaned. • Very beautiful interior with a bathroom in the center of the room. Suitable for couples. • Comfortable beds. • Large work desk, you can work for almost 8 hours. • Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows. • High floors from 1st to 27th. We stayed on the 16th floor, and the views are good, but sometimes you can see the building next to you.

- The soundproofing of the bathroom in the room is poor; you need to be quite close to your partner. - The soundproofing of the room and hallway is very poor; you hear everything going on in the hallway, but not you. - There's a large hole under the door, at least in room 1622, through which a cockroach crawled at night.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially when it came to parking our car. Also check-in and check-out was extremly fast and without problems. They provided towels at the pool, which was very helpful.

There were moments when the water in the toilet just kept going. But then it worked again...

All good they kept my booking active even after late arrival the room was upgraded and breakfast was quite nice, Gym and pool area was very welcoming and car parking was spacious , staff was very attentive

The room had a bathtub with glass and I could not use it as my 17 year old kid was with me

The room was large and well maintained. I liked the pool and sauna. But most noteworthy was the breakfast - one of the best I had anywhere.

I'd like to suggest providing towels at the sauna as it wasn't clear whether one should use the pool towels or room towels.

The facilities and the service provided by staff was exceptional. The Breakfast Menu was elaborate huge variety to satisfy taste buds and the food was also Good. Overall good experience.

Room was clean and well furnished. All necessary facilities was there, including safe box and kettle.

A bath was allocated in open area and such room could not be suitable for families. Restaurant food was basic.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Especially the life guard at the pool. The gym was great.

The comforter was too hot.
