Nice room, quite big, with the bathroom open (or not) in the room.

There was only warm water for the bath, and the shower was leaking. The valet parking staff doesn’t understand English well. And the restaurant at the pool level, the staff sees you waiting but don’t come to ask you what you want. Some people left, I went to the bar to ask if they were still serving food…

The room was clean, tidy and mattress was comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious with good verities that suits different tastes. The lobby was spacious and relaxing. The swimming pool was amazing, decently sized to allow for quite amusing time for my kids.

Nothing significant to report except for that there was no direct access to the hotel from corniche road.

Loved the room and the breakfast buffet was the highlight of our stay, food was delicious and diverse, friendly staff and we even got a late check out.

The room’s AC was leaking all night but we called to get it fixed. And the iron was outdated and leaked as well.

Very nice hotel, room was wonderful, breakfast was extremely rich, staff was very friendly, very polite and extremely helpful, everything was perfect! We will be sure staying here again during our visit to Abu Dhabi.

It was a bit hot in the corridors once you come out of the room and also in the main lift.

The vent started leaking the day before I left. I called it in, but I'm not sure if anyone ever came as it was still leaking when I left.

We were given an interconnected room to be with the family, upgraded to a suite and amazing friendly staff who made my wife's birthday special. The staff always have a smile and the buffet menu is amazingly good.

The room had a smell, the sofa cloth was dirty and the TV channel options for a 5 star hotel is quite poor, the bose radio system did not work nor the bluetooth.

We chose the hotel to spend the night after a long flight. We requested an extra bed to be added for my 6 years old son through the reservation and through a separate message sent to the Hotel, as a reply to their welcome message and enquire if there were any special requests from our side. We arrived and the bed was not in the room. We called twice the hotel office until the bed arrived and the staff member wanted to leave it in the middle of the room. We had then to request for him to move the table and chair, so the bed could be placed by the side of our bed. A hassle which could have been easily avoided.

Really lovely room. This is not the usual type of hotel I stay in, but I splurged for 4 nights. No regrets. I'm coeliac and the staff, in particular the Chef Riza, made sure I knew which food I could and couldn't eat. It is a rare treat to have gluten free pancakes made for me every morning! Soju, at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful when I asked where to go for specific items. There are 2 pools, one in the shade and one in the sun. The latter was a bit harder to find (out maybe it was just me) so do ask the staff. It was the perfect spot to relax with a book and fresh juice

Weird- they provide hair drier, although no power socket where to put it on. You have to use kettle’s socket🙈 as in the bathroom only low voltage for men shaving machines.

We stayed here for two nights on a stop over and enjoyed a relaxing time. The bedroom was a great size with a very comfortable bed. We had a room with sea views which was nice. We loved that we could still utilise the pool area after check out which suited us great as we had a late flight. The pool area itself was nice with good views, comfortable loungers and very easy to listen to music which was being played at the perfect noise level! Staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Uber was about €25 to and from the airport. Very handy to use.

The bedroom could have been cleaned a bit better. Whilst not in any way dirty, there was a sticker attached to the exterior of the bath and a dark coloured stain could be clearly seen on one of our towels. We primarily used this trip to relax before our onward flight so location was fine for us. Others, however, may find it a bit out of the way or not ideal for sight seeing. We purchased breakfast in the French bakery attached to the hotel. We felt it was overpriced for what we got. We had gotten breakfast in an external establishment the day before which was cheaper and much tastier with a broader menu.

There was of shortage hotel staff during Eid’s holiday,the hotel was full and during the breakfast time there’s no enough tables. Food selection at the breakfast was wonderful with verity of food selection.

The room needs an update. The water in the shower took very long to warm up alittle but there was no hot water.

The reception staff were very friendly at check in and were very helpful. I also ate at the thai restaurant and used the spa facilities and the staff there were also very friendly and helpful.

The room itself appeared clean but it was actually quite dusty..and had a lot of marks on the furniture. Just seemed a little rough around the edges.

The experience as a whole was amazing . The hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and breakfast buffet has a variety of options . They offered me a room upgrade and that was very nice from mr KEROLOS in the reception .
