Amazing hotel and room has a stunning marina view. We’ve stayed just for 1 night, staff was helpful and assisted us with all the requests.

The location is close to all major malls, and office areas making movements in between very easy. It's close proximity to the sea provides breathtaking views and the bank is just around the corner.

All hot water kettles need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned. They are stained with limescale which makes taking that cup of coffee or tea very unpleasant.

Everything was optimally comfortable.

The air-conditioning needs deep cleaning.

Service. Everytime I needed something I would keep calling for more than 15 minutes just for someone to answer me. Room dining and concierge super slow in responding. But housekeeping reply to phone really fast.

I recently stayed one night at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with excellent amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The attention to detail in the décor and the quality of the furnishings truly stood out. While I didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast or use the pool, the hospitality and service level were consistently high throughout my short stay.

A couple of small suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have separate tissue boxes available in both the bedroom and the bathroom, and it would be thoughtful to have prayer mats pre-placed in the room for guests who need them.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything. Room service was excellent, especially the burger. The spa experience was outstanding — special thanks to Mai from Thailand for her professionalism and skill in massage therapy. The shaded parking beneath the building was also a convenient feature.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The room furniture was very outdated and in need of replacement. The carpet also appeared worn and would benefit from either being replaced or removed entirely. There was noticeable noise coming from the adjacent room, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the air conditioning was not cooling effectively. Despite setting the temperature to 18°C, the room remained around 22°C, causing discomfort during sleep — I found myself sweating under the blanket. These observations are shared with the intention of helping improve the guest experience in the future.

Location in bussy area. Pillows options are limited. Pillows was not comfy for us.Asked for mid firm pillow but had a hard one . Breakfast is Ok.

My kids don't like the food in breakfast buffet, less option for picky kids. No facility area for kids to play. No fridge inside luxury room with sea view.

Couldnt close the AC in the room, also, the light switches for the bathroom were hidden.

Cleanness

The room was spacious and clean. Carlos upgraded us which was a lovely suprise. The breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruits and vegitables and an omlette sation. The pool was really nice but you have to arrive early to get a beach chair.

Location is very good, breakfast is very good too and the staff are very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Kirlos Abdou, he tried his best to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely recommend staying there

outdated hotel that needs renovation , guys at the reception look rude and sad, lazy housekeeping forgot to put a soap in my toilet for 5 days and one day they decided not to clean the room. breakfast and its staff are amazing one of the best.

I asked for a twin bedroom for me and my mom I was given one bed, the water hose in the toilet was not functioning properly. It was late night and I couldn’t change the room with my 60 year old mom. When I talked to the receptionist in the morning he told me it’s impossible that the room is a single bed room as it’s mentioned in the system as 2 beds.

Nice hotel, chosen for location near where family were staying. Comfortable room and good value.

We had a very nice stay at Sofitel Abu Dhabi. Kirlos and Allen at the front office were great. Love the service and personal attention.

The room lacked a shattaf, the background music system in the bathroom wasn’t working, and the swimming pool had limited sun due to tall residential towers blocking it. Additionally, the poolside toilet was small and needed maintenance.

The lobby is very nice and the staff very helpful. The location is ideal to spend a little time by the Corniche. Room was pleasant with a nice view.

The pool of the hotel was mainly in the shaded part of the hotel, thus the water was very cold and could not really swim in the large pool. The hotel has an arrangement with an adjacent apartment complex that allows hotel guests to use their pool. However, the space and pool are rather small.

Pool service is poor, staff is not attentive to new clientele arriving unless a numerous table filled, I was sitting there for more than one hour and nobody came to attend me

Housekeeping was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel! Best part of coming back to your room is to see it tidy and clean. Not a single day out of the 4 days we stayed was it neat and clean. Housekeeping was extremely disappointing and did a very superficial job. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better service. Cleanliness should be a top priority and unfortunately this experience left me questioning the hotels overall hygiene and management. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their housekeeping standards. Also, my daughter had a drink at the bar by the pool alone, bartender told her she could only pay “cash only”. I had to speak to the manager to ask if I was staying at a hotel or a supermarket, he immediately solved the issue. And yes, credit card was obviously available. Suspicious bartender trying to pocket cash from their guests isn’t what I expected!! Shady workers should be watched carefully by the management team, especially around single women.

My room was excellent and spacious, with great views and plenty of space for my stay.

The spa gents dressing room was not very clean, the shower was broken and there were no towels. The restaurant was very expensive and did not provide good value. I was unable to claim Accor points due to booking this online with booking.com

though I have not used many facilities such as gym and pool, but overall for my trip, this hotel was perfect and I enjoyed the say. Room's were neat and clean and staffs were gentle and polite.

Morning Breakfast should have been improved with little more choices of Asian type food. the kitchen in the restaurant's were taking a bit longer time to bring the food than usual, though the crowd was limited in single digit.
