Wonderful place, unparalleled luxury
My friend and I had a garden room view. It’s so big and we had an amazing sleep. I used the fitness center. The staff were all wonderful and very friendly. I will come back here definitely :)

Her name is Meiying Hu, and she is one of the most excellent receptionists in all Abu Dhabi! She helped me with the planning of my wife's birthday. My wife was really happy.

We wanted a break in the long flight from Australia to London. This was exactly what we needed.
Room great position. Loved to swim in the pool. Staff whereever we went were very attentive and smiled.
No complaints in this regard.

Luxurious stay
The property is luxurious as shown in pictures. I liked the cleanliness, the beautiful view from the balcony, the majestic hall and the boutique inside the hotel.
Premium room was just perfect for us (2 adults and 1 kids).
The buffet dinner was just amazing 🤩
Breakfast should be improved by better table services. None gifts or rewards for us or our kids was provided even if it is a 5stars hotel.

Relaxing beach stay
Beautiful hotel with nice views and facilities. Attentive staff, nice pool area.
Feel like the rooms are getting a little dated. Curtains could do with an update and some soft furnishings at least.

The room was very clean, although when I booked the room I was unaware that I was getting a garden room on the first floor but could have been an oversight from my side. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly
The food at the breakfast buffet was mid. The beach had a faint sewer smell.

Relaxing Happy Stay
friendly staff. I like the welcome Arabic coffee at the reception area and the guy serving it is very polite.
Nice room and clean with balcony and sea view, good room service and excellent breakfast with lots of varieties. the decoration of the hotel is oriental and vey beautiful.
there was a jet sky making a noise and stayed for a while. the check in and check out took a little pit more time
