If you prefer quiet room, ask for a room that’s not facing the pool. Had some music background noise on a Friday evening .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The room was elegant and luxurious, with a vibe that made me feel right at home. The coziness and attention to detail created a warm, inviting atmosphere that’s hard to find elsewhere.

The hotel’s location is also a major plus, being conveniently close to the mall and other essential spots like hospitals. I’m definitely planning to return, especially to try out the hotel’s spa.

I was sad to leave! Everyone from the valet service, to reception and poolside staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was big and so much was thought out. Clean spacious bathroom, a shower to die for (especially coming back from hours at work), all the amenities you need. The gym was the nicest hotel gym I’ve ever seen, the pool was designed so perfectly you had just enough sun and shade. I’d go back in a heart beat - Rosewood ftw!

My room was beautiful. I was upgraded!! So thankful. I felt I had a true vacation even I live down the street. The staff treated me like a queen. Good. Wonderful. Room Service…outstanding.

The location is exceptional: close to Saadiyat island, with a pleasant view. There is a lovely promenade that loops around the island (around 4km). The Galleria Mall is connected to the hotel. The service was beyond my expectations. From the butler to the concierge, every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful! We stayed only 2 nights but managed to build rapport with all of them. The Manor club was particularly impressive, the cocktail canapés and breakfast were particularly tasty and well presented.

Everything was amazing! and my mom and me enjoyed the stay, everyone was simply lovely and very friendly and welcoming, will be back here in case I travel to Abu Dhabi again

Location is great with a direct connection to Galleria Mall. Breakfast was really good with a great selection.

1.While whoever is in charge think that nobody(guests) will notice; the AC mellows down during the night,which makes it impossible to sleep in a place where the temperature is often in the 30s at night. Cheap way to cut cost,especially when you're a 5 star hotel. 2. Some of the staff are overally nice to the point of coming off annoying. The other half has an attitude which borders rudeness(reception especially). I'm guessing cause in their head they work in the 5 star hotel. That fact alone isnt worthy of a 5 star establishment.

The staff are not very pro-active around the pool to offer you a menu for food & drinks, you have to go yourself to the bar. Particularly if you’re in the solarium area. Other than that I cannot fault the hotel. The breakfast staff were wonderful & all the food we ate was delicious. The massage in the spa was excellent. The location is brilliant with direct access to galleria mall. Would definitely go back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosewood Abu Dhabi and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, which set tone for the rest of our visit. The check-in process was seamless handled by Magz until check-out by Leon. The room is clean and appreciated the greeting done to my wife for her birthday. Pool staff are attentive and pool is amazing. Overall, our stay was exceptional and would highly recommend it. The level of service, comfort, and hospitality truly made it a memorable experience.

We were happy with everything. We left some clothes behind when we checked out. We called and they held them for us until we could return 2 days later.

I liked it.. 👍🏻 The staff were cooperative, polite, and tried to help and provide comfort for us. The hotel location is connected to Cleveland Hospital Abu Dhabi, so you can visit your patient, if any, or enter easily. Also, it's connected to the Galleria Mall, and the business/finance district, which has great shopping and dining.

- It was difficult for me to control the room lighting. - The water bottles were too big, uncomfortable for me to use, and the caps were not reusable to close the bottle after opening.

We had the perfect stay - service is exceptional (better than I have experienced at other 5 star hotels in the UAE). Rooms are well appointed, bed super comfy and immaculate. They left lens cleaning wipes for our glasses at turndown - the attention to detail is 10/10. F&B all very good - we ate and drank at BB Social, Hidden and Craft. Breakfast at Aqua was excellent- attentive staff and great selection. Loved that they keep the fruit and yogurt offering in fridges.
