The room was excellent, and the hotel was conveniently connected to an amazing mall, making it easy to enjoy a luxurious and relaxing stay.

At check-in, I was asked to provide a AED 500 deposit. I was informed that if I used my debit card, the refund would take up to two weeks, whereas using a credit card would allow for an immediate refund upon check-out. However, the refund has not yet been released as promised.

Hotel is located in a great location, close to the best mall in Abu Dhabi and also has the best amenities, a good choice of restaurant, very nice pool, and nice kids area.

Rug wasn’t clean

There are so many things to like about the Rosewood; the pool, the spa and the food are all top notch. That being said though, the best part was the cleaner assigned to my floor during my stay. She was so sweet to me and had such a lovely smile.

I didn't like the pillows on the bed. They were all super soft so gave no support. I was consequently unable to get a proper night's sleep while at Rosewood. I also did not like the refillable bottled water they provide. I tried it the first day of my stay. It had a musty smell and taste and made me pretty unwell. After that I made sure to buy my own bottled water and keep it in my room. There was also an assumption that visitors to the Rosewood have visited before. I really wasn't given much instruction so felt like a duck out of water many times.

Amazing hotel! They suprised us with ballons and flowers and cake on our special occasion which made it more special and enjoyable. The food was delicious and assorted especially the club sandwich and biryani. The hotel was super clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Just one little thing the black coffee we ordered twice in room wasnt so fresh and was a bit cold.

Swimming pool and the restaurants near by

Loved everything about our stay here. Room was awesome, as was the hotel common areas, spa, gym and pool area. Great location connected to the Galleria Mall and a short drive or walk into the city. Valet parking was excellent and all the staff were excellent, special mention to Julias in the pool area. Breakfast was awesome, the best I have ever had. So much selection and everything top quality.

The AC didn’t cool as much as I wanted. I set it at 20 but it never went below 22 during our entire stay.

prices at the lobby cafe were absurdly expensive. paid 150aed for 2 coffees and a croissant (which wasn't even good)

The reception team extremely helpful. The room was lovely. The hotel is noticeably improved from my last visit. Special thanks to Mr Jamal he made our last day perfect.

The housekeeping team did a great work but they can improve and be perfect.

We always miss the beds at Rosewood after we leave . The linen and how the beds are expertly made as well . The rooms are always exceedingly clean. We love the new Hermes coffee place and the new updated furniture and great new menu at Hidden Bar. Thank you also to Smarika and Alessia who took care of us at the Hidden Bar.
