Really loved the bathroom and the view. The room was really spacious.

The noise from the outside and from the corridor was really loud

The staff was really nice .. responsive ..they even made a small bag of goodies for our 5 year old ...was everything we hoped for

Check in was really slow even when one of our friends opted for contactless check in and did all the requirements, she still had to wait

We were happy with everything. We left some clothes behind when we checked out. We called and they held them for us until we could return 2 days later.

I liked it.. 👍🏻 The staff were cooperative, polite, and tried to help and provide comfort for us. The hotel location is connected to Cleveland Hospital Abu Dhabi, so you can visit your patient, if any, or enter easily. Also, it's connected to the Galleria Mall, and the business/finance district, which has great shopping and dining.

- It was difficult for me to control the room lighting. - The water bottles were too big, uncomfortable for me to use, and the caps were not reusable to close the bottle after opening.

We had the perfect stay - service is exceptional (better than I have experienced at other 5 star hotels in the UAE). Rooms are well appointed, bed super comfy and immaculate. They left lens cleaning wipes for our glasses at turndown - the attention to detail is 10/10. F&B all very good - we ate and drank at BB Social, Hidden and Craft. Breakfast at Aqua was excellent- attentive staff and great selection. Loved that they keep the fruit and yogurt offering in fridges.

The breakfast was great. I really liked the sauna. We went to the Chinese restaurant several times, they cook wonderfully there. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good bed linen. The pool is heated, they bring water and sometimes light sweets.

Loud music from the bar near the pool, sometimes until 2am, hard to fall asleep. On the last evening no one came to change the wet towels and clean up the trash.

Everything! It was a great location, it was quiet and perfect for a relaxing break in the sunshine. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout and we very much enjoyed our stay! If we ever go back to Abu Dhabi, we will definitely stay here! 😊

Everything was excellent like always & I like specifically the Majlis by Pierre Herme which is new to me

To our chance there was heavy drilling in the Galleria from the 23rd to the 27th instant from 9 am to 12 ,that was quite annoying because 9:00am was a bit early & the drilling was heard very distinctly in the room . Otherwise I would give the hotel a 10

However, I do recommend to consider changing the baby crib as its designed for newborns and not suitable for 2 months +. My babies (8 mos) & (2 years) were waking up crying several times nightly as their feet get stuck between the wooden panels

The airline lost my luggage. Rosewood restored my humanity. The staff were superb - beyond exceptional service - compassion. Organising essentials - a charging cable, laundry. Leaving little touches of luxury - pillow spray, macarons! The room upgrade was unexpected - and spectacular! The calming, panoramic view of blue waters - a tonic for the soul. I arrived distressed. My room Was amazing, the hotel had decorated it for My Arrival on my Birthday. The people at the hotel, from cleaning, to general service, to front door, to concierge, front desk, cafe and restaurant are AMAZING. The location is perfect for my work and the area is lovely to be around

The free WIFI was a huge bonus for me. It was available throughout the hotel and in the conference room/facilities which was fantastic as I was coming from abroad and didn't have a data plan activated.

Was charged a deposit fee and despite being informed it would be reversed the same day, a week later I'm still waiting for it to be reversed. Additional, when I first went to book the room the price was half of what I subsequently paid. I attended a conference that the hotel was hosting. Once the hotel was aware they more than doubled their standard price. Hence I don't think there was value for money based on the exorbitant cost I paid.
