Nothing to dislike

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice panoramic view of the gulf. The bathroom was very big and very practical too. The selection of food at breakfast and dinner (half-board option) at Rosewater restaurant was exceptional! So much choice and of good quality! There, everyone can find something for their taste and diet. There were stalls with European, Indian, local Arabic/Lebanese, Chinese/South Asian food and even fresh sushi and rolls. Also, apart from varied meat options, there were always a few fish and seafood dishes as well as great selections of vegetables and salads for vegetarians. Fresh juices and smoothies made to order at breakfast were also a nice touch. We tried Nahaam and Li Beirut restaurants (as a part of our half-board option). Nahaam was good, although seemed a bit average to me. But I really loved the food I tried at Li Beirut! The staff, generally, was very friendly and helpful. Good room cleaning twice a day. The last but not the least, this hotel is in excellent location, within walking distance to the Presidential Palace and has the highest observation deck in Abu Dhabi.

The air conditioning in most public areas was too strong. Sometimes, it got very cold at the restaurant and corridors leading to the elevators, and particularly on the stairs leading from the lobby to the restaurants and the beach. Sometimes, the air drafts felt like gusts of wind blowing right in your face. The restaurant staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at breakfast on busy days (which happened to be the weekend). The service felt like there had been a shortage of waiters or something like this. But on less busy days when there were fewer guests, everything was fine.

The lifts ! This is a very big hotel was 60 plus floors. The lifts can be complicated and take time.

Location in the tower is great. Observation deck good a place to go. level 45 is a must. The staff are best in the UAE.

No TV room or sports bar

-The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us presents -Restaurants were great, especially Sushisamba -Observatory and room on higher floors has great views

-Breakfast has a lot of variety but could be a bit better with a taste quality. Before Conrad we were in Rixos and they had much better taste

The service was really one the best I have ever experienced. Every single person working there is doing his best to make you feel home.

The beach is a bit too small and many guests are just occupying the beds without really using them. So you end up that you arrive at 11am and all the beds are taken.

Luxury hotel. Attention to detail is immaculate. Staff are very friendly and will aim to serve you in any way possible, with a genuine smile. High quality breakfast but also a variety of cuisines.

The lifts tend to take a while but expected with such a thin tall building, more of an architectural fault than a hotel fault.

Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The lounge and the L45 benefit made the difference in our stay.

This is a extremely high level hotel with outstanding facilities and service. The hotel is equipped with all the luxuries, amazing restaurants and pools to suit all age groups and needs. The staff go beyond expectations to ensure guests have a personalised experience and service delivery is of a high standard. Private beach with huge array of Sun beds; private dining areas and lounges to choose from. Kids club is also of a high standard and complimentary transfers available to sights within the city. The hotel is located within the Ethiad towers and offers panoramic views of the city. Complimentary access is also offered to the observation level with further breathtaking views.

Everything was just above expectorations, the hotel facilities, the room and the kind Staff. The Staff were welcoming and so kind and they upgraded the room to the a wonderful suite Thank you for this wonderful treat

The only thing that require modification is the pool service and the food menu at the pool I believe the menu should include more snacks and bites like sushi and mini bites other than that it was perfect

The staff was very nice, and the guest team was collaborative in assigning cleaning time late. The conceirg staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi, especially Ahmed The room is spacious and has all the facilities

Huge hotel with a spectacular view from the highest floors. You can see Abu Dhabi from above. The staff was so kind and the breakfast… Oh my God the breakfast. Huge, endless variety. The room staff was amazing and the hotel crystal clear. What i also loved was the fact the at the underground floor there was supermarket, pharmacy and other shops, so whatever we needed we found it there.

It was my wife's birthday and the hotel arranged flowers at my expense. We were upgraded. The room was very good. Facilities were great and we eat in all the restaurants and food was amazing. We have stayed in this hotel many times and we will defiantly return again.

Only thing we found was Rays grill was expensive compared to other high end grills in Abu Dhabi we have been to. Everything else was great. We booked through booking.com as the room costs through the hotel were more expensive and I am a Hilton honors member. The only thing missing is a normal bar that you can get a drink inside during the day and evening, like a sports bar.

The staff and the location was great, also our room was really nice. The American and the Lebanese restaurants were both great!

The pillows smelled funny, maybe because of the detergent they use.

I stayed with my wife for our 14th wedding anniversary. It is a really fantastic hotel. The staff are so helpful, they even upgraded our room upon arrival, and arranged for a cake and some decorations in our room. The pool is really nice. They have a separate one for adults only with a bar. There is also a really nice selection of restaurants to choose from. We tried the Italian (Sole), and the Rays Bar and Grill (Has fantastic views of the city and sea). The staff were amazing, especially Dana who really went above and beyond. I will definitely return. Highly recommended!!

Amazing welcome from Miss Berna Oscan, she was very professional, she make me want to come back for a long stay in this amazing hidden hotel, really my best place to be in Abu Dhabi, Clean, bed very comfortable, good facilities, quiet and amazing view alla amenities excellent and all the restaurant are tasty and delicious.

The personnel and staff are friendly, checking up on you if you need anything, you feel like you have all what you want. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has always stood out in terms of quality and service. The rooms are great, spacious and comfortable. The restaurants all offer great dining options and nice beverages

Some of the maintenance in the rooms and in particular the bathrooms shows signs of cheapness and is not in line with the overall hotel
