Hotel Yas Viceroy, Abu Dhabi

The location of the hotel is perfect. Size of the room and bathroom is excellent. Quiet room and very relaxing.

A bit old already and need improvement in the lobby. Quite noisy lobby with loud music. By lack we were in the other building where was very calm atmosphere.

Clean and good location. Hotel facilities are top notch.

They have given us a room which was towards the Marina , where clubs had music till very late , Friday till 1:00am and Saturday till 3:00am. Since we had our child with us, we could not sleep. While the hotel offered to change room when we complained at 1:30am , at that time it was not possible. Since they have this problem , they should not had offered this room to a family !

Almost perfect. Nice breakfast.

There was no place to sit with my 18 years old son after some time. He should be above 21 even to enter in the only place which was open.

Amazing property and they gave me a free upgrade to a suite.

Took half an hour to sort out my check in as I had changed my dates. I had to pay extra 300 for a date change. They changed the booking to 1 person from 2 and then made me pay again 100 for the second breakfast. They blamed it on booking . Com. By then I was tired after the long journey and waiting at reception for 30 mins to check in. I just paid everything!

Pros - Location in Abu Dhabi, Room Size, Value for Money. The staff were friendly, if you are going to watch a show at the Ethihad Arena it is a 2 minute taxi journey.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a fantastic view directly overlooking the race track. The car parking valets were exceptionally friendly and ensured prompt delivery of our vehicle. The rooftop pool was lovely and opened at 8 AM, though the bar didn't open until 10 AM, so be sure to bring some water with you if you plan to swim early.

Our experience with the food was disappointing. The breakfast was subpar, with undercooked omelets served on two consecutive mornings. When the waiter asked if we'd like something to drink, we requested a glass of orange juice, but were told that only water and coffee were served, and that we'd have to get anything else from the buffet ourselves. Dinner was equally unimpressive. The menu was limited, and the pizza we ordered was inedible—the crust was undercooked, and the ham was so dry it felt like chewing on plastic. Fortunately, we eventually found a satisfying meal at Yas Bay, where the food truly lived up to five-star standards.

Great location, really clean, excellent facilities.

Room was right on the track so the motorcycling race was quite noisy but they warn you and offer earplugs.

Incredibly comfortable beds, great hotel with good facilities (pool, spa, gym), nice restaurant selection. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way for the guests.

Check in was too busy, and we had to wait to 3.50. However, hotel upgraded us to an exceptional suite to amend up for it.

This hotel is outstanding! I’ve travelled worldwide and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Amazing facilities, location on the F1 track is simply incredible! Room was luxurious with super comfortable beds. Food & service was amazing and staff were superb. The pool staff gave us complimentary drinks on our last afternoon which was a lovely touch. Nestor was a credit to this hotel. Bravo W hotel. Fantastic time with you and would highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book this place! Thank you!

Absolutely loved our stay here! This hotel is amazing especially if your an F1 fan like we are! Great location and will definitely be returning. All the staff were really happy and friendly and the kids zone pool was perfect to cool off for my daughter.

I was impressed by the exceptional service level and the meticulous attention to detail throughout my stay. Although I initially encountered a minor issue accessing my room, the situation was handled promptly and professionally, which ultimately added to the overall positive experience. The staff were courteous, the design was stunning, and the atmosphere truly captured the spirit of luxury and hospitality.

Stayed for four days at this hotel, in an ideal place for the parks we were visiting and the malls. Staff were very receptive & helpful on reception and the hotel itself is very clean. Rooms are large & beautiful with great showers & toilets and enough room for clothes storage. We took the breakfast package which there was enough food to last all day. The fantastic pool is divided on the roof into an adult & child’s pool of which both are lovely but on the flight path so can be very noisy. I hired a car & on arrival there is valet parking, downside for us was the damage to the car whilst it was parked which I had to pay the hire company for the damage ☹️

Generally met the usual high standards expected of a stay at the hotel. Facilities, cleanliness, quality of food - all exceptionally high and to be applauded. Somewhat disappointed with the inconvenience of key cards randomly not working and having to go back to the Lobby and waiting for it to be sorted, nor with the rudeness of some other guests (which whilst not entirely the hotel's fault, when Security and staff are stood watching other guests jumping queues or male guests standing uncomfortably close to female guests whilst they are sat down, they should intervene).

The perfect place to see nice cars on a track and listen "vroom-vroom" from the balcony and other perfect view points. Easy access to track and boxes of Yas Marina Circuit. The hotel and rooms are superior. Staff is the top! Waiting for my next arrival!

Incredible room with a great location on the Yas Marina Circuit. The pool and bar were fantastic on the roof of the hotel. The staff are fantastic, always willing to go the extra mile. Loads of breakfast choices, one of the best breakfasts I've had whilst in Abu Dhabi.

The room sound insulation wasn't the best but wasn't awful, we could hear a crying baby next door relatively clearly

The hotel is modern and beautiful inside and out. The room was large with a glass wall and balcony. It was spotlessly clean with a huge king bed. The bathroom is also large with a tub and a separate shower and WC. It is located right on the Formula 1 racecourse. I loved hearing the F1 cars practicing. It is a short, cheap, taxi ride from the airport. The hotel provides free vouchers for the Yas Beach resort. We enjoyed swimming in the Indian Ocean, a first for us. The pool was good too, but we preferred the beach.

The free beach shuttle was not available for the time we wanted to go. However, the taxi ride was cheap, less than $5.

The hotel was amazing but the only thing was the loud music from the bars and restaurants around it that starts after 1 am..
