It's the W hotel so its going to be very nice, thats guaranteed, the food options were great, staff were very helpful and always on point, can;t go wrong really

I loved the fitness area and all the staff.

We opted for the breakfast during our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Every morning was a delightful experience, enjoying the exclusive spread at the Garage restaurant with beautiful views of the F1 track right outside the windows. The breakfast staff were exceptionally courteous, offering personalized attention to guests of all ages, always accompanied by their warm smiles. Our rooms were kept spotless and perfectly made up each day by Anas and Indeeka, whose attention to detail and care made us feel truly at home. Their effort in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort was deeply appreciated.

It was a very good experience overall. Staying at such an exclusive h9tel built right onto the racetrack I would have loved that hotel had some place for in-house guests to be able to access the racetrack for viewing and experience it.

Location, style

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very welcoming both to adults and children, which we truly appreciated. However, one thing that surprised us was the placement of the toilet. It is positioned extremely close to the wall, which made it quite uncomfortable to use.

It had the F1 race track, the view from gorgeous being an F1 supporter! Location was perfect! Loved how modern and vibey the hotel looked.

Breakfast: Options at the buffet were plentiful and assorted. Location: Every attraction wanted was close by. Staff: All friendly and welcoming. Price: It was surprisingly low. Perhaps because it isn’t high season in mid-July. Rooms: Quite spacious. Very content. Overall, a truly pleasant stay.

The hotel was so clean, the food was amazing and helped catering to my partners allergies. The staff were just amazing and did everything they could to make sure we were having the best time.

If you are a light sleeper there are parties on the roof that can keep you awake

The in-room amenities (toothbrush etc.) were lacking for a hotel in this range. Strange that there were no light switches beside the bed.

The room was amazing, perfect for a couple's getaway, but not so much for staying with a toddler - difficult to baby proof (low counters, easily opened sliding doors to bathroom, bathtub faucet reachable for some unwanted water play, soaps etc not secured, glass water bottles, phones reachable, etc 😅). We had a good night's sleep in the cozy bed (with our toddler in the middle as the free crib was way too small - bring your own if your child is more than 80cm). Take into consideration that there will be engine sounds until about midnight and it's quite loud (if your husband snores like mine, nothing you're not used to already 😂). We'd definitely stay again but just the two of us. ✨️ This is THE place to stay during F1, great track views from the room and plenty of onsite restaurants and bars to choose from. Room service was super quick as well.

The family pool was dirty with black particles floating especially in the kid's end so we didn't stay for long. There was a kid's indoor play area (free for 2h/day) which was great, but there weren't too many toys to play with (small train set, some soft toys, a few kitchen items, books), the space was huge with plenty of space to run around but we'd hoped for a bit more variety and quantity of toys.

I did not like the room without carpet. The whole hotel has a carpet, so way they don't have it in the room .I wish my next trip they will have a carpet.also, I did not like the breakfast buffe eventhuy the hotel is a five star hope next time will be beter Thanks

Everything is amazing since we got here. The staff especially is so cheerful and helpful. We got upgraded and the receptionist Titiana was so sweet and arranged our stay for us. My daughters surprise birthday cake was waiting for us when we got back to our room, she was so happy. The breakfast especially was amazing. So many options were available. You ordered your eggs from your table, u dont have to stand in a long line! We got welcome drinks, made especially for my family with a personalized greeting card. BABA was our waiter. He was so helpful and kind. Took family pics without even asking him. I would come back to Yas Island just to stay in W Abu Dhabi hotel.

I realize that it can be a little hectic out in the driveway, however we were told that we could load in a taxi and we got over the bridge and the taxi turned around and went back because he was told that the wrong taxi was approved for us. Thus we had to arrange for another taxi. That has never happened to us before. On another occasion, we were told by the staff that the shuttle bus would be available at a certain time and we were there at the appropriate time only to find that the bus was full. And again we had to arrange for a taxi. Once again, an inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Size of the room and bathroom is excellent. Quiet room and very relaxing.

A bit old already and need improvement in the lobby. Quite noisy lobby with loud music. By lack we were in the other building where was very calm atmosphere.

They have given us a room which was towards the Marina , where clubs had music till very late , Friday till 1:00am and Saturday till 3:00am. Since we had our child with us, we could not sleep. While the hotel offered to change room when we complained at 1:30am , at that time it was not possible. Since they have this problem , they should not had offered this room to a family !

There was no place to sit with my 18 years old son after some time. He should be above 21 even to enter in the only place which was open.
