Really good staff really enjoyed the hotel.

I know the hotel is inside Yas Marina Circuit, but cars were still racing around the track some nights till after 10pm. Check before you book to see if anything is on at the circuit

Breakfast was good, but I opted not to take the full buffet throughout the stay. I also used room service for b/fast where food was good, reliable service. It was expensive even compared to Abu Dhabi rates.

If I had a meal (say lunch) in the main (breakfast) restaurant, I found service very inattentive ie: lots of service staff about but very good at avoiding eye contact to order, pay for meal or ask for anything. This was not a one off situation but general. In the end one would have to go to cashier and pay. In the end got fed up with that place. In addition the hotel is effectively isolated and enclosed by marina and the Formula 1 track. Very few options unless you go to Yas Mall. W Hotel use this customer capture to their advantage with pricing.

Amazing location with modernistic luxurious stay. Friendly staffs with clean facilities.

Shuttle bus coming back from Ferrari world is difficult to distinguish from other buses. If the bus clearly indicates it goes to W hotel, it would be better.

We stayed at this hotel 11 years ago. The hotel was good then but they have really improved alot since then. Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The location is really great if you are planning to visit any of the Yas Island Parks or the Yas F1 circuit. The plus point is also the Yas Xpress bus that stops right outside the hotel. The rooftop bar was beautiful and vibey and the staff working there was really good. Brandon and his co-workers were always friendly and helpful. We tried all the restaurants. That is also a great plus point. They have a variety of restaurants to choose from in the hotel which is great. We also enjoyed the W-lounge. Daniel made us feel very welcome. This hotel might be a bit pricey but I would not stay anywhere else. Thanks also to the housekeeping staff, Dharma, Samul and Patrick. They really went the extra mile. The concierge was also very efficient and friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary Yas beach access voucher.

Location is amazing and has everything within a short drive.

The size and layout of the room, so comfortable and spacious. The view of the circuit was fabulous. The staff is warm and efficient. Breakfast was extensive. Room service is also fantastic and prompt. The BED is the ABSOLUTE BEST.

Lack of clarity about early check-in really cost us a lot of time and energy on the day we flew in from London with a tired child.

Our stay at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island was absolutely a 10/10. We stayed in Room 2427, which had an amazing view of the race track—we even got to watch a live race practice right from our room, which made the experience truly unforgettable. We loved everything about the hotel, from the stunning façade to the stylish lobby and our beautifully designed room. The overall atmosphere was vibrant yet comfortable, and every detail felt well thought out. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The shuttle service was extremely convenient, running every 15 minutes to Ferrari World, Yas Mall, Warner Bros. World, and SeaWorld, making it easy to get around Yas Island without any hassle. Everything about the stay was seamless and enjoyable. We absolutely loved the place and would gladly return.

Reserved room through Booking.com. Some miscommunication between hotel and service provider, which resulted in double charge from my car and I’m waiting for refund 2 weeks already.

I think the pools could be improved, the sun goes quite quickly due to the design of the roof. A pool at ground level looking over the race track that would get the sun for longer would be a great addition. Breakfast can be chaotic, best to go early

The staff were very friendly & helpful. Gym was well equipped and clean and tidy. Beds were so so comfy!

Best hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in! I was spending 1 day in Abu Dhabi for relaxation from busy work life and honestly W hotel had everything on site which meant I didn’t need to leave! The show stopper was the beds. Mattresses were so comfy and all bedding just felt like you sleeping in a cloud. I would go again but with family next time

This was my second stay here and I would definitely stay again. The facilities are great and so are the rooms. They are spacious and modern.

We wanted to have a drink before our dinner reservations but no where would let men in with shorts.

i was in room 1734 the suit was class however the noise late on at night from the race track wasnt very good after the novelty wore off

the chop house was very sub standard the staff wasn't very professional and a little lazy the staff in general where very pleasant in the hotel but not up to standard for a hotel like W hotels are expected

Everything about the hotel was wonderful! Starting front office staff, who chose me a beautiful room overlooking the Marina and partially the F1 Yas circuit. I requested a quiet room and the staff at front office assisted me with that perfectly. The breakfast is more than amazing!!! A huge variety of food. The room is amazing, I liked the cleanness and how modern it is. The pool is fantastic though I preferred it Yas beach that hotel gives vouchers daily for free entrance. The front door valet staff was so clever, helpful and cheerful. I will be back for sure to W Hotel Yas Island ❤️
