Room was large and spacious. Clean (please update the picture above as there is no sofa in the room)

House keeping needs to be improved. No replenishment of toothbrush and toothpaste. Not much toiletries provided for a business hotel. Only toothbrush and tooth paste and yet it was screwed up.

I surprised when I booked smoking room and there is no ashtray in the room.. and by the way it’s not the first time, it happened before in same hotel

I attended an exhibition near the hotel so it was a perfect choice. The room service was fine but I the numbers were not answered until I called the reception and they transferred me. The food was fine. The room was big and clean.

I was soto be in a non smoking room/ floor but I smelled the cigarettes coming from the AC duct probably all night. Other smells also were coming from the duct! When someone from next room is opening the door or someone is knocking on their doors, every time I thought they are entering my room or knocking on my door. Sound proof from the door side needs to be improved.

The check-in counter takes alot of time they should change in that because we paid hotel online meaning its not necessary for us to stay long time waiting for check-in

The breakfast buffet is great. A lot of different options and good quality.

You cannot set the A/C to the temperature you want. We had to call the maintenance team and they fixed it for us

Staff were nice but price was quite expensive due to paper one show

Room was big , clean , all needed items were available , washroom was also nice and good

It was really expensive ,Prayer mat wasn't available, their response regarding parking prior to my arrival was very slow , the washroom if there was any water on ground it had to go 2meters away till it reaches sinking hole

Pool could have been better if it is heated or temp controlled.

The bathroom privacy. The food smell in the parking area is very strong and will stick on your clothes.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, spotlessly clean and peaceful—perfect for a getaway. The table by the window is great for getting work done. The pool is large, clean, and offers plenty of spots to unwind. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. The staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating.

Super friendly staff, nice pool area, decent gym. Comfortable rooms, great housekeeping.

Location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Slight issues with humidity inside the hotel/room. Pool chairs could use some TLC.

We got up a little late and called for in room dining for breakfast, my daughter wanted to have pancakes. Only issue was I called at 11.05 knowing the bfast timing was till 11. I requested to make an exception as I was just 5 mins late, but my request was denied. Yes I was late in calling but I believe an exception like this would have been a great gesture since the staff knew I was staying with a kid. These little things can go a long way.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice and clean with a fantastic pool area, and a modern aesthetic to the hotel staff were generally friendly but could have a little more attention to detail

The cleaning of the rooms was good but attention to detail was poor, with a lack of tea and coffee and I really think paper cups in the room is poor
