Very very pretty, vintage style, love the look of this hotel!

Lovely corner bedroom and great bar. The staff were great!

Breakfast was a bit hectic, not sure why but the staff seemed very flustered.

Breakfast o.k. , Surroundings. All members of the staff were polite and helpful even without being asked.

Too little vegetables. The coldest space in a room- bathroom. In the upper floor noise from heavy engineering equipment. Room was without shelves, wardrobe, pants hung over coffee machine . I was forced to ask to change the room.

Limited room service menu and no mini bar

The corner room (#1404) with the view and all the windows was a pleasant surprise. I will ask for the same next time I come in November, to be on the safe side (I peeked into another room and it was not spacious at all).

I did not have breakfast, but I used the room service in the evening. There were a few mishaps: On one occasion, I ordered a burger and a salad, and I got two burgers instead. I did not complain, because I was too hungry. The second night I ordered the same, and only the burger came. When I told the staff member, she said that the salad cannot be ordered on the app, but that she would bring me one! I DID order it on the app, so it makes no sense, and if I had not said anything I would have had an incomplete order. In addition, I find the menu for room service very, very limited. Also, I find it odd to be asked upon arrival if I want my room cleaned or not: this should not be optional and gives the impression that the hotel is trying to save costs wherever possible. The "eco-argument" is not convincing.

Big room, amazing view, cozy atmosphere and welcoming stuff

Even though there was a great TV, it was impossible to watch Netflix or YouTube on it.

I liked the theme of the hotel, retro furniture combined with industrial style, perfect view from my room on 17th floor; breakfast including Peruvian cuisine

The location was perfect for where I needed to be for a meeting. The staff at reception were excellent: very helpful and on the ball. The room was nicely laid out with a view from the upper floors.

The hotel is on the edge of a not very nice neighbourhood, but feels shielded from that. The main bar area feels a bit soulless. The separate bar/restaurant on the rooftop is lively, but it seems to cater largely to non-residents on the weekend and getting served can be a challenge. The hotel is certainly not cheap, but then this is Brussels.

A lovely modern hotel right near the historic area. Great staff who won points right away by upgrading our room. friendly and knowledgeable.

The room was nice with a great view of the city, and the bed was very comfortable. Central location with easy access to the center.

The lobby and the restaurant were nice, BUT the music was always so LOUD. We couldn't sit in the lobby or have breakfast with a peace of mind. It would have been much more comfortable if the volume had not been so loud. There was no luggage rack in the room. I hate to put my luggage on the floor. We had to place it next to the coffee machine, which was not convenient at all.

Spotless, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

The area can feel a bit tricky in the evening, though this isn’t the hotel’s fault, just a downside of the location.

Great room on 21st floor with superb views over the city. The bed was very comfortable and the interiors stylish. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had for a long time, delicious!

Disappointed not to have a mini bar. You could purchase from reception but that’s not the same. The tiny bottles of water didn’t go far either. Also wardrobe space was tiny, and one shelf. For the size of the room, there could have been more.

What a fantastic chain of hotels these are. You feel at home the moment you land there. Parking was close by and affordable. But a bit small parking places. Take the rooms with a view - you will not regret it.

The staff at The Hoxton Brussels are always nice and friendly. I really like the interior, and the view from the room is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and make for a very pleasant stay.

Not an interesting breakfast menu

Excellent stylish hotel with lovely helpful staff. Well located in the city centre minutes from the bustling rue neuve yet super quiet. Great facilities including a roof top bar on the 21st floor - excellent views across the whole city. Cannot praise the staff enough, they made our stay super special. thankyou!

There was nothing not too like

Stunning decor, staff super friendly. Bed extremely comfortable. Rooftop bar is super cool, we ate and had cocktails. Service and drinks were both excellent.

About clean service When you enter the room you see that it is clean and tidy (looks perfect) but if u look more closer for example under the bed or behind the bed u can see a little dirt left Maybe it was just our room (I don’t know) Of course it wasn’t the problem just some simple opinion to focus on that

The hotel has a unique design touch, which is always nice, breakfast is really tasteful and fitness area is generous. Staff is really nice, helpful and make you feel welcome.

Our bathroom smelled of urine. It can happen, so I wouldn’t fuss about it, but even after I noticed them , they obviously didn’t clean the tiles surrounding the toilet and the smell stayed….it is shame - you don’t feel comfortable in your own (expensive) room.

Modern, relaxed, luxury hotel. Fabulous rooms, we were lucky enough to be upgraded and loved our larger room. The comfiest bed with great pillows (it’s surprising how many hotels get this wrong). Gorgeous bathroom.

The neighborhood is… kind of scary. Not like the hotel can do anything about it. Poor light in bathrooms, no ventilation in bathrooms.

What a fabulously stylish hotel, both in the common areas and in the rooms. A lot of effort has been put into turning this place from a mundane office block (which I think it might have been in the past) into an elegant boutique hotel. I had the bigger room they offer, which was immaculate, with an impressive bathroom. The staff were super friendly too, with the receptionist going up to my room with me after the key card wasn't working, to make sure it then did. Really liked this place.

I arrived via the Noord train station. I knew enough about the area to know it can feel a little unsafe at night, but I headed south immediately to leave this area. If you don't know Brussels well I'd suggest taking a different route, either via the Rogier metro stop, which is a little further away but the oppostie side of the hotel, or grab a taxi.

Freshly prepared tasty dishes for a good morning start. Excellent waiters.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hoxton, Brussels. The hotel itself is stylish, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, which made a great impression. The on-site restaurant offered tasty dishes, and the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning — though it was the same selection every day. The view from our room was lovely, and the location made it easy to reach both the city center and the main train station on foot.

The only downside was the surrounding area, especially toward the train station or behind the hotel, which felt unsafe due to intoxicated individuals. We even witnessed an unpleasant incident one evening, so caution is advised.

Location is a bit far from the city center.

Hotel bed is comfortable and size of room is big enough. Good breakfast. Great location with short walk (about 15 minutes) to Center station and metro station. Staffs are nice and helpful.

Very convenient location though struggled to find it at first It is only 8 minutes walk from Brussels north and 15 minutes from central station ,

Despite being a 21 storey building, the hotel name is displayed only in ground floor at the front, which is part covered by tress, so found it difficult to locate the hotel on first day. If only they have the name displayed more prominently like other hotels nearby, it would have been better

Parking wasn’t cheap - but very convenient

Everything about this hotel was perfect! Uniquely perfect in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly. The energy was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the vintage touch throughout the hotel and hotel room. Even had an upgrade upon arrival. Amazing rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. Friendly cozy vibe. I will definitely be returning.

Very stylish and snazzy decor, with cool and comfortable common areas. On-site restaurant was delicious for dinner. Lots of interesting amenities - coffee bags, photobooth, coffee shop etc. We loved the bathroom interiors

The location was a bit out of the way - all uphill and through an underpass from the station. Breakfast service was just okay - my guacamole toast was cold.

10/10 the best!! Super cool and groovy hotel! Staff were amazing, attentive and polite. Nothing was too hard for them! We went to both restaurants in the hotel and they were delicious! Staff again were so friendly and always checking in on us. We had the biggy room and it was super spacious, clean and funky! The bed and pillows felt like you were sleeping on a cloud!! The hair dryer actually worked! (Unlike most hotels), they provided a steamer in each room for your clothes and we also used their laundry service which was fast! If you provide your clothes to reception by 9am you get them back the same day! Location was good! It’s a short 15 minute walk into the Grand Place or a small car ride. Overall we absolutely loved this hotel and would recommend to anyone!
