First room we were in was directly outside the lifts - soundproofing wasnt up to scratch Lifts were old and slow

Eaton is a very nice hotel, artistic, well designed and vibrant with many great culinary options at the bottom of the hotel.

While Eaton HK is unique, artsy and vibrant, it’s a bit contrasting to the bit rundown kind of neighborhood.

Location is great and rooms are clean and frontdesk personals are friendly

The hotel’s location is very good, close to a metro station and bus stops. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is different, and the rooms are a suitable size.

Good location on Kowloon, MTR nearby as well. Very good service, room had everything needed, even electricity adapter. Hotel itself is nice and has many facilities, food hall on lower floor was particularly good. I liked room design.

I think these things are actually common for most HK hotels, so can't really criticize: - Small room size (like, very small, almost 3x3 meters) - Window view was non-existent - straight in the neighbour tall building windows, window can't be opened also Wi-fi speed certainly can be improved (but they also offer some premium wi-fi, I used free option)

I didn't want the breakfast. I thought the Eaton was very special.. the room was small but ok. I loved it all around. The Giraffes, the Bar, the restaurants... the books to read. ... The easyness of walking out and easily. All good!

The lifts at time were annoying as they didn't work at times. The view however was amazing.a very happy time

rooms are slightly small to my liking but it is in HK, places aren’t that large in general. didn’t know the kettle was underneath the cabinet until the last day haha

The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash are very good. The bed is firm and comfy. Two bottles of fresh drinking water every day. Room service is quite prompt. Lots of eating options with different price range within the same building. 7-eleven is in the next building.

There is a big window in the shower area and it looks like a mirror at night. So we forget to put down the blind when we checked-in at night. The sport facility timing coincides with our travelling hours. It would be great if it can be extended to early morning or late evening. We encountered twice when the bathroom lights tripped off after we turned off the hairdryer.

My bathroom smelled a bit weird though. That’s the only thing. Wish the gym was bigger. Such a huge hotel and tiny gym.

Excellent location, smart comfortable rooms, and has everything you need on-site - including the gym, pool, bar, event space and food hall. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived very early in the morning due to our flight schedule. Although we can't check in at that hour, we were relieved we could check in to rest at 1pm after visiting several places (while we waited for the room). The room was spacious, clean & we had a good view of the surrounding area too!

The staffs are exceptional friendly and helpful.

The non smoking rule is not enforced. Smoking smell from other rooms passed through the central ventilation is unbearable for non smoker. The lighting panel keeps not working even with the technician fixing 2 times. The air condition for room 723 is very noisy even I turn the fan low.

I loved the location, it was just a 5 min walk from Jordan station, incredibly well communicated, the food was just outstanding both the breakfast and the restaurant than the Hotel has.

I didn't like that our room had a very weird smell coming from our toilet. Overall was great, my only "complaint" is that for the price I paid in the room, I expected a bit better room and it was just average of any other Hotel I have stayed (mostly in Europe)

The staff member were friendly and knowledgeable with professionalism,. In particular the lady who clean/tidy room 1912 had a fantastic job.

The lifts need to be upgraded to match the advance technology available in today's world

The room was clean and had everything we needed, the staff was kind and roomed was cleaned nicely every day. The swimming pool and gym were a nice addition

We could hear the music from the bar a bit

The room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was a great location easy to get to other parts of Kowloon and Hong Kong islands. The hotel is near to many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

The way is a bit unusual as the carpark leads into the main building. But after understanding that it was fine.

The hotel has a quirky, boutique-style feel. Spotless rooms and good soundproofing. Very helpful staff.

Happy with our room and size. The breakfast was exceptional. Easy to get around from the location and close to an MRT.

Housekeeping service was exceptional. The food hall and the Aston offered plenty of food choices. Elevator availability was prompt and frequent.

Overall everything was okay.

I came back to the hotel at 17:30 and the staff was still in my room, cleaning, so I had to wait to get into my room for a while. I hoped they finish cleaning the room faster in the future.

The room we stayed in was a little jaded. It kept up with the kind of vintage aesthetic but could use some modernisation.

The location is very good as it is accessible to all public transport. The hotel food court is very good as it offers a good selection of dishes. The Astor bar is good if you you just want to have a relaxing drink. Added bonus is the pool & a small gym.

Could do with a bit more room.space. We stayed in a room with 2 single bed. The other mirror located on the other side of the bed you can't actually use it because it is obstructed by the hanging light.

Eaton is a great choice for families who enjoy a hotel with personality and convenience. Located right in the heart of Kowloon, it’s super convenient—walking distance to shops, food spots, and public transport. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is strong, and the overall ambiance feels calm despite being in a busy area. And most importantly, staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything you need.

Nothing. Will sure be back in Eaton the next time we visit Hong Kong.

Location

We had a salon room and it was large and the bed very comfortable. Loved the terrace bar on the fourth floor, excellent food and great service. We used the pool on the rooftop and enjoyed that. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were very clean. The food hall in the basement was helpful the first night after a long flight. Highly recommend the Yat Tung Heen restaurant in the basement of the hotel. Close to bus stops and the Jordan subway station and a Starbucks round the corner for morning coffee.

Great service! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, even providing birthday cake for a special birthday celebration! The rooms are very well designed to create storage within a small space. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in HK!

Rooms are a bit small but on the bigger side for HK anyway... Can't really complain
