Room did smell slightly funky when you first walk in but it's not noticable once you're been in there for a couple of minutes.

The room is nicely design but very worn inside. Had cockroach in my room one night, the sink got some weird damp smell and mould stains on the walls. The rooms desperately need refreshing. Was a tight room that doesn’t have much room to even open the luggage fully.

Breakfast: Having fresh juices at breakfast was a delight. Room and Hotel Hallways: Although the place was clean, the musty odor of the carpet was apparent. It would be great if there was also an air freshener in the hallway that would invite the senses. Room: The provided slippers were of good quality and love that bamboo toothbrushes were available (sustainability).

The family room provided a nice space when traveling with a toddler. The lobby and pool were chic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location close to public transit was easy and convenient. The room was simple but okay, but having a bathtub in a family-style room would have been ideal.

The bathroom, specifically the shower, was not clean upon arrival - lots of hair on the walls. Laundry service was not only expensive but it took multiple calls to have our clothes delivered over an hour after the stated laundry delivery time.

Only stayed for 1 night but it was in a good location near the night markets and easy to get around. Lots of food options nearby.

The room was clean and they made my baby's stay very comfortable. Most of the hotel staff was friendly and very responsive.

Some of the kitchen staff were a bit rude.

Brilliant design for art and architecture buffs. Outstanding staff. Great bar, great food hall, great service. Eaton HK is a winner.

Great location, close to the airport bus stop and transports to different places. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was in reasonable size and very clean. Bed was comfortable.

The decor and layout was fantastic, the buffet breakfast was awesome, lots of fresh variety. The food hall was awesome and the bed was very comfortable even my kids agreed the bunk bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom door in the family room was hard to open and close, it didn’t close properly and the frosted glass was kind of see through. Not a big deal but the mini fridge was in a hard to get to spot.

The pool was great and we enjoyed having access to yoga classes. (The instructor was lovely.) Our room was nice and comfortable and clean, though it was strange that our friends’ rooms were so different in style. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the people helping with the elevators. Appreciated the ice machine near the rooms. The housekeeping was timely and it was nice to get fresh towels every day.

The elevators were a real downside. They took forever and required keycard access that frequently didn’t work. The stairs on upper floors were dingy and clearly not meant for guests, so I felt weird using them to stop by a friend’s room. It was nice to have access to the restaurants on the lower levels, but the open concept made the lobby feel like a food court instead of a nice lounge.

Location is convenient and can be easily reached via metro and bus. There are plenty of restaurants around and shops. The breakfast has plenty of choices.

The decoration feels worn down and needs an update.

This hotel is really nice and trendy too. Staff are so helpful from checking in to every detail throughout the hotel. It's in a good location also. I will definitely be back.

Some guests were loud and i think smoking in the room and listening to loud music after midnight . Unsure if staff did anything after I complained

Great location, clean, quiet.

Very small rooms, I was on my own, so it was OK, but I cant imagine to be there with two people. Gym has quite an old equipment, could be renewed.

Loved the location and the hipster vibe! My kids love the the bunk bed too- not easy to find such family room in HK.

Well located and with a great breakfast, the room was very small but clean and tidy. Personnel very kind and helpful, there was a typhoon alarm T8 and they let me check out later. Close to shopping and public transport, I would recommend for a short stay. The food court is absolutely fantastic and so was the take a book/leave a book library. Wi-fi worked well.

The room was quite small. I was traveling alone so it was fine, but two people would not be able to fit their suitcases.

The location was great. Very close to the metro station and to nice restaurants and street markets in the area. The hotel was clean and I had everything I need in my room. Breakfast was amazing, so many choices.

The only downside was the loud ventilation system. Even though I turned the airconditioner off during night you still can hear the generally ventilation system of the building. Ear plugs helped…but that was really the only issue. Everything else was great!

Lobby is a little warm

Nice hotel room and good location for those preferring to be around the Jordan area. Jordan MTR is a 500m walk. Lots of food nearby with a 7-11 immediately across the street. There is a very basic gym in the hotel. Wifi was good for work. Hotel staff were great.

The hotel key access in the lift was rather troubling for many guests. The hotel has staff deployed at the elevator entry on the ground floor to assist but you can see a lot of guests struggling with it.

The hotel was better than expected. Good location, close to everything, nice foodcourt at the bottom floor. We had a family room for 5 with two bedrooms.

It was sometimes a bit of a challenge to use the card system to enter the room and elevator, but we got used to it. The pool is open till 19:30. Would be nice to sometimes use it later in the evening.

- The Eaton put their promise of hiring diverse staff into reality - Its a safe and comfortable environment for queer BIPOCs - Every day two big bottles of drinking water were provided for free - You can feel that the place is popular with local HK people, who visit the bar, restaurant, take a nap or sit and chat in the lobby, its a lively place, not only for tourists. - The location is very central and practical, bus and metro station are very close to the hotel - Self service laundry nearby

- Due to the weather conditions the pool was closed often. That was not the fault of the hotel, it's a government regulation, but do not book the hotel just because of the pool. - The breakfast price is too high, so we always ate in a nice Dim Sum place a few minutes away from the hotel

The wall is too thin. Got disturbed by noises from outside. The wind from AC blew at my face when lay down on bed, cant adjust.

The bed is very comfy! The Standard room (new design) is quite ergonomic, despite the small size - we had less clutter than usual The new design of the room is vibey, the lobby is stylish Loved the bar at the 4th floor - good Bloody Mary

The bathroom is too small, and lacks functionality that you find in tiny Japanese hotel bathrooms. Shower sprays everywhere, you sit on a toilet with feet in a puddle Cleaning is average: the bed is crisp (though our linen had a hole), but the bathroom clearly needs deep clean every few weeks Breakfast is not included and, frankly speaking, if you don't overeat, you can go to any hipster coffee shop nearby and have a breakfast for 2 at a price for 1 at the hotel Location is OK, given that your first impression of HK would be from less fancy area
