Staff is wicked friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is confortable. My favorite part was the breakfast. Great selection and really good coffee. Thoroughly enjoyed eating early and watching the sunrise

Water pressure is pretty lackluster. Would love a slightly bigger fridge/microwave for leftovers.

Location and cleanliness

No wash cloths for the shower and no validated parking.

The staff was great! I needed a thinner pillow, they made it happen!

Little confusing to find but perfect location for TD garden

This is the perfect hotel in the most perfect location. It’s convenient walking distance to all the sights you want to see. The hotel is clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. But, the main aspect and highlight of this hotel is the view you get from your room.

Good location right next to north station and tube. Excellent view from the big window at the room. Breakfast basic but very good. Will definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable. Bed was the perfect size and the pillows were super comfy.

No plugs on the far side of the bed and only one thick blanket.

The decor and vibe is so fun! We travel a lot and this hotel had the BEST BREAKFAST hands down, out of anyplace we have ever stayed. The location is also amazing!

Bathroom layout is super tight, not much privacy.

Absolutely loved my stay, I wish I could stay longer ! Definitely coming back next time I’m in Boston. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Room is fully digitalised and the light/temperature/blinds can all be operated with an iPad. Breakfast is delicious with so many different high-quality options. Also the views from both the room and breakfast are spectacular

If I had to say anything negative, the room is a bit small but very functional.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were small but perfect for my husband and myself. The hotel is down the side walk from TD Garden. There is shopping close, coffee shops and a movie theater. It was a wonderful trip. Cant wait to go back.

Best location for public transportation

Location is amazing. Just next to TD garden and North station. There’s a Starbucks and supermarket downstairs! Really convenience spot. Also the view in the room is amazing too, relaxed and really enjoy the night view of Boston city in bed.

It was close to the train station, which gave easy access to museums and restaurants.

Felt cramped in rooms. And if tech features was just a tablet that controls blinds and lights then I wasn’t too amused for the value of the room. I didn’t even get a chance to eat breakfast, which is what I paid extra for.

Location

The location is very close to the T and Amtrak. Walkable to Beacon Hill and Little Italy etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and linens exceptionally clean.

Room felt cold at night even with the temperature set to 75. 2 separate elevators to enter & exit the hotel. Elevators are fast but many people using them all hours of the day. Not a big problem, just busy :)

The mandatory use of the iPad is uncomfortable. There are too many clicks required to perform simple tasks, such as adjusting the TV volume. Sometimes it crashed.

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Overall a lovely place, but as an older person the touch screen check in and small rooms were not my cup of tea. Staff was extremly helpful, found us a larger room, and assited at eveyturn. Highly recommended for young business travelers and couples.

Property was very clean and had a modern vibe. Our room was beautiful and perfect for the two of us and had the most gorgeous view.

The one down side was no free parking at the property.

The room was clean and, while compact, had everything we needed (except glasses to drink from).

The bed being surrounded on three sides by walls. This made it VERY difficult to get in and out of the bed (with 2 people) during the night to use the restroom, especially when you are of a mature age.

I wasn't a fan of the sink being in the main part of the room. And it took me a minute to get used to the dimensions of the small room. Not to mention the bed being pushed up against the wall.Really liked the quieky and artistically themed decor. Also loved the view.

Conveniently located next to TD Garden and a lot of restaurants. Best views of the City!!!! I liked that after the Celtics game you had to show your key card to get in the building.

I love the modern feel with the tablet as a remote, the customized lighting and the bathroom being a wet room. The shower head was perfect and the water temp was amazing. The view was awesome-the shades that went up and down another plus. Had to call for face towels though. Bag storage saved the day after check out. Our flight wasn’t until 8pm. This has become my favorite hotel chain.

We asked for face cloths and one actually ripped when I went to ring (spell check) it out.
