I love this hotel, it’s conveniently close to everything! Staff is very friendly, easy check in and check out. Me and my family stay here for all of our TD Garden events which is steps away. :)

I wish breakfast was included

Everyone was amazing from the time we checked in until the time we checked out !! Super friendly and helpful 😊 The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Everything was nice, hot and delicious !!

No wash cloths for the shower 😕 When you have a couple staying in a room, there should always be (at least) three towels. Women like to be able to wrap one around their hair after a shampoo ~ and then there would still be two other towels for the shower itself 😉

The property was amazing loved everything about it especially the view only had one small issue and if it wasn’t for that issue it would be a perfect 10 what that being said I rated it a 9

I was cold and you can’t turn the heat up on your own you have to ask staff to do it and wait for an hour or so for it to kick in I hate to be cold and guess should be able to control there own temperature please change that and I’ll be a guess forever I hope who ever reads this makes a change because I’m sure I’m not the only person who this is a problem for

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. Location is perfect especially if you are visiting TD Garden.

Extra towels would have been a plus but overall nothing really negative to say.

Loved the decor, the check in and check out process was smooth, the location is perfect, bed was so comfortable and the city view was amazing!

The TV didn’t work well and was unable to connect from The iPad. We ended up having to stream to the TV from our phone.

Previous stays here made me fall in love with the beds. They were extremely comfortable. However they changed the mattress( at least in the room I just stayed in). The new mattress was no where near as comfortable. Please go back to whatever you used to have. The main reason I stay here were the old mattresses were the best!!

A very nice room for one person, with a beautiful view of the city - perfect for watching the sunrise. All the sights are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it for shorter stays. The room had high-quality toiletries in the shower, cream, and a hair dryer. Another highlight was definitely the control of the room via a tablet, including blinds.

I was alone and there was no space in the room to open my two suitcases. I can't imagine if there had been two of us and we had to pack, for example, before departure. It would have been extremely difficult. I was a little bothered by the temperature in the room, or rather that there was a draft from the window, where the bed was also located, despite the blinds, and it was cold there, as if it wasn't well sealed. I missed a coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room for this price. Also, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

Staff were excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable about places to visit. Location was superb. We were in town for 2 Celtics games. It couldn't be any more convenient, especially since we came in by train from Maine. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from our window was amazing!!!

We didn't enjoy the climb up to get in the elevated bed and that it only had one side to get into bed. As an older couple, this made for a rather undignified means of getting in / out of bed. Flopping like a walrus on land to get to the inside was not on my list of things to do in Boston. As someone who has had a knee replacement, crawling on hands and knees is not possible. We chose to laugh about it, but it's not likely we will stay here again. That is too bad, because other than this, we loved the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very kind. Our view was incredible. The location of the hotel is central and you have many stores nearby.

Very centrally located, modern, and practical hotel, ideal for travelers who spend most of the day exploring the city and use the hotel mainly to rest. The location is excellent: the subway and train station are just a few steps away and connect to multiple lines, making it very easy to get around Boston. There is a very convenient and well stocked supermarket right downstairs. The views from the room are spectacular, both during the day and at night. I loved the technological approach, everything is controlled via an iPad (lights, air conditioning, TV), which makes the hotel feel very modern. The room is clean, functional, and well equipped for its concept, and the lobby offers spacious and pleasant areas to relax, work, or simply enjoy the views.

Breakfast is quite expensive for what it offers. As a suggestion, the hotel could improve personalization and attention to guests pre-arrival requests, especially for special occasions. While the staff is helpful when something is requested during the stay, there is a lack of follow up or a more attentive response to messages sent prior to arrival.

I loved the view from the room which was overlooking the city. The location was perfect! Really friendly staff and a good atmosphere at the hotel bar. This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at - it really ticked every box - cosy, stylish and relaxed. I would highly recommend, especially for location and proximity to TD Garden - it’s attached! I will definitely stay at more Citizen M hotels - thanks for a great stay

Nothing! The location was ideal

The property was very clean, right next to stores and well located. I loved the big windows in the rooms and the bar and central area was a good vibe. I stayed here during storm Fern and was stuck in in the snow, and loved it was near the supermarket and some food places, had a decent communal place to go and I could watch the storm roll in from my big window. The iPad to the room with a really nice modern touch and made everything even more comfortable.

Excellent location, connection to train and subway, walkable to "downtown" an excellent room for people who spend time in town and not "in the room" if you are looking for a room to spend time in, this is not a "wellness" kinda place. it offers excellent space to sleep and work.

That it doesn’t have its own parking. The only parking nearby is for Td garden and expensive for a whole day. I also tried calling the front desk and was on hold for 7 minutes before being frustrated and hung up.

Room was beautiful. It was small but had plenty of amenities. The shower was cool. You can change the color and brightness of the entire room. The view absolutely beautiful.

The bed was again the window. It was beautiful to look out. However, if you’re sharing a bed you’ll have to climb over your bed buddy to go to the bathroom.
