Good location for Boston attractions. Our view of the city was stunning.

The room was tiny and not really easy for a couple. The bed was against the window so I had to crawl over my husband to get out of bed. The service was very hand off and impersonal.

Brilliant location. Walkable distance to many attractions. Also convenient for riding the T. Lights and TV can be operated using iPhone.

Shower leaks so affects floor of the toilet

I loved the location and how nice the hotel was

The hotel was a great location to the TD Arena for concerts and shows. The area was modern and clean. The staff were great and the surrounding area was safe.

The room was really small for the price paid in the area of Boston.

The decor is very cool, the hotel is near/ above North Station, breakfast was very nice, and the bar with its outside patio that looks over the city was great. The alarm feature in the room was very cool.

No coffee maker and no wash cloths.

The room had an amazing view of the city, and we were to personalize our room experience controlling lights/temperature/blinds/tv etc through an iPad. Very nice.

Ease of access from station. Very modern and quirky. Beautiful picture window with stunning city view. Rain shower and comfortable bed. The sightseeing tour bus stops were outside. Only 10 minutes walk to Quincy market and next to part of freedom trail out to Bunker Hill. Food hall, pubs and restaurants around area. Also very quiet. TD garden next door..

Unfortunately the positioning of the bed is such that is placed right up to the picture Window and is also high. It is difficult for person in window side to get in and out of bed. It also made it difficult to see the great view of the Boston skyline without having to climb up onto the bed to view it.

the location is unbeatable. Right on the north station train hub. Walkable to lots of boston. Breakfast is amazing and a great deal. $20 for good fresh food and lots of variety. Helpful staff.

The room. It is different. You really cant get your head around the size and scope of the room until you get into it. Great for solo travel, rough for a couple. No where to sit and work or whatever else.

Great breakfast and balcony. Rooms were clean and amazing views!

Everything. Location was perfect. Next to a lot of coffee shops, bars, and very close to a cvs and 7-eleven. North Rail station is a 1 min walk.

Good location, great view, clean and comfortable room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Area felt safe.

Bathroom very small. No pool. Towels not very soft. Had to go to front desk to pick up items that should have already been in the room.

Location was perfect for events at TD garden, and our view, I just couldn't get over it! The best view of Boston we've ever had staying in the city.

The price was a bit high for the size of the room.

Great location close to the main sites of Boston and with really good transport links. Underground station just over the road made getting around so so easy. Room was great and good size. Bed very comfy.

Perfect- all you need is there- perfect shower- comfy bed- great breakfast and nice stuff- very quiet and clean

Loved the friendly staff and the bed was very comfortable. Also loved our view and the iPad controls - very cool!

The bathroom was dreadful. Zero privacy, the door didn’t close all the way and was literally see-thru. Also, every shower drenched the room.

Love the breakfast spread, and the built in bar/coffee bar. I love the outdoor patio and the overall design of the decor inside.

I wish the bed had an outlet like on it/ near it, there was only 1 wall outlet above the desk and my phone charger couldn’t reach while I was in bed otherwise that’s my only issue. My bed at home has an outlet built into the headboard so idk something closer to the bed so I can enjoy my device while it charges

A great location (near T-Metro station) with lots of amenities very close including some great restaurants next door. The staff were great and the room comfortable. 100% will stay again.

It can be a pain changing lifts between ground/reception/rooms but that was only a small issue. The lifts can be delayed also.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms, excellent location and absolutely stunning rooms! Also loved the cocktails on the roof terrace.

A robe in the room would have been better. As a European I would also have liked coffee making facilities in the room but I appreciate that is not common in US hotels.

Great location, well-thought out rooms. Amazing bed and rooms larger than expected. Clean throughout. Nice staff and simple check in and out.

A little to minimalist, was not a fan of the bathrooms in the room. Basically shower/toillet in frosted glass fish bowl right next to bed

Location was superb. Nice breakfast, cool common area.

However, I didn't really like the bed. It was very sunken. Had to change the room because of that. But still it wasn't the most comfortable bed. Staff was friendly but I had to call multiple times for a small thing and it never was solved. The rooms are super small too but I guess it's like that in Boston. Overall, great experience. Would stay again probably.

Very modern and clean hotel, the rooms small but very practical. Beautiful view from the room to the city!! Located in walking distance to underground, hop on hop off and the sights!

Location was great, 1 min away from the North station, near to the airport and really walkable distance to many places.

Boston is expensive. The hotel was a good option, but it was still expensive with the exchange rate not being great.

No maintenance staff at night, we had to change rooms at 1AM due to a problem in the bathroom; shower drain backed up into the room

Very small room with limited storage. The tech didn't work the first day
