Warm receptionists and excellent coffee shop and bar! Room was well appointed, aesthetically beautiful, and comfortable!

The hotel is in a perfect central location, the rooms were spacious, clean, modern and stylish and the facilities in the hotel were also great - loved the coffee shop! All the staff were so so friendly and so helpful, the service was above and beyond. Also a huge bonus the hotel is genuinely so dog friendly!! Loved our stay - will be back!

Everything was so beautiful and eclectic. The staff was very nice and professional. And best of all they clean with bleach. This is the 1st hotel that has been pristine clean with no complaints. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel, what incredible rooms with thoughtful style touches. Wonderful staff - I will never stay anywhere else when in Memphis! Dog friendly- even had toys and treats and a bed ready for our fluffy baby! My new favourite hotel chain.

ARRIVE Memphis was a beautiful and creative reinvention of a warehouse location with nods to its roots using upscale design elements.

Atmosphere was great. Friendly front desk, valet and bar tender staff.

We sunk into the middle of the bed, for that reason we will not be back. Worst Steamer for clothes. Too long of lines at Hustle and Dough, we went elsewhere.

This property was excellent. The service was super and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

There isn't anything I can think of that I did not like

Bespoke and warm. Friendly staff and good location. Good food.

No onsite parking.

Super stylish and funky vibe. Brilliant location just far enough away from Beale street to get some sleep (though see note about air con).You can see Rooms 305/6 from the top floor! (Civil rights museum)

The only gripe was that the air con was noisy. We were there at peak heat in the summer and needed it on during the night, which interrupted our sleep.

The rooms are super cute very old world New Orleans feel extremely quiet, very clean !

What a cool and unique hotel. Very comfortable. Great value for I would consider to be a high-end hotel.

Fantastic welcome when we arrived. Room was lovely, resembled loft style living, the bed was super comfy & nice shower. The hotel is about a ten minute walk to Beale Street & the Peabody Hotel & across the road from the Lorraine Motel. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous looking hotel, very stylish and in a great location for the sights of Memphis. Food was excellent and the bar was a really nice place to hang out. The staff were lovely, welcoming and helpful.

Really needed to have free/cheap water easily accessible all day and night. It was extremely hot and the bottled water in our rooms was way too expensive, which was an issue as there weren't any stores easy to access from the location. Water was available in glasses in the reception area but that doesn't get you through the night.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and peaceful.

Design, location, rooms

This hotel is within walking distance of Beale St and the surrounding sighs .very quiet street ,easy drive around. Elvis favourite restaurant just down the street .lovely staff,must see.(we found ourselves)

Some staff a little unfriendly .beware that the parking is taken care of by vallet at a cost of $30 per day..

Love the industrial style of this and the space it offers in the room. The functionality of the bathroom to be open or closed is a great concept and one I’d never seen before!

What a genuine gem! Loved the location - just enough off of the FAST pace and hustle, but an easy walk to the Beale Street. Some charming restaurants are within a block or two of the hotel. The vibe in the lobby which housed a cafe and a bar is delightful! Easily a place to travel with another couple or family as the lobby is eclectic with many seating options for cozy comfort and some intimacy for visiting! Would stay again in a heartbeat! ALL staff were extremely nice.

Download the app for street parking. We appreciated the access to our vehicle and we saved a ton. There were no issues at all with safety concerns for our vehicle.

A trendy hotel with friendly staff, a good coffee shop and modern rooms in downtown Memphis. Would definitely stay there again!

No iron was provided - just a fabric steamer that took 10 times longer to press a shirt than an iron would have taken. Please ditch the fabric steamer and just provide an iron and ironing board.

Style and set up of the location. The welcome was and friendliness that was accompanied with a helpful staff.

Location was just off the bustling center and a short interesting walk. Despite peoples fears of Memphis crime we did not feel unsafe.

Food selection was a little limited. It was all done with quality and was tasty and the service was super friendly and we felt relaxed. We thought a bit more selection would have been good.

The staff was great. The place was such a surprise when we walked in. Loved the decor in lobby and room. Very clean and comfortable room.

Cost of parking was a bit too high for one night.

The rooms are so special! Art loft but well appointed - gorgeous, light filled and inspiring.

The hotel has lovely decor and the bed is extremely comfortable. Location is great also. Very good cocktails in the bar. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Would have liked to have had a coffee machine in the bedroom and valet parking is expensive.

Very interesting facility. Utilitarian and functional. Comfortable bed . Great bar and the pizza and French Toast was excellent.

Very nice quirky hotel very modern, loved the decor. Such a cool place to stay , Brillant bar and very close to the centre of town . Staff very friendly and because we had a car they valet parked it .

I enjoy s the property and the coffee shop downstairs.

I did not like that the valet had hours. I have a friend that lives in Memphis. She took an uber to the hotel to meet me. It is close to the Grizzly's game and Beale street so we walked there. Afterwards, we went back to the hotel and wanted to go to a Grizzly's after party. I went to retrieve my car and could not due to the valet being closed. They are a separate company from the hotel. So I we decided not to go. It was very disappointing.

It was convenient/walkable to the attractions we were there to see. The staff were very welcoming and helpful not only verbally but also with door holds and negotiating the luggage cart. The room was fully equipped and comfortable.

Not so much that we "didn't like" more so the street parking was a concern. We were somewhat worried about our concealed but full trunk which would have been an issue to unload and reload it. We were informed, reassured and took advantage of a parking location recommendation by staff. All was well; we had no issues.

The staff were exceptional both at the bar and the front desk. We loved that the rooms kept a little of the warehouse charm. And for those hesitant to book because of the bathroom wall, the other half of the wall slides over to give you privacy in the bathroom. We loved the hotel so much, we will seek ARRIVE out in other locations.
