Perfect for our four night stay in Budapest, hope to visit again some day.
Location was great for tram and metro plus walking distance to restaurants. Beautiful building and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and 24 hour reception.

Not much not to like. I would suggest a free bottle of water. You can buy cheaply from the mini bar but most hotels have this in the room price.

Great centrally located hotel
Our second time at this hotel. Very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Loved the coffee machine in the room. Hotel is centrally located, near to everything we needed and walkable distance to majority of historical sites. Breakfast is great, plenty of choices, very friendly staff.
In rooms looking towards the inner courtyard windows cannot be opened. Air-conditioning is great, but being Europeans, we appreciate fresh air from time to time.

Perfect stay and great location!
Room was nice! High ceilings! And very good water pressure on the shower! Staffs were fantastic, they were able to provide me a slipper I used at the thermal bath.

Nice hotel if you are okay with a small room
Very nice hotel with excellent location. Their luggage storage room was impressive and the fitness and sauna was very nice perk.
Rooms are very very small. It was tough to be comfortable with 2 small carry on suitcases.

A perfect hotel for a city break in a central area of Budapest
A modern hotel rooms n a beautiful old building which had been sympathetically restored.
I think the breakfast area and bar area need to be bigger to accommodate the amount of guests when the hotel is busy

Nice ambiance, near the center, restaurants and public transportation. Good service provided.
Perfect location near public transport and great restaurants, right in the heart of the city. The hotel’s grandeur really adds to the experience.I had a small issue with my first room, but the team handled it with genuine care. The new room — and especially the bed — was a big improvement. Their flexibility and kindness truly made the difference.

Short but a very sweet stay!
Location location location! This hotel is located on one of the most elegant streets in my opinion and all those Budapest .The inside is very stylish and the front desk service was very helpful.
Very nice property at a reasonable price.
The first time we were there, we were in a smaller room. It was nice, but I will say the upgraded room that we got automatically. Second time we stayed was really nice lots of room high ceiling.
