Room and Location

We booked the premium room and it was very well-equipped. The bathroom is spacious and well designed, there was a small pantry with a minibar and coffee machine and kettle, lots of storage space for 2 travellers. We really liked the small sitting area which allowed us to enjoy the room without sitting on the bed. The bed is very comfortable. In the morning you can start your day in the lobby and outdoor sitting area for coffee and soy milk. In the evening, drinks and snacks. Bravo!

The toilet and shower are separated side by side, but there is only one sliding door to cover either. Not a big issue:)

Locations & staff

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable although smaller in size given the price. Hotel had arranged for the amenities for our baby. It was a comfortable stay overall. The hotel is rather new so its a bonus.

Just a small note, it is priced on the high side.

the hotel is missing something to be like 5 start hotel. toilet bowl seem to be small for big guests lobby quite small 2 elevators seems to be not enough

Amazing stay! Room and bed were so comfortable, and shower had great water pressure! The staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent for both English and Mandarin speakers. Complimentary water and snacks were a nice touch as well. Was a few minutes to any convenience store, subway station, restaurants, and SOGO shopping center.

Nothing major. There is singular sliding door that either covers the shower or the toilet, but not both simultaneously. Not really a big deal unless you’re with someone who you’re not familiar with…

This hotel was amazing! We arrived quite early because of our early flight, but they were able to check us in early so we could rest in our room. The breakfast was sumptuous with great selection. It wasn't a buffet, but you could pick out a main dish with unlimited side dishes such as juices, pastries, fruits, and yoghurt - more than enough to fuel the start of the day. Every afternoon, there are complimentary snacks and coffee by the lobby, and there is always free wine every late afternoon, making it a great way to relax and fully enjoy the experience in the hotel. The location is great - tucked in a quiet neighborhood, but so accessible to the main road and to public transportation.

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast and snacks were great. We especially appreciated Ethan’s and Hunter’s friendliness and helpfulness.

Just a small comment - the comforter was so big that part of it keeps falling on the ground.

The size of balcony exceeds my expectation. I can sit there enjoying the Taipei night view for the first time. The room door/window is 100% sound proof ! With its central location in the capital, it is amazingly quiet anytime of the day. The bed is super comfortable! The magic anti-static hairdryer makes your hair shine and smooth ! On 2F there is a 24hrs gym with all the actually functional equipment, music, tv, fruits and water. On the top floor a chic and international standard bar with an open roof top sitting areas and view to the city lights! This is the hotel I will always book when returning to Taipei. I love it so much.

Location is nice and central and close to a MRT station and close to the more trendy bars and restaurants, room was clean and comfy, airco worked very well, very nice shower gels and nice tea and coffee provided in the room. Staff were excellent, free use of the umbrellas was very helpful in Taipei, check in and check out was smooth. English levels of staff was very good and the people who were running the free wine/aperitif arrangements in the lobby were excellent (and wine is relatively expensive in Taiwan). Breakfast was very nice. Overall I was impressed and very pleased!

tea bags were not refilled every day . I stayed for three nights. no place to hang clothes properly in the bath shower room.

The hotel has a great atmosphere, staff you very helpful and friendly. I liked the attention to detail made in the rooms, easy to work aircon controls and lighting. I loved the morning tea, coffee and hot soya milk with small snacks espeically, the evening social hour where guests gathered to relax with staff on hand to ask or answer questions or just get to know there guest. I would highly recommend staying here.
