Food in the common pool was very poor. I would have expected more. And food in Gastronomy was below my expectation. Last time I came you had truffle pizza which was the best and that pizza was not served any more. Also the rest of the kid of pizza were not good enough. You changed something from the last time I came 3-4 months ago.

The hotel is beautiful and so is the location and the overall environment. Milos restaurant is always great and the staff are fantastic. This time we really enjoyed the Persian Restaurant - great food and wonderful, well-informed staff. The beach was very good, with good service.

Peak times for check-in and check-out could be very busy. Not all staff in the breakfast dining room were helpful - although some were great.

This time the stay was absolutely exceptional. From the entry to the checkout everything was in the best possible level. The stuff everywhere was very helpful, explained everything needed, was so friendly and professional. We had complimentary late checkout, because our friends had birthday, so we could all spend more time on the Waterpark. Kids room made the kids so happy, with Easter activities and gifts. Lounge was really good decision to take, we enjoyed every moment. The room was very good, clean and even had little kids toiletries sets, they felt like adults. Those all little touches made it so memorable. It was probably our best weekend so far.

Very elegant and prestige the art was very beautiful. I love eating at gastronomy at breakfast and also having late night drinks in the element bar. I like the fountain show at night it made a nice atmosphere.

I didn’t like that the rooftop bar was closed during our stay and also the royal pool under maintenance so I couldn’t check it out.

The flagship and benchmark-setting hotel for the whole Dubai and it lives up to the highest possible standards. Stayed in Palmscape room as the view is very "Dubai" at its best. Try get the higher floor as possible for better palm perspective. Amazing room full of goodies. One of the best hotel bed/pillows I ever had. Pool area is really cool. Beach is OK, but mainly for smaller kids. However, beach bar helps a lot! Will do my best to come back

AED2K daily deposit on arrival gives you an estimate on how much you will spend there. Otherwise - not much to complain about.

The breakfast is out of this world. What an amazing buffet. The service is excellent across the entire resort. The resort is so luxurious!

Several restaurants were closed due to the current situation but the ones that were open were excellent.

Everything about the place is luxurious. The views rooms and amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

It is an excellent hotel we enjoyed our family trip even with the whole situation we felt safe enjoyed our time so much. The kids loved the hotel and especially the kids club

Service could be improved. Breakfast seating system is flawed and waiter service detoriates when it gets busy. Our table had been given away at breastfeeding to someone else while we were getting our food. Coffee and tea order took an hour to come to the table...and even then it was the wrong tea order.

It is the most beautiful hotel- it smells amazing and the facilities and comfort are incredible. The staff were also exceptional and clearly fabulously trained.

Absolutely everything! They’ve even allowed us to go to the waterpark two days, even though we stayed 1 night only. Loved dinner at Gastronomy, variety of the food is exceptional had to extend our stomach to try bits of everything. Views are spectacular, beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend!
