all was good. hotel room, lobby, gardens and beach all were excelent.

It was the entire experience - from management and concierge to housekeeping and the pool guest experience team that made our stay so extremely positive and memorable. The staff truly exceed our expectations for our stay, constantly going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, peace and enjoyment. We cannot express how much we appreciate the efforts and service we received from each and every person at Atlantis The Royal. The buffet breakfast was also the best of any we have had.

1. Upon check-in, we received very little information about the restaurants included in the stay, the hotel's benefits, and the opportunities we could take advantage of, especially the Royal Club benefits. 2. It's not comfortable to have breakfast on the terrace because of the birds. We were at another hotel, where they invited falconer with falcon and there was no such problem.

Amenities and staff service Shops and Ambiance

Food stations are too wide apart to get food, you have to run around to get a full plate to eat. It would be nice to section the stations on the type of food...e.g Meat,Vegetables and starch to make it easy.

The facility is breath taking, and everything was pristine. The staff lwas extremely polite and very helpful. Their willingness to assist no matter the hour, was admirable and they deserve ro be recognized for their hard work and dedication. 👏👏👏👏The meals were well prepared and delicious. An overall seven ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five.

I had to wait 25mn for my luggages to come down before going to the airport. Thank god I made my flight but that created unnecessary stress.

I love absolutely everything. From main entrance, the lobby, restaurants, facilities, the view, the beach, the stuff… Vibe, all the expensive details, colors, pools etc. Everything is just breathtaking

The breakfast was very varied and of excellent quality. The location is slightly outside the city center. But it's nice to find peace and quiet after a hectic day or evening at the mall or nightclubs.

It would be nice if the hotel could organize a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall or the city center.

The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at in my life. It is incredibly luxurious, exceptionally clean, and the staff is wonderful. You can truly see that every small detail was thoughtfully considered. The team responded to every request with care and professionalism. The service was outstanding — everything was simply perfect. The pool is beautiful and very pleasant, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the breakfast is excellent

Our room was facing the road, and there was some noise from motorcycles and honking at night, even though the windows were closed. In addition, the food and beverage prices are quite high — similar to most luxury hotels in Dubai.

It is super luxurious, wth hi standards furnitures and probably the best fitness and sport facilities I have ever seen. Beautiful building with many restaurants for various budgets. We had a very good price.

It is far from the city, can take you 1 hour to go to DIFC. The breakfast is very good but you expect better. YOu make yourself your eggs benedict.

I had a great time in this beautiful hotel, staffs were very friendly and helpful specially the receptionist who helped me to check in. Definitely will go back next time when I visit Dubai.

Very pricy when the location is so far from the city Therefore it’s not so convenient if a guest needed some medication - the hotel has many many visitors do the lobby area is very crowded and loud.
