Everything was best value for money. Super comfortable bed and really quiet but in a super great location. Can’t fault this place and will go back for sure. Thank you to all the team as everyone was super helpful and friendly

The location is perfect and as described in Manu other reviews, it’s a little sanctuary amongst the Bangkok chaos. The pool is perfection, with plenty of lounges amongst the stunning gardens.

The rooms were clean, but pretty basic. The beds were firm, which I didn’t mind, but my partner prefers a soft bed. There were no face washers provided and only one set of pillows (one each)

Amazing chilled villa

My stay was very pleasant especially when considering the price. The room was nice and roomy, and the yard and the pool were also pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was able to get my room three hours prior to the standard check-in time.

Nothing major to complain about. The room was a bit dark and there weren't any brighter lights available. The shower and the tap felt flimsy, and the shower pressure was a little painful.

Beautiful garden with a lovely swimming pool. Rooms were very comfortable with really good shower. Staff is amazing. Location is also very convenient, short walk to Khaosan road. Restaurant is also very good 👍

Great place, awesome location, the staff are pleasant and super sweet. The rooms are clean, the pool is clean and great too — overall, I totally recommend it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and alright. The window was towards a wall nearby but it didn't bother us. The AC was working and it was possible to leave the bags after check-out. All in all a very good experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. The pool area is stunning and a lovely respite from the heat. We had a canal view family room and it was excellent - spacious, quiet and comfortable with a great view of the khlong. Location was also perfect for us, with easy access to the Chao Phraya for the ferry, walking distance to Wat Saket and other attractions, and lots of delicious food around. Recommend Democracy Pad Thai nearby for delicious, cheap food. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Beds were a little bit hard but that’s not unusual in Asia

Strategic location, close 10/15 mins by walk to temples and Khaosan Road, in a quiet and authentic neighborhood. Common areas were beautiful, swimming pool big and well maintained. Stuff super friendly and kind.

Pillows in the room were a bit thin, the mattress a bit too hard for my preferences. Room light at floor level not sufficient for working at the laptop or reading without using the electricity.

I love the stuff, and the location, close to everything but in a quiet and local neighbourhood . The room was very nice too and the pool quiet and pretty. They give you towels and you can make laundry there.

I wish I had more time in Bang kok. The location is perfect to access anywhere near the palace. Kaosan road these days is kaos. If you want to be around the local community but still close enough to the temple area, this is the best place. Beautiful premises for sure! In 5 years, the new MRT station will be established, so it will be more easier to get to the main city area.

The light in the room. I wish there are some options for guests to have bright light at night. Also, unlike the other hotel these days, the fridge is automatically off when you take the card out No TV connection.

Authentic ambiance and the pool was a plus. Towels are available at reception and willing to accommodate with bar tabs.

Bed in 309 is abut aged and lumpy .

Staff were really friendly, easy check-in, nice food and drinks . Pool was really nice but quite small for how busy it got at certain times. Close walk to attractions we wanted to go to. Room was clean and nice, but the balcony didn’t have the nicest view.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous. I love the bathroom tiles and overall decor of the hotel.

I wished I was on the higher floor as they have nice terrace. I was on the 1st floor and had an outdoor space but no view.

The Hotel had a very relaxed but welcoming atmosphere. The staff were supportive, friendly and very willing to help us , no matter what questions we presented. From a smokers point of view , the designated area at the front of house was a relief . We enjoyed many pleasurable meals and drinks in this area and it was a great place to begin and end our days . The rooms were extremely generous in space , and the beds were not only very comfortable but huge . It was also a very nice touch to have a 2 seater sofa to alternate to . Balcony was spacious and offered a lovely view over the garden and swimming pool area and literally came into its own in the evening with the ambient lighting .

Could of done with a long mirror in the living area . And an extra power point for “both sides of the bed “ .

We loved this hotel. The pool was peaceful and the area around it shady. We liked the balconies looking over the garden and pool. The food was delicious. The location was ideal for sights in old Bangkok and we liked that it was also by a canal.

We opted for two rooms overlooking the pool, rather than the street facing family room. They very kindly facilitated two adjacent rooms. We probably should have put down an extra deposit for extra door keys though, to come and go between the two rooms. The doors are on automatic close and an alarm goes off if not closed fully. No fault of the hotel though!

We were on the bottom floor rooms 112-115 and the person above us was very loud. The floors are very thin and we could hear lots of footsteps and noise. The aircon unit was very loud too so disturbed sleep but this wouldn’t put me off coming back, just unfortunate.

Such a nice place to stay - beautiful pool in a courtyard which feels like an oasis. Comfortable room and nice bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Only comment is that the aircon wasn’t that strong as it wasn’t directed at the bed, but it wasn’t a problem really. Also the food menu didn’t have many vegetarian options.

this was the very first hotel we stayed at in Bangkok, we've never been to Bangkok before so we where expecting great things, this lovely hotel was definitely worth the visit, so much so we ended our holiday after island hopping in this hotel, lovely lovely staff and spoke perfect English, which is always a bonus on holiday, we are intending to revisit this hotel again in March 2027, and we cant wait to go back and have further adventures. we ate a few times in the hotel and the food was outstanding 10/10 comfy beds too. great staff, they are a credit to the hotel... we will be back :)

its not what we didn't like as we couldn't fault the hotel. my own preference is to have a mirror in the bedroom as well as the bathroom, to do your hair in the bathroom the lighting was a little dark, but it certainly won't stop us from returning.

Excellent location in a quiet area. We loved walking along the khlong in the back - lots of great authentic restaurants. The room was clean and sufficient for two nights. The pool was refreshing and necessary with the afternoon Bangkok heat!

Very nice and quiet Pool area in the heart of the hotel. We could even wait there until our room was prepared. It was good to have a lift, as our room was on the 4th floor. The street was rather quiet, and still close to the vibrant life area. Public transport was easy to reach.

The airconditioning was not very strong, and didn't work when taking out the room card. So we came back to a heated room and it took quite a long time to cool down.
