Palazzo Alabardieri is the best hotel in Napoli. Believe me!

Wonderful location with a plenty of great restaurants around and very safe to walk around at night. Classic hotel with a vintage vibe but very functional and with attentive service. Very good breakfast.

Great location. Lovely ambience. Good size - not too large for elderly people to get around. Rooms clean, quiet and very spacious.

Location was great, very close to the sea front, lots of shops and bars and restaurants all walking disctance. Room was modern and clean and had everything one needs.

breakfast could have been better. I know many people dont drink decaf coffee in Italy but one would hope to have better than instant decaff. Scambled eggs felt like made from ready mix rather than fresh. Limited options. Admitedly I didnt try the pastries. Overall no big deal but in the future I wouldnt select the breakfast included offer and get a cheaper room and explore the plentiful bakerries in walking distance

Beautiful hotel! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bartender prepared awesome old fashions for our nightcap.

Room temperature control. It was necessary for us to open the window to have a restful sleep.

Breakfast was good but not exceptional. Typical Italian buffet.

No assistance with restaurant reservations. Otherwise staff was great.

There are a lot if cafes nearby but not many indoor restaurants ; being November it was too wet and cold to eat outside, so a restaurant in the hotel would have been convenient

Great location!! Breakfast was excellent( real scrambled eggs). The bed was very comfortable. The sheets were cotton and we slept well here. Excellent gourmet market just down the street. Overall a pleasant experience.

I wish they would have left us water every day. They only give you two small bottles at the beginning of your stay. We paid almost $300 a night and it would have been nice to have water in our room. Maybe it is just one of my pet peeves.

We had stayed here abut 10 years ago. It was as beautiful as last time. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The staff all were pleasant and helpful.
