Location, helpful staff, great service

Hotel location was great. Walking distance from shopping streets and the boardwalk. Taxi station 1 minute walk from the lobby. Well appointed room and lovely helpful staff prior and during our stay. Breakfast was nice and diverse, with lots to choose from.

We booked a 3 person room and the bed for the 3rd person was in a "nook", with limited space. It was okay, but not very roomy.

Location was very good, near shops/restaurants/etc....front desk staff was especially outstanding - suggesting great local restaurants (particularly the evening attendant...Pavone). Room clean and decorated at a high level. Breakfast staff was helpful, and the variety of food options was outstanding. Can't say enough about the people and the facility --- with one drawback.

View out the room window was terible...an ally-way that hadn't ben cleaned in years.

Hotel is in an excellent location and is very clean and attractive

Not much atmosphere in the bar at any time.

We were looking for a hotel with some character and this one has. In a great position the entrance on a side street in a nice neighbourhood of the city a short walk to the waterfront and many restaurants. A short taxi ride to the key locations the hotel organised a private hire airport transfer that worked perfectly. We were considering a rental car and so glad we didn't take that option. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations and bookings, they made the visit. The room was clean, good size, quiet and very comfortable. The small bar was the ideal spot for a nightcap. We will be back in Naples and stay here again.

Very nice Palazzo in a great location near the harbour, allowing for a relaxed stay in Naples. Many great restaurants and bars nearby, less crowded than the historical city center. Friendly and helpful staff.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Alabardieri. It was in a great location - surrounded by great restaurants and cafes that are a short walk away. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others!

The hotel was great, the room was spotlessly clean and staff were so friendly. The location was perfect, it was so close to lovely restaurants/bars and only a short walk to the waterfront.

Naples is mostly a pass-through destination and this hotel is in one of the best areas. Plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance and access to shopping. It would also be an ideal location for those wanting to access the port for cruises. The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds with great linens, very clean and quiet. The bar was open until 11:00 and the breakfast was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful booking us cars to the airport the next day. Highly recommend.

We had a group of 6 women. We were surprised to find that each of our rooms had a twin bed and queen. The only option when booking was to book 3 rooms, but we could have easily fit in 2 rooms with this arrangement of twin+queen. Would have preferred for this to show up as an option when booking.

Gorgeous interior. Lovely room and bath. Excellent location for shopping and strolling on the waterfront. Several excellent restaurants nearby.

The location, the food, the staff was quick and efficient with our requests

There was just one member of staff (a man with the beard) at breakfast (Monday and Tuesday morning 1st and 2nd July) that wasn’t warm and seemed irritable with requests

Excellent location for exploring town and shopping. The breakfast room was elegant and the food choices very good. The quality of the coffee and the food was excellent.

Location was great, very close to the sea front, lots of shops and bars and restaurants all walking disctance. Room was modern and clean and had everything one needs.

breakfast could have been better. I know many people dont drink decaf coffee in Italy but one would hope to have better than instant decaff. Scambled eggs felt like made from ready mix rather than fresh. Limited options. Admitedly I didnt try the pastries. Overall no big deal but in the future I wouldnt select the breakfast included offer and get a cheaper room and explore the plentiful bakerries in walking distance

Beautiful hotel! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bartender prepared awesome old fashions for our nightcap.

Room temperature control. It was necessary for us to open the window to have a restful sleep.
