Yonis service is fantastic

The location is exceptional, close to all tel Aviv attractions, shopping, transportation, good restaurants. In the hotel itself the rooms are beautiful, bedding is crisp, clean and so comfortable. Robes and slippers are supplied. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Shower has good water pressure, and great control of temperature. The service of the staff and general manager were extra ordinary to mention Yoni and Eleanor. Definitely will be back. Highly recommended

Wasn't clean enough. Not enough toilet paper. Noisy in the evening. Not enough light at night and no separate light in the bathroom. The desk service was inconsistent.

The hotel was very welcoming, small and unique, great atmosphere, great location, friendly and attentive staff. Even when we ran out of toilet paper at midnight there was someone available to bring us more.

The welcoming by Betty when we arrived was amazing. With a glass of champagne she explained everything and gave some recommendations. A bottle of wine was waiting in the very pretty and clean room. The hotel is located in a great area with all types of nice bars and restaurants close by. It’s a 10min walk to the beach. I would definitely book this hotel again.

All was exceptional

Betty was amazing, always smiling and makes you confortable when you arrive. She hasalways good advices for the night or dinner. And i would like to add Something which is very important, she was a good listener !!!

It was not possible to go to the rooftop.

The Brown TLV hotel was a fantastic value, well designed and super clean. The central location was perfect for restaurants, beach and nightlife. Betty at reception was so great and helpful with our checkout, and helped create such an inviting atmosphere for us! Will definitely recommend the hotel to any friends headed to the area!

Great location just a short walk from the beach and lots of entertainment options. Betty at the front desk was welcoming and helpful; she even walked me outside to make sure that I was headed to the correct bus station!

Actually, my stay has been fantastic. The room is great, comfortable, and has everything I need. The staff is amazing—super nice, polite, and available 24/7. Betty, one of the girls at the reception, was fantastic. She was super nice, and I'm glad she assisted me. She was always ready to help with everything.

The rooms are a little bit noise, you can hear the other rooms.

Loved the service. Arrived around midnight and met by Jacob who was so cheery and delightful despite the late hour. Nice to chat with him. As we checked in he made us a small origami swan and gave us the last available parking space. The room was small, but so cute. Loved the fresh fruit, water bottles and even the bottle of wine(which we gave away as we were flying back to the US early the next morning). The lobby is so cozy. The rocking chairs and bookshelves filled with books are so inviting. Love the selection of hot tea, coffee and even crisp green apples. Perfect for a quick stay in Tel Aviv.

That we couldn’t stay longer!!!!

This was already my second visit at Brown TLV Urban hotel - I decided to book the same hotel as during my previous visit, as I was so happy with the experience I had. Staying at Brown TLV again was a great decision, as the location of the hotel is excellent for discovering and experiencing the city's unique vibe from local food, shops and architecture to the beach and back! The customer service and attention paid to details and the comfort of the guests at the hotel continued to exceed my expectations - the hotel manager and staff really go out of their way to make sure their guests have a lovely stay. I can't thank you enough for contributing to my stay being as great as it was, can't wait to return soon again! :)

The hotel is centrally located, close to bars and restaurants and just a few blocks away from the beach. The staff was available at all times to make our stay pleasant. For breakfast, the hotel offers a high-quality buffet with many healthy options.

Our room was initially to small for a one week stay but eventually, the staff gave us a larger room which was nice and comfortable.

The hotel was a great experience - attention was paid to unexpected details making my stay a memorable one from beginning till end! The hotel's sundeck was a great bonus, as was the half-covered lounge terrace and bar area beside the reception - loved the fact I could work on my laptop and enjoy my coffee without being deprived of the lovely weather. Upon my arrival, there was a lovely complementary tray of freshly cut fruit and wine waiting for me in my room, and the staff was really chill - thanks especially to Betty, who went out of her way to reply to my questions and accommodate my requests, making sure I could enjoy my holiday to the full! The location of the hotel also couldn't have been better, it really was at the centre of everything! Will be sure to return here!

Not that I didn't like it, the colours of the room were just darker than what I am used to - loved the black marble of the bathroom though!

Excellent location, very nice design and atmosphere. Wonderful staff - especially Betty at the reception! Great rooftop rest place. Little things like free drinks and supportive service made the stay memorable! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect

While we have been in Tel Aviv multiple times in the past, this most recent stay here was truly spectacular and our favorite so far, largely in part to Miss Betty Galkoren. She exceeded all of our expectations, was always willing to help, and was key in ensuring that we had the most wonderful stay and experience in Tel Aviv. Any issues that arose were taken care of exceptionally. We are so grateful for her service and are certain that she helped make this recent trip to Tel Aviv truly memorable!

Great location, trendy vibe but nice and quiet, lovely and super helpful staff, free wine water chocolates and fruit platter in room, really nice breakfast spread, comfy bed, robes and slippers.

Room was quite small, buildings were a little dingy/old (though I think this is common in Tel Aviv).

very friendly staff, especially Alon is amazing ! I missed breakfast due to a very late flight and he was so nice to give me a voucher to have lunch in a very tasty café nearby instead - very much recommend this hotel!
