Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando

The location is close to so many shops and places to eat. It’s just about 5-10 minute drive to icon park area. The pools were beautiful, the rooms were cleans and staff was friendly.

The $32 plus tax fee a night to park your car is unreasonable it will probably hinder me from coming back.

The staff, especially Bryan (at Italian Place) and Jacon (at bar), were ALL happy, friendly and superb. That makes or breaks a place. This is our favorite spot in Orlando, but we wish we knew about tbe Steakhouse on our 1st visit, not when we were leaving on the 10th + visit. Maybe put a sign in the lobby? All of the food and service was fabulous, as always. Thank you for another great experience!

Doing laundry was really a pain- difficult to figure out what I needed money wise, where to get detergent, change, etc. Digital would be easier and some directions inside the laundry room would be very helpful.

It's time to replace the pillows and sheets in the rooms! The ones in my room were very deteriorated. The surrounding facilities were good, but inside the room, especially in the TV and table area, you could see that a little more care was needed when cleaning.

The price of the restaurants is so high for quality of the food. The Mexican food is a the worse that I had in 35 years, and it's expensive. Only have one coffee shop.

The property is beautiful. They have great amenities and the pools are very nice. This hotel is close to most Orlando attractions. They have great restaurants on-site so you don't have to go far for a good meal. Very family oriented.

I didn't find the staff to be friendly or welcoming.

I stay here 6-12 times a year. It's our family go to place to be. Great location, and the hotel itself has everything you need without leaving.

Wasn't a big fan of the non vegan or vegetarian options for my guests I invited, and the pool was very dirty the last 2 times we came. Once full of oil or sunscreen I guess and once almost smelled like urine:/

This property has everything one could want. Room was lovely and well appointed. Pool area was beautiful. Nice discount on golf if you are staying in the hotel.

Self park was $32.00 a day and valet $62.00. I find this a total ripoff when parking space is not an issue.

Staff (almost everywhere) were just fantastic! The restaurants on site were TOP NOTCH..the sushi was delicious and fresh..The pool bar and atmosphere was just amazing. Very impressed with everthing, thank you.

The waitresses at the cocktail bar didn't seem they wanted to be there..I know there was a lot going on but over all it was a great time.

The property was in a nice location. We enjoyed the pools and scenery. The market was very convenient.

I wish there were more activities at the resort.

This place was so amazing upon entering that we decided to stay another night. There are 13 restaurants on site...3 pools...a spa...and a fitness center! The price is amazing for the quality and it was only 9 minutes away from Epic Universe. They have a 24 hour shop with snacks and pizza. My husband and I will be coming back everytime we are in Orlando!

Fantastic service and excellent value for money! The hotel features three swimming pools, a good on-site restaurant, and is conveniently located just 20 minutes by taxi from the parks. Highly recommended!
