We were there for the Christmas holidays. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and roomy. The resort was exceptional with restaurants for all food palettes. The amenities were great!

I was traveling alone so the convenience of the restaurants and all amenities were great!

When booking reservations price seems to be great until u check in and have fees to pay. Did not like the fact that if u park ur own car u have a fee of 38.00 per day for parking. I don’t know why guest have to pay for parking if we r booking and staying at ur resort. That somehow has to change. U all know we have to park why charge ur guest and it’s not one flat fee it’s everyday we have to pay a parking fee until we check out. Beds r a little uncomfortable.

I loved how spacious and clean everything was. The resort itself had a great size pool. Very comfortable rooms and beds. The view from the hotel room was very nice. I loved the little cafe serving Starbucks. The women who work there were lovely and so kind to me and my daughters!

I loved everything. But I want to give a little constructive criticism about check in. I would’ve loved it if we got more information about the hotel regarding where to eat, if we needed tickets to universal studious, places to go around the hotel, etc at check in. Although the staff was all very accommodating and nice we would’ve loved a little more information about the hotel.

Our third stay at Rosen Shingle Creek, the only choice when we went to Orlando. Great resort, plenty of facilities, great staff.

The view is extraordinary! You have 3 pools and jaccuzzi to relax and a lot of restaurants to eat and enjoy the resort.

The price for the food in restaurants is expensive

This property is just gorgeous. The pools were heated and clean, and there are so many things to do. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and helpful. We forgot an item in the hotel room and they shipped it back to me, free of charge. Just an overall lovely place.

It was huge, beautiful, clean. You had everything you would need here. Scenery was beautiful in the rooms and you’re amazed the moment you turn into the hotel, and walk in. Check in was easy. They packed my language and brought it up, treated like royalty. They have many dining options, pools were huge and clean with food and beverages service while you relax. Definitely a bargain especially booking with booking.com. Love it!

Had a few issues, one with a cleaning crew staff. I stayed 3 nights and on the 2nd day I called down to the front desk to request extra toiletries when we got room service. One of the cleaning ladies came up with the extra toiletries and questioned me why I had them bring it and didn’t I know that when they cleaned the room they brought it anyways, threw me off like I did something wrong. I requested it that way, but even if I didn’t, I felt like it was rude from her. I requested a service she did not have to question it to me like she did not want to come. 2nd is parking is expensive. 3rd would be It’s hard to connect your phone or fire stick to TV, wish they were up to date and had smart TV’s. The channel I wanted to watch was blacked out with only audio. It staff was wonderful and came up right away, but they couldn’t fix it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rosen Shingle Creek and I can't recommend it highly enough. 🌟 Although we encountered a small hiccup with the Arcade, where a third-party vendor's machine was out of service, the situation was handled exceptionally well. 🎮 My autistic child was quite upset about not being able to redeem his hard-earned tickets for a prize. However, Mr. Yu, the manager, went above and beyond to make things right. He followed up with a thoughtful call after our visit and arranged for the vendor to ship the item directly to our home. 📦 This level of service truly impressed me! 🙌 There are numerous dining options and amenities to enjoy, making it a perfect destination for families. 🍽️ We look forward to returning and highly recommend Rosen Shingle Creek to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience. 🛎️✨

While the hotel is upscale and beautifully maintained, I did notice that the room had a bit of a smell, which was slightly off-putting. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall experience. 🏨

The restaurant The Land That Was, the name may not be exactly right but the customer service was exceptional 👌. The lamb ribs and the Management and staff superior.

The fact that you have to pay to use the exercise facility after spending a thousand dollars at the hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at that did not break the bank. Staff was kind, the rooms were stunning, property is exceptionally maintained. Could stay at the pool/hot tub area all day. Shops are right across the street. Parks are around the corner. Already planning a weekend trip just to stay there again!

It is very clean. The decorations for Christmas are very beautiful.

The parking is so far. The shuttle isn’t always out. Staying here with children was not ideal when you bring things in because my hands were full.
