The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was super fun with the rainbow shower effect

The location wasn't quite what we had hoped and it's down a very busy street, the second night we got moved to the other side of the floor cause the Aircon in our room broke and it was so loud every night from outside we struggled to sleep as it's right by some very busy party streets. There also was very little storage space for clothes making it very hard to unpack

Everything. Aesthetics, location, cleanliness. Big windows. Discount at the nearby gelateria. Most of all the bathroom and the lights.

The giant swing was ?unusable? Too badddd

the first night i was on 3rd floor and the aircon was very noisy as well as the sounds from the club reverberating through the room.

Rooms interior were funky

Corridors were conjusted, and rooms were too small.

Great sized room, comfortable large bed and swimming pool. Good sized bathroom and shower, liked the addition of the colour changing light. Location was really good, just around the corner from the main shopping mall and restaurants. Except the large slope you have to walk up and down.

One of my towels smelt musky/damp. Asked for a new towel that never came so asked when I met the cleaners the next morning. There were also big lumps of hair on the floor of the room. The pool towels are kept downstairs in the lobby. So when you go all the way up to the pool expecting them to be in the pool area, where there is a large storage space and the towel bin, you then have to go all the way back down to get one. Internet is poor around the pool area and the social areas.

Water in the toilet and washroom especially my king bed is so slow it difficult and takes time to shower and wash, hope the maintenance will ASAP.

Location and proximity to all major shopping centres and eateries was within easy walking distance. Hussien the floor cleaning supervisor ensured that my room was thoroughly cleaned and well supplied everyday.

Nothing, I was happy with this accommodation.

Overall lovely . Beautiful view of the city and I recommend anyone to stay here😊

The terrace can be open longer that it is in the evening.The guy the came to monitor the terrace use was quite rude

Gemini room- Love the shower so much! With the changing colour light as background, love! And no doubt perfect location, near to the tourist attractions in Bkt Bintang, near to the MRT station🫶🏼

I would give 10/10 if the property has their own allocated parking spot, not easy to get grab in such busy area

Location just perfect, 2 minutes walk from main streets with all the food shops and night restaurants. Rooms was very clean and set up with everything you need. Very modern design and cute area at the roof top with the pool. Coffee and tea station at the reception. Staff is very helpful

-For individual travel will work perfect it for the couple maybe room little bit small -No restraint or cafe for breakfast

The clothes hanging poles were not very practical and the air conditioning was very loud. Facilities for providing breakfast would have been useful

Location was great and staff was nice. Pool was really quiet and we got to swim by ourselves everytime. They offered free water and coffee. Good pressure in the shower, which is not always there even in better hotels.

AC was loud! We couldn't keep it on at night. Also room was really humid, our towels didn't dry at all. You could hear noises outside on the weekend, but if you sleep AC in that is not a problem 😉 Mini fridge would be nice in the room.

Great location in the heart of Bukit Bintang with a cool pool and rooftop area. Gym is small but does the job. Good staff and quirky style rooms

Some of the neon pink, like in the gym, is a bit much. Could do with a fridge in the room

Nothing much to say about the hotel, very simple and standard hotel.

Too noisy from outside, there is few pub and very active at midnight

The rooftop pool with a partial view of the Petronas Tower was nice especially at night. Ability to find food within a block or two was convenient, beds were comfortable. Free tea in the lobby.

The room is tight for two people.

Our favourite hotel when flying from the UK to Australia.

I tried taking a taxi to the airport, was told it would take an hour but that must be on a good day! weekends and any traffic will drastically extend getting to the airport.

The staff were so nice and friendly, the room is clean. Nice!

Big rooms for the family and great location. Everything was perfect.

Comfortable facilities

Bathroom was leaking however perfect for short stay. In great location close to malls and plenty of restaurants.

Clean, basic and just enough. Easy to transport around the city.

The air conditioner is quite noisy even though I set the fan at the lowest power. There is probably a club nearby the hotel, I heard the music bass until 4AM in both nights. Another small thing, the room smell is a little bit too aromatic to me.

Outdoor rooftop area was great to take a break. Close proximity to Changat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor and the shopping malls.

Nothing not to like.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the MRT station and countless bars, restaurants and foot stalls. Modern interior, clean room, great small pool on the rooftop with brilliant views around, especially at night.

The gym is small, has only cardio equipment and some dumbbells (15kg max), has no windows and the air con either isn't strong enough or takes time to cool the room down. Could be fixed by moving it to the rooftop room and getting a bit more equipment.

Comfortable bed, clean and good pressure on shower. Staff was very kind. Their roof lounge is great to work. Location is near main touristique spots.

It is near the streets where bars are playing loud music, so you can hear from the room. I used ear plugs and it helped. They have an issue with the Ac when we stayed and it was very noisy as the fan controller can not be modified.

I liked the location of the property. As a solo traveler I like to walk around to explore new cities and this fits my needs perfectly.

Nothing, I had the enclave room with no window. But it was perfect for me after travelling for 18 hours

I don’t like noise from street because maybe in Ramadan . We don’t have closet space for your stuff. Deposit 200 RMT .

Great Hotel for what we paid, room was very nice and we loved the roof top pool. Night swims overlooking KL was a highlight for sure! public facilities were interesting but we didn't use them during our short stay.

Loud neighbours, but that's not the hotels fault.

Great location close the central. Pool, rooftop lounge, and games room were a bonus.
