Good location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast. Most of the staff went over and above to help, lovely atmosphere.

Room was a bit hot & tv didn’t work. We had to queue to get in the spa but it wasn’t for too long. Overall really really good.

Beautiful property especially the restaurant area. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we felt welcome from the minute we walked in. Happy hour in the lobby was a nice touch and a perfect way to start our weekend - not something you get in many hotels. Room was lovely, although some of the bedding and carpets seemed a little tired but overall very impressed. I wish we had been there longer to enjoy it some more. Complimentary mini bar (soft drinks & snacks) was a lovely surprise too. Breakfast was delicious, nice touch with ginger and lemon shots being handed out.

The spa felt a little tired in some areas and the snow sauna was a little disappointing. Some of the carpets around the hotel were stained and marked but appreciate there’s a lot of wear & tear in busy hotels. There was nothing at all that would put us off going back however had we paid a peak night at a higher rate, we may have expected a little more from the quality.

I like the quiet comfy room and the modern bathtub. I also appreciate the lighting options in the room. Very often it's very deem in hotels rooms, no ceiling lighting whatsoever, not possible to read or work comfortably, but not in this one. SPA was a nice addition. And the list of small items that could be provided by request like a sew kit or tampons seems an excellent idea.

We have been to the Blythswood afew times and each time we go, its always as expected. Staff are all very friendly and so helpful from meeting you at the car helping in with luggage, to front desk staff welcoming with any queries giving you information if there is any events going on, wine tasting ect. Domestic staff keep the hotel spotless, spa staff are lovely and also the staff in the restaurant and bar are very polite and do their utmost to serve anything you ask. Rooms are comfortable and the rooms with the secret window in the bathroom are a lovely touch. Food is always delicious and the facilities in the spa are divine. We love the blythswood and intend to keep returning every year.

Thee Best hotel in Glasgow , The customer service has been the best I have experienced in a uk Hotel . The do really cater for every whim!

Price point is on the higher End but in this case you do really get what you pay for.

Beautiful and immaculate presentation, stunning festive decorations. Spa is peaceful. All staff were friendly and attentive. Room felt like a retreat and extension of the spa, room service excellent. Festive gifts were delightful. Social hour with complimentary drinks was a lovely idea.

The restaurant was a little lacking in atmosphere on Christmas Eve, some live music would have been a welcome addition.

Very beautiful building and location with private gardens opposite. Very grand entrance beautifully decorated for Christmas. Comfortable room with walk in shower and bath. Staff are very welcoming and very professional and attentive. A big thank to Lori concierge whose an absolute gentleman and very professional. A big thanks to David concierge also. Emilia on reception was lovely and very welcoming. I had a lovely Christmas with my 2 precious little dogs and we can't wait to go back. A million thanks guys for making our stay special!!!

Only thing I didn't like because I requested a ground floor room with a view. Room was lovely and very close to reception which was good because I have a walking stick and my 2 dogs with me... Only thing I didn't like was the generator outside my window...because it was at the back..so no view But all in all it was a lovely stay.

Hotel is stunning, beautifully decorated for Christmas time. Spa was very relaxing, plenty different rooms to experience and loungers to relax on. The bar has a lovely atmosphere and coffee & cocktails were enjoyable. Complimentary mulled wine served in the upstair salon was a lovely touch

Location, decor, room, spa all beautiful. Loved breakfast. Love the space in the bedroom and the different creams and wash gels provided..

Couldnt work out how air con in toom worked...was on high all night and far too hit. Room was just above some air con vents that were really noisy. Really hated both these thingst. Particulatly as room was quite expensive...and was rezlly lovelu otherwise

The room was excellent, breakfast was superb but the staff is what makes the hotel. We used the spa for a treatment, once more staff and experience was brilliant.

The food was a let down for me, we ate in the hotel on two nights, could not fault the staff but the menu is very limited and in my view very expensive.

I had been upgraded to a suite with a marble bathroom. The floor was very cold to the feet! Underfloor heating would be great!
