Beautiful view of harbor. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms look just like the pictures even with slippers and robe. View from window in room amazing. Free Coffee machine 24/7 was amazing. Hot tea and ice tea also free. Mini fridge in room. Great location/ walk to almost everything!

Needs microwave.

The staff was super nice! Place was very clean and it’s a very quiet and pleasant area. Waterfront views are very nice.

Parking outside is a little tricky.

OK, Decent shower but I just wanted to get your Attention for the 1* DO NOT LIE TO YOUR GUESTS! *Tried to shorten a day due to one couple getting into a bad car accident 3 days earlier. was denied because they were booked? LIE! *LIED about cable. Cable wasn't working in my room so they so they switched my room. oh wait, but they couldn't change my res because they we're booked? LIE Staff confirmed that they were not booked. the cable kept going out in the new room too. I had to reset the TV 5 times, I counted. then in the morning I just turned it off. Then I find out from the maintenance guy that it happens All the time.At least he was honest! so the people I talked toalready knew and played dumb. LIED! *Manager didn't reach out. I informed the man when he was looking @ my DTV box about my frustrations about no heater or blankets, not being able to shorten my stay...but there was Obvious frustration. He told me the manager would be in at around 10, if I wanted to talk to her. I declined because I didn't want to wait around on my trip. I'm pretty sure he would have mentioned something to the manager because he just seemed like he genuinely cared. Obviously the hotel manager would check in with the staff to see how the day is going. Well, one would think. So did she just blow it off? I know, speculation! *THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY OUT! No patio door and the Windows are sealed shut so you Can't open them. Or at least I couldn't find a way.? Room is on the Ground level! DOOR! or maybe die. * No blinds on the windows only shutters. Sun rises right in your face.No need for a wake up call. *No heater or extra blankets? was cold at night and there was only a sheet and a thin blanket. I ended up putting on more cloths to warm up. Too annoyed @ 1AM and knew I wouldn't be nice if I called the front desk. *I agree with keeping a hotel clean but vacuuming @ 8:15 AM? no need for a wakeup call. Hospitality requires common sense!

Wonderful location at the edge of the marina in Fells Point. Exceptional staff. Excellent breakfast with freshly baked cookies each afternoon.

We got downgraded to a queen when we paid for a king room. No discount was offered. Refrigerator did not work properly. The remote had tape to hold in the batteries and was hard to operate.

Small 39 rooms...quiet and good free breakfast. Great location on the water.

The staff is very helpful, nice and responsive to problems they have little control over.

We arrived around 11pm and immediately found that the mattress in our king room was very deformed with an odd, large lump in the middle which made it impossible to sleep on it. In addition, the phone in the room was not working. After informing Eric, the manager on duty, he was unable to find us another available king room. Therefore, he and my husband turned the very heavy mattress around so the lump was at the bottom of the bed, allowing us to sleep on the mattress more or less comfortably. He gave us a 50% discount and said they would upgrade us to a better room the next day, which they did. Needless to say, it was not an ideal experience but the staff was as helpful as they could have been under the circumstances.

Location was great. Room was attractive. Room accommodations were adequate. Everything looked & smelled clean. HVAC system allowed us to sleep…no unpleasant noise or odors. Plenty of hot water.

Breakfast was disappointing. Full kitchen was advertised…MIA. Plain scrambled eggs would have been nice. Carbs galore…protein not so much. Instant oatmeal on the menu but no way to prepare it. Warm croissants were brought out after we were finished eating. Parking is a challenge. Security system is appreciated but not user friendly. Had to talk to outdoor intercom to get in the gate to get my car and to exit the lot. My short wife needed a stool to get into the high top bed. Glad the front desk found something that worked, otherwise she would have had to sleep in one of the chairs.

The bed was comfortable, and room a nice size. The hotel location is good for us, given who we were visiting and their location in Fells Point. The hotel is also on the water and near shops within short walking distance along the street. Though, the wharf on the water around the hotel was mostly closed when we were there near end of Jan. 2024 (due to some strutural issue according to a sign on the fencing).

The room was too dark (insufficient lighting in places). The bathroom was not too clean, or not as clean as it should have been. The breakfast was ok, but minimal. All cold types, except you could toast a bagel, and there was coffee and hot water/teas. The croissant was good but OJ not so good. The room lacked a safe. Parking a car was $30/day. Room or maid service of any kind required a guest to make a special request.

First time stay, will be back. Great staff, location, and distinctive rooms. Great harbor and marina views.

The promenade was closed for repairs and there was no onsite dining or fireplace.

Buyer beware! Even if you pre-pay for your room through Booking.com, which should cover all fees and taxes, you will be charged $19.90 per day. When I inquired about this daily fee I was told it was to cover the “free” coffee/tea bar and “free” breakfast.

Decor, cleanliness were excellent. Location was as about good as it gets around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore and Fells point. The croissants in the the morning were on par with some of the best I've ever had.

Staff at breakfast was just barely keeping up. Surprise additional hotel service fee of $19.90 which was not disclosed by booking.com. The hotel blamed booking.com for failing to update the information on their site.

We liked the location, decor, staff and on-site parking.

We have stayed here previously and the breakfast was great. This time it was extremely lackluster. The coffee machine was broken, and it seemed like there were a lot less options for breakfast. We may be remembering incorrectly, but there also used to be a weekend event like wine and chocolate in the lobby which was no longer happening.

The quiet ambience was attractive for us.
