Location was next to the city center which was v. Helpful

Breakfast was amazing, & most enjoyable! Starting with juices , teas & coffees Loved the yogurt, fruit, nuts & seeds etc & then the salmon , advocado & cheese. Lastly but not least the fabulous choice of bread’s & croissants! They’re was lots of other lovely choices too but these were my favourites. Overall breakfast was a lovely experience & the staff were so friendly & helpful !! 😊

Room size is comfortable and amenities are of good quality.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. The staff was particularly helpful with a great recommendation for dinner and they arranged our transportation after our stay. Great customer service!

Very helpful staff. Isabelle was very pleasant and informative regarding the surrounding historical area. Our room #002 was off a beautiful courtyard. Easy walking to the tram in beautiful historic Bordeaux.

Well designed, charming lobby and courtyard, spacious room. The outdoor balcony overlooking the renovated stables and courtyard was delightful.

Toilet area separate from sink and shower in room. Steps in room. Dark in hallways and elevator.

Location, helpfulness of staff, parking option, great breakfast and room. The lady who talked us in to the car parking location on the phone during road closure was exceptional.

A bit pricy.

The location is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathroom is spotless and has all you need and a few extras. Tea and coffee great in the room, some milk would be wonderful. Breakfast is good, be sure to ask if you want something, staff happy to oblige. For an Irish person, tea could be hotter. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if back in Bordeaux.

The staff is exceptionally warm and helpful. The garden area is pleasant and a welcome place for a glass of wine in the evening.

The location, courtyard of the hotel, and breakfast were excellent. Room was quite comfortable, except the bathroom was around the corner from toilette. You had to use the bathroom, then cross the room in order to wash your hands.

There was not much place for clothing - there were 3-4 hangers in a very narrow space, and only one shelf above the coffeemaker, that was not really suitable to place folded clothing.

The hotel was within walking distance of the city. The car park was private and easily accessible. The staff were extremely helpful and the accommodation very comfortable. Also the breakfast was of a high standard.

We found our entire stay and the beautiful property to be exceptional. Further, and most importantly, the staff were exceptional in every way.

The staff and rooms are great. The location is near the city center and many nice restaurants. We've been twice and enjoyed both stays.

Room was fine, although pretty small. The staff was quite kind and accommodating, uniformly offering a very high level of service. The breakfast was surprisingly nice but the price is a bit high, nonetheless.

The bathroom could use a bit of TLC - a more robust ventilation system in the bathroom, proper caulking at the base of the shower instead of plastic inserts. The curtains could use a good cleaning (quite dusty).

The hotel is walking distance to the city center, room was big and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is charming, clean, and beautiful. It has a wonderful courtyard where we ate a light dinner from a patisserie. The staff, especially Suzanne was helpful giving us advice on things to see, navigation of the tram system, dishes, utensils, and wine for dinner and getting a taxi to our river boat. The hotel is located near the historic district within walking distance of shops, resturants, and the tram.

Hotel located close to the center of town, with many of the historical, cultural sights within walking distance. Also there was a tram stop within 5 mins walk which made getting around town very easy. Great hotel with awesome service, nice amenities and wonderful breakfast.

The layout of the room was a bit inconvenient with the bath split up across the room, and a dangerous step that becomes bad in the middle of the night.

A very good breakfast. Wifi speeds were not very good unfortunately. Secure underground parking.

Unfortunately there is no bar at the hotel.

The breakfast was not worth the price, the scrabbled eggs were awful and cold. They didn’t even have regular bread to toast in the toaster, that was available. The only positive was good plentiful coffee and great croissants. We could not find a place to have breakfast near by, which opens early in the morning. Also, our rooms we were in were separate from the main hotel, we had a smaller elevator with only a spiral stair case. The hallway leading to our room had a must smell and carpeting throughout the room. Needs an Update!

It was old and new combined.very charming and lovely courtyard and the rooms were exceptional big and so are the bathrooms.

Limited parking so had to park on street which was free overnight but costly during the day.

Location was good, quiet area but tram stop close by so easy to reach more lively areas. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bottle of water left in room every day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The toilet was separate from the bathroom in a tiny cupboard-like cubicle which wasn’t very comfortable. We had a terrace but the outer wall was quite high so not the view we were expecting to have. We only had breakfast on one morning of our stay, it was adequate but not great. Room was over-priced.

It is around a 20 minute walk to the old town .

Beautiful boutique hotel with wonderful staff. We stayed in the old stables, in a nice big, comfortable room. Bed was great, shower had good pressure, room was air conditioned. There are nice amenities in the immediate vacinity (e.g. boulangeries, a wonderful public park) and the tram stop is about a 3 minute walk away. Trams run frequently and are well connected. 1 or 2 stops will get you to central Bordeaux (walkable also). The hotel can arrange parking very close by on the same street in a secure underground car park. Very convenient.

The one thing I wasn’t a fan of was that in our particular room, the toilet is separate from the shower and sink.

Well appointed rooms. Our room was small but we booked the basic one. Staff very professional and gave great recommendations on restaurants and bars. Short walk to the city centre (10-15 minutes)

Lovely small hotel about a 20 mins walk from the centre on Bordeaux, with good parking. Room was spacious with good shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We don’t have the breakfast as seemed expensive at 16 euros a head

The staff were kind and generous with their time, just to make us comfortable. The place was spotless, the breakfast (served early to accommodate our departure time) was excellent, and the room, even though it was not large, had everything we needed.

Nothing, we liked everything. The location is OK too, a bit out of the way from the busy centre - but as a consequence very quiet and peaceful, and nice walk to the centre, passing the ruins of a Roman arena from the 3rd century. The street car stop is not far either, as an alternative.

Newly decorated ancient hotel was super comfortable; had very nice AC (during a hot visit); had bottles of cold water in the mini fridge; offered a wonderful, healthy display for breakfast; absolutely the best staff accommodating every ask or wish; super(!) comfy bed and pillows and the location was on a quiet street just 7-9 blocks away from everything interesting. A convenience store 2 blks away too. Oh! And the bath products were delightful! Oh! And a lovely, lovely garden patio to eat or just lounge.

Washcloths would have been nice.
