Very small room, non well-organised, construction works nearby from 7.00. There wasn’t internet almost half time of staying. It’s absolutely over-estimated

Rude, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Hostess at restaurant was nice sometimes and very rude other times. Front desk staff were rude sometimes, and sometimes OK. Welcome to hotel was dreadful! Will never stay again at your hotel because of that.

Skye Restaurant was superb, the pool Bar was average and a bit passé with the red lights.

Pool bar wasn’t great. Music good and crowd seemed to be happy.

Trendy, great restaurant, great pool and terrace. Very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff.

Bathrooms feel a little dated

Great breakfast, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend staying. The facilities are amazing, with 2 pools, sauna and great views.

Price is a bit steep, they could include parking tariff in room charge.

Great location - walking distance to the park, and a short Uber to Paulista Av. The downstairs Gym/ Pool area was fun. Rooftop restaurant and pool had great views of the city. Service was friendly and helpful, champagne on arrival was a nice touch.

Food options were a little limited - rooftop had same menu for Lunch/ Dinner. Rooms were a little spartan and perhaps need an update.

the hotel itself is quite interesting. love the architecture and its location, especially because we were really close to a great park, so that was lovely. the room was very comfortable, great bed, great views, good mini bar.

What I didn't like was the service at the Skye Restaurant. I had heard great things about it and was very excited to try it. Food was excellent, however service was not. We had dinner on Thursday night, and our waiter took a while to get to our table, and he came shortly after i asked the hostess who the waiter was. Our waiter, Rui I believe, came, took our order and we never saw him again. Never came by to ask if we needed anything, or to check on us. We finished our dinner and waited for about 20 minutes to get his attention without success. I was pretty upset with the lack of attention and asked the hostess to get us the manager. Both the hostess Thais and the manager Edivanilda were really lovely and understood our complaints. They were very understanding and turned an evening that was not going well into an excellent night out. I expected more of the restaurant in terms of service but was very glad at the end that our complaints were heard and the manager treated us for a nice desert and a round of drinks. I would go back to the restaurant because of it.
