We regretted
Very clean. Very friendly Staff, good view and excellent cocktails in roof top bar
Probably due to a new renovation, the smell in the room was extremely strong. Sind we came late back at night we couldn’t manage to negotiate with the hotel. Both my friend and I got sore throat and had to wear mask during the whole night. It’s not what you want to stay in such a pricy hotel and get health problem.

Inconsistent service in a beautiful property.
Location, accommodations, comfort, property.
Rude, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Hostess at restaurant was nice sometimes and very rude other times. Front desk staff were rude sometimes, and sometimes OK. Welcome to hotel was dreadful! Will never stay again at your hotel because of that.

Pergect, week done!
The best service in São Paulo, I was really impressed by the staff. The breakfast is one of the best I had in hotels around the world. I really recommend the tapioca with banana and white cheese.

Skye Restaurant was superb, the pool
Bar was average and a bit passé with the red lights.
Pool bar wasn’t great. Music good and crowd seemed to be happy.

Great breakfast, amazingly friendly and helpful staff, would definitely recommend staying.
The facilities are amazing, with 2 pools, sauna and great views.
Price is a bit steep, they could include parking tariff in room charge.
