Fabulous stay at the NoMad London! We were warmly greeted by Brian at the reception, who took care of our check in and told us a little about the hotel. Jacob helped us with our bags, and showed us the features of our room, making sure we were comfortable and well situated. Both Brian and Jacob were helpful throughout our stay. The room was great, very spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed and linens. The bathroom was equally spacious, with great amenities. We had afternoon tea service at the NoMad restaurant which was amazing. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to London.

We stayed at The Nomad for a special family 90th birthday celebration and the hotel from booking, to check-in, room allocation and service were exceptional. The decor, rooms, location and ambiance are very impressive and the location is perfect for theatres, restaurants and sight seeing around Covent Garden and the West End.

The staff were amazing and made our stay incredibly memorable - prior to check in they were in touch to offer a selection of special treats for my Mother-in-laws birthday - from flowers and balloons on arrival, to complimentary champagne served in the library, everyone wishing her a happy birthday and making her feel like the most important and special lady in the world. It was a stay that we will all remember fondly.

Fit out was gorgeous, lovely mix of old and well curated style.

Plush, with a relaxing atmosphere. Interesting history to the building.

Room was comfortable and good amenities. Breakfast was very pleasant. Drinks in the Library nice. Location of the hotel extremely convenient for West End and also well connected to other parts of London. Reception and door staff helpful and friendly.

We’d like to have a bit more fresh air (ventilation).

This was the only let down, nice but not exceptional! The bacon should be real bacon not finely sliced ham and for the price extras such as croissants should be included and fresh fruit?

Faultless. Staff, room, bars and restaurants top class. The standard of service you should get for the cost that sadly so many others have left behind

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location for us as we were visiting the Royal Opera House! Our room had the most amazing view. Staff were exceptional. We also ate in Side Hustle which was excellent.

The rooms are clean. Beautifully designed and with great amenities. Hotel design is opulent and very well executed. Staff are great. Food in 'Side Hustle' is exquisite. As are the cocktails. Service is great. And one of the best Breakfasts I've had in a Hotel. 2 min walk from Covent Garden. A frequent customer as its such a perfect Hotel.

There were certain doormen who were not friendly and/or responsive. I found this odd especially since it was over the Christmas holidays

Location is central Covent Gsrden and opposite Thd Royal Opera House Parking was a two minute walk Excellent location and extremely festive Breakfast was excellent Staff were mostly friendly Tommy on Concierge Ricardo on reception and Salma and Marcina ( ?)on the waiting team we’re all excellent The decor in communal spaces and rooms was Beautifully done, it is dark and moody sensual and luxurious

We had dinner which was excellent however the mains were on a little minimalist Perhaps we should’ve ordered sides, we didn’t notice them on the menu but we were talking and attacking the gorgeous cocktails It would’ve been helpful if the server had asked us or suggested side order of vegetables or something else

Very convenient for Covent Garden, Theatre Land great bars and restaurants. Tube connections very good .

We had a big issue Sunday morning at breakfast not just us but all residents or people taking breakfast . Lots of complaints by customers including myself on the length of time taking to get served , there seemed to be plenty of staff front of house and the issue could have been kitchen staff or lack off. Having said that when we did get served the food was excellent.
