Great hotel for a comfortable holiday
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were a good addition. The parking space is limited but we were lucky to get a space during our stay. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.
A good coffee machine in the room would have made the stay a little more convenient. The TV was not a smart TV with apps like Netflix or YouTube. So very limited choice of satellite channels.

A lovely hotel to enjoy a fabulous city, an ideal place to stay and will definitely be back
Great facilities with a lovely roof terrace and pool. Close enough to everything but also away from the busy streets. Couldn’t fault anything. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything clean and a comfy bed.

Fantastic hotel
Beautiful modern hotel, excellent facilities, clean, good size room, great shower, good size bed, helpful and friendly staff, excellent choice at breakfast, rooftop bar/pool is lush and the spa was v relaxing. Great location, close enough to walk to the centre but without the noise and disruption at night.
The only thing we weren't completely satisfied with was the pillows were extremely soft and lifts were a bit slow/creaky.

Lovely hotel, great location
Room was a great size. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Location was great. Super clean, well maintained. Staff were friendly and dealt with issues well.
The wiring in the room was shoddy. The roof deck is nice but space super limited, and the sun bed charging is daylight robbery.

Fab central Palma hotel with great added extras, would love to stay there again
Breakfast, rooftop pool, comfortable spacious bedroom, spa, gym, underground parking that fits a campervan in!
Overall was fab. Only minor thought….. the engagement of hotel staff was varied. Most were awesome, some were less so.

Modern and spacious with good facilities.
Ridiculous to charge guests extra €25 to use the beds at the rooftop pool. Many annoyed guests during our stay.

The staff were all happy and very helpful.
Excellent room. Very modern and lighting very efficient. No curtains but a black out blind that was quietly electrically worked. Also an electrical button to alert the cleaners to clean the room.
The dreadful music by the rooftop pool.

Fantastic few days and would recommend
Very clean, great facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely.
Water pressure for the shower was a little disappointing. The hair dryer was a little weak.

Perfect spot to explore Palma - highly recommend!
Fantastic location - lovely quiet area next to picturesque river, walkable to centre of town, old town and all attractions, numerous bars & restaurants within minutes, nearby bus stop for direct airport transfers.
Very friendly staff, a really good buffet breakfast and a fantastic sun trap if a roof top pool perfect for post exploration relaxation. I also enjoyed the indoor spa/pool - perfect for those overcast hours.
Room doors could do with being soft close as sometimes noisy.

Good stay.
Extremely friendly service. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices for all kind of diets.
Not suitable for light sleepers. At night you can hear people in the street partying at restaurants across the street and also people going back to their rooms.

We enjoyed our stay in a lovely hotel.
The hotel was beautiful and modern and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool and sun deck were always clean and tidy and the breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice.
The hotel seemed to be a bit out of the way with not too much action around and about. There were a few bars and restaurants nearby but not a great deal of choice.
