Modern, stylish hotel close to city center with parking opportunity. Nice roof-top bar and pool and the staff was also very kind. Wide range of services (e.g. bike rental). Room was also modern and clean, so I can only recommend this hotel, if you want to stay in Palma and enjoy this really nice city.

Great location, helpful staff, breakfast was very good.

The shower in the bedroom was a little uncomfortable in case you want privacy. But we got used it.

Very clean, friendly staff and great location!

The only thing I could think of was that the sunbeds weren’t very comfortable. Other than that the hotel was perfect!

We liked the location and the rooftop pool. The rooms were good and well presented.

The sunbeds by the pool were in high demand so sometimes couldn’t get one and they weren’t comfortable (very hard)

Beautiful hotel. lovely friendly helpful staff, comp welcome drinks, rooms were beautifully decorated , spacious & inviting, beds comfortable - loved the robes & slippers & the sun lounger towel provided. Roof top is very nice, a little walk away to the centre of town. Quiet neighbourhood. Just perfect

That you had to pay for a bed at the pool but that wasn’t a deal breaker because there are other options available

The location is great, easy to walk everywhere. The staff are very helpful and friendly too.

The beds are hard unfortunately and pillows flat and limp!

The hotel is perfectly located and only 15 minutes from the airport. We hired a car and staff were so helpful assisting in advance of arrival (on the day) to secure a car parking spot, in a secure underground car park. Not only this, I was in contact all over summer trying to organise plans to help in our engagement whilst staying in Palma. The staff on reception were exceptional at communicating throughout and were so nice on arrival, organising flowers for the room and after the engagement, congratulating us on our return. Could not have asked for a better experience at a clean, perfectly located hotel with staff that the company should be proud of. Thank you all again!

Absolutely love the hotel, the spa and the rooftop pool and bar! The bartender always smiling, ready to provide you with drinks (no matter how hot and strong the sun is). Francesca and Angelica were amazing at the reception. The hotel staff was kind of enough to book a cab for us, and to advise us on our trip. We loved it and will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family! Whenever we visit Palma, we will stay here! The bar also has a great prices for the drinks!

Room noise isolation

The location suited us despite being told it was in the business area. It was within very easy walking distance to main attractions in the city centre.

The limited number of sunbeds which were uncomfortable. However Balinese beds were available to hire at €25 per day.

Lovely hotel and nice spacious rooms, staff were all very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help.

Pool area was always so full you couldn't get a seat at all, people were sat on chairs and moving around the various sofas to make them into beds so hardly any shaded room when we went up there.

Great property and service, in line with the pricing point and positioning.

Bar at pool doesn’t open until 12pm - that is the only very small criticism I can give because we had a fantastic stay overall.

The Decor, staff, rooms, breakfast were all excellent.

The roof top pool and bar is too small to accommodate everyone and is very hot. Managing expectations would good. The food and drinks up there were excellent, great value for money.

Nothing - have stayed lots of times

Super clean and modern. The touch panels in the bedroom for lights and blinds was great, lots of sockets around the room and a nice full length mirror! The shower being visible from the bedroom was also pretty cool (it still offers privacy just in case you’re travelling with a friend). The wardrobe was great, includes a safe and plenty of hanging space and space to store suitcases. The room overall was just what we needed, beds were comfortable, great location for the centre, walking distance to everything.

The rooftop could do with more sun loungers, that’s me being really picky. Everything was great.

Great location, great breakfast, great size rooms and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly also the ladies that clean the rooms. Pool and rooftop bar also great. I would highly recommend staying here! And would definitely stay again.

Lovely welcoming staff who were helpful. Good breakfast with lots of fresh options. Rooftop bar and pool were great and the gym was what you’d need for a city break.

Everything was great. A beautiful little home which has clearly been loved and cared for. The owners thought of everything - including kindly providing toiletries and essentials like deodorant, and kitchen items. They also kindly left us some wine. A really great place in a great location and brilliant communication from the owner.

the cleanliness of the room need to improve as there is few stains on the sofa and floor at our room. and the breakfast was ok.

Amazing stay. Fab location 10 mins to everything and 5 min walk to the airport bus. Hotel was super clean, staff were helpful, the bar was great. Breakfast was plentiful, loads of options. The rooftop pool was also such a nice to have right in the middle of Palma.

Everything was great but there isn’t enough sunbeds as the area is too small to cater for all guests. A couple of days we just had to sit on chairs. I also don’t think guests should have to pay extra for a cabana style bed - that was 25E extra

The rooms were comfortable and good shower and facilities. The breakfast had a very good choice and variety. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and always polite.

Nothing really to dislike, if I had to say anything maybe the coat hangers were a bit fiddley to use with them been attached but then understand the style and so that people don't walk off with them.
