the location is perfect between Santa Catalina and City Center, clean room, amenities (spa, pool), diverse breakfast.

The lights and air conditioning were digitally controlled prompting some malfunctioning. (air conditioning started during the night at a different temperature).

Immaculate, staff wonderful and very helpfull. Breakfast was beautiful. Had a three course lunch on one of the days, amazing value for money. Drinks at the rooftop bar were very reasonable. Pool area gorgeous, the pool was warm … bonus. Would Definately recommend this hotel x

The only issue we had is the pillows were very poor have two decent pillows on each side of the bed. Also the bathroom being non private is very disturbing. We did not like that aspect of the open-air. That would prevent us from coming back. Breakfast could have more variety

The hotel was in a good location, close to all the main sites. The breakfast was very good. We also had the lunch menu of the day which was excellent food and excellent value.

The hotel is in a very good location, with a 15 - 20 minute walk to the cathedral and a 10 minute walk into the centre. Many bars and restaurants are minutes from the hotel. The hotel is very modern. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Breakfast choices are plentiful and of good quality. We enjoyed the roof terrace and bar.

We had a street facing room which was very dark.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is very close to the town centre but has a rooftop pool should you wish to sunbathe. It has everything for a city break that you could want. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly.

I don’t like having to sleep on a waterproof mattress protector.

Very modern, clean hotel in a very good location for exploring Palma. Staff were efficient and helpful. Buffet breakfast very good. Roof top area great for catching the evening sun with a drink or sunbathing during the day. Pool suitable for dipping in and cooling off.

Cafeteria which serves breakfast is open until 4.30pm for lunch but the hotel has no other food facilities. Bottled water was only provided on the first day in Standard room Windows overlook the road so you need the blinds down for privacy

Excellent lobby space and breakfast area. The hotel was fully booked during our stay but you wouldn’t have known it. Very quiet during the night (you don’t hear people in the halls/banging doors etc)

We liked everything!

We had a really pleasant stay in the Protur. The room and facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The sauna and steam room facilities are a nice surprise and really added to our trip! The staff were very attentive and friendly.

Staff were so helpful from the second we walked in. The rooms were immaculate as was the whole hotel . Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, slightly different everyday. Location is fantastic. Rooftop pool and spa were so lovely.

It’s a very good hotel, stuff is amazing. There are two pools (one of them on the rooftop), spa and gym. Breakfast is delicious. Location is very good. It’s clean and comfortable. Highly recommend :)

The staff were lovely. The heated roof top pool and loungers were comfortable and relaxing , an oasis to enjoy. Can't imagine anything you would like for breakfast that was not included, excellent. The spa area was small but perfect. Totally relaxing stay. Great location. Super room. Friendly, helpful staff.

No curtains. Even lace type ones. Jist black out blinds . Made the room very exposed to neighbouring residences while we were in the room. We needed to keep blinds down to provide privacy but because that we had no lovely Spanish sunshine pouring into our room.

Fabulous facilities (both pools are excellent and the sauna/steam room), comfy big beds, wonderfully friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location!

Nothing - the stay was perfect

Was very impressed how clean and modern the hotel was. breakfast was superb with a great selection to choose from. Great location. We were on the 2nd floor looking out onto the road. It was a quiet road, with lovely tall trees. The room had air conditioning which was just what I needed to sleep well. Robes, towel for pool, and slippers. There’s a small rooftop pool which fairly warm, a small spa pool, sauna and steam room. A gym too that looked good. Wish we had time to use it.

There could have been more privacy for the shower in the room. I shared the room with my daughter so more privacy would have been good. My daughter thought it weird she could see my feet and head when I showered.

New property so lovely design, very clean. Also the staff were all friendly and helpful. Also great location. And a nice roof terrace.

We loved everything! Food was beautiful at breakfast and the spa and pool facilities were perfect. The rooftop pool was heated, even in April, and it was the perfect place go relax. We'd recommend it to anyone!

The air con didn't seem very effective, but we didn't raise this with the hotel so that's our own fault.

Everything was easy and enjoyable! The hotel was super clean, breakfast was yummy, it was quiet and comfortable. Rooftop pool was fabulous.

The bar on the rooftop pool wasn't open- but I assume this was due to the season. We visited in April.

Hotel was brilliant and a great location. The roof top pool made it for us. All facilities were good and extremely clean through out. Definitely recommend to family and friends.

The location is a bit grubby and street outside front door not what you eould expect. We asked for a view and got the view of air con and backs of awful buildings

Lovely hotel very close to The Old Town in Palma. Rooms were quite small but the staff were very friendly and kind. Efficient check in and they were very helpful when asking for tips and recommendations.

Only negative I was allocated a disabled room

Came here for a 3 day break as a couple. Had a great time. This hotel far outweighed our expectations. Everything about it, including the staff was fabulous . Great choice for breakfast . Spa was lovely and rooftop pool was fantastic! Great location. Didn’t expect all this for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we return to Palma.
