Bar at pool doesn’t open until 12pm - that is the only very small criticism I can give because we had a fantastic stay overall.

The Decor, staff, rooms, breakfast were all excellent.

The roof top pool and bar is too small to accommodate everyone and is very hot. Managing expectations would good. The food and drinks up there were excellent, great value for money.

Nothing - have stayed lots of times

Super clean and modern. The touch panels in the bedroom for lights and blinds was great, lots of sockets around the room and a nice full length mirror! The shower being visible from the bedroom was also pretty cool (it still offers privacy just in case you’re travelling with a friend). The wardrobe was great, includes a safe and plenty of hanging space and space to store suitcases. The room overall was just what we needed, beds were comfortable, great location for the centre, walking distance to everything.

The rooftop could do with more sun loungers, that’s me being really picky. Everything was great.

Great location, great breakfast, great size rooms and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly also the ladies that clean the rooms. Pool and rooftop bar also great. I would highly recommend staying here! And would definitely stay again.

Lovely welcoming staff who were helpful. Good breakfast with lots of fresh options. Rooftop bar and pool were great and the gym was what you’d need for a city break.

Everything was great. A beautiful little home which has clearly been loved and cared for. The owners thought of everything - including kindly providing toiletries and essentials like deodorant, and kitchen items. They also kindly left us some wine. A really great place in a great location and brilliant communication from the owner.

the cleanliness of the room need to improve as there is few stains on the sofa and floor at our room. and the breakfast was ok.

Amazing stay. Fab location 10 mins to everything and 5 min walk to the airport bus. Hotel was super clean, staff were helpful, the bar was great. Breakfast was plentiful, loads of options. The rooftop pool was also such a nice to have right in the middle of Palma.

Everything was great but there isn’t enough sunbeds as the area is too small to cater for all guests. A couple of days we just had to sit on chairs. I also don’t think guests should have to pay extra for a cabana style bed - that was 25E extra

The rooms were comfortable and good shower and facilities. The breakfast had a very good choice and variety. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and always polite.

Nothing really to dislike, if I had to say anything maybe the coat hangers were a bit fiddley to use with them been attached but then understand the style and so that people don't walk off with them.

Location of the hotel is perfect for walking into the city and catching local transport. All of the staff were lovely and the hotel clean at all times. The room had everything we needed including a hairdryer and a fridge (that was very quiet!) We had no issues with the window wall combo that separated the shower room with the bedroom (it has very well placed decor that keeps it private) and the toilet also has it's own room within the shower room. The beds were so comfortable. Myself and my 19 year old daughter slept very well the whole holiday. The breakfast choices were plenty and regularly topped up. We also ate at the hotel a couple of times in the afternoon. They have a snack menu and also a set menu, 3 courses for a bargain €17 each that includes a drink too! I will definitely not hesitate to stay at a Protur hotel in the future.

Location cleanliness and facilities

The rooftop pool and bar was awesome, and the hotel location was walkable to a ton of awesome shopping and attractions.

The location was very good, just a short walk to old town. There were plenty of stores around to get any essentials and restaurants were a short walk. Breakfast was very good every morning. The rooms were nice and big and very clean. They also have a garage to park your rental car for 18€ a night because there is no parking around the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly but the housekeeping and staff in the breakfast area could be more friendly. The hotel could offer a coffee machine inside the hotel room like a lot of other hotels do especially if you’re not paying for the daily breakfast. The pillows were terrible.

Staff, service and location are excellent. The room was perfectly adequate with modern fixtures and fittings. The roof top pool is a great respite area and an added bonus in a central hotel. Location is great for central Palma and a easy walk to most attractions, restaurants and shopping. All in all a very pleasant second stay at this hotel.

The pool bar should/could have QR codes allocated to the beds (especially bali beds). This would make it better for people ordering drinks etc and could make it easier for staff to find people. The bali beds did not appear to be cleaned regularly, although not excessively dirty, we noted areas that had been present for a number of days. The spa pool area is slight tired with floor and wall panels loose around the pool. Not a major issue but could lead to injury if not careful. Our bedding was not changed until the 4th day of our stay, although the room was refreshed and towels replaced daily. Again, not a huge issue but in a humid/hot destination, this should be more regular if not every time a room refresh is requested. Small things like this made us feel the hotel was not as good as last year but it is still a very good hotel and we would return.

Clean, comfortable, nice design, really lovely staff, fabulous pool, great breakfast. Being able to use the facilities before and after check-in/out was wonderful. Close to the centre and Santa Catalina - easy to walk everywhere.

Wry stylish and modern property in a great location! The roof top infinity pool was beautiful, hotel has a spa too.

Top class - Room size, layout, cleanliness, most comfortable bed and pillows. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent with lots of alternative milks and yogurts (soya). Location close to shopping, sight seeing and restaurants (all by foot). Bus to airport (€5) few mins away. Outdoor and indoor pool.

Convenient for the main attractions without being in the middle of them. 5 minutes from the A1 bus route (airport). Clean. Friendly staff. Amazing rooftop pool area.

The breakfast was varied and really nice. The room was spotless. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming.

Hotel is very modern and extremely clean - pool area fab pool towels provided excellent bar serving food and drinks , breakfast was excellent everything you could want. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful nothing a too much for them . Location was excellent very close to Jamie III shopping area and 15mins walk to the Cathedral .

Parasols from rooftop fly easily with wind gusts - quite unsafe. Staff didn’t do much to solve/close them.

Loved the location and staff! The actual hotel is new and modern. Could’ve stayed in the hotel and not even explored Palma it was so nice. The rooms were spacious and included a cushioned bench which was a great touch

Large rooms, with a large open plan bathroom with double shower, with good water pressure. Great rooftop pool area, only downside was it got very busy, therefore not enough sun lounges for all. Only 1 person on the bar, meant that the service was slow, but the individuals serving were always friendly and happy to help.

Amazing hotel with great design in an ideal location in a quiet and safe area. The breakfast buffet is full of delicious local treats. Guests can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool, as well as relax in the indoor pool in the spa area. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, our experience was great!

Great location, clean and well designed rooms, helpful staff and overall great experience! We stayed for 5 nights for a trip with friends, and found it easy to get to pretty much everywhere in Palma! It was a great oasis after a hot day out.

The breakfast could be better in terms of food options, so we didn’t feel it was value for money. But it’s perfectly sufficient if you have no other options. There are much better brunch places within walking distance.
