Lovely modern bright hotel. Great location

We traveled as a party of 6 and every time we interacted with the staff, they couldn't have been any nicer. Especially with the way our government is treating the world! (Disgusting) All of the UK and London especially treated us like the friends we will always be. Bravo Rosewood and everyone there and the whole country too!

I judge everything by the people first and last. Nice, friendly people make everything else icing on the cake. Thanks for getting us rooms together. It's a huge help when traveling with a two year-old.

Location of the hotel is absolutely the best. I have the impression that the cleaning was done 3 times a day. Hotel has very luxurious appeal.

My room did not have sufficient window size. Small for this kind of accommodation. Restaurant (dinner) waiters were not up to the level of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the front of the hotel, the staff were amazing. They treated all of us, including my young children in a friendly and professional manner. The lady on reception even paid attention to some of our plans and arranged for some cupcakes to be in our room when we returned from a show, themed to the show we viewed! Breakfast choices were fantastic and again served by a friendly, professional team and in one of the beautifully designed dining rooms. Overall a fantastic 10/10.

Lovely place great locatiin and really friendly and helpful staff nicely sized and quiet rooms with lots of extras.AND they were very accomodating for my cat. It is a rarity you can travel with cat and actually feel welcomed.

Rosewood excellence meets Central Londons charm. Our stay was amazing from the moment we set foot in the property till the very last minute we left. The location is ideal for shopping, leisure (close to nice parks) and culture (museums, musicals, attractions etc)The staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The bed and the pillows was soo comfortable, the room was always clean and tidy.

Stunning hotel with the perfect location ,It takes 15 minutes to get to Big Ben on foot. The staff was amazing ,helpful and friendly. If I come to London I will stay here for sure .

Walking distance from the bus and underground stations. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets nearby. Quiet, clean and spatious rooms. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and spectacular afternoon tea. Make sure you are hungry when you go for the afternoon tea because there is plenty to eat 😆 I highly recommend this hotel.

The best thing of all was the dog friendliness. An actual dog friendly hotel that welcomed her and us with attentiveness and respect. Amazing staff team, the stabdards are exceptional.

Great location. Loved the personalized birthday cake and the way they communicated with us.

Didn’t like that the dining rooms and bar were disconnected from the building. Compulsory service charges were a bit unexpected.

The location is absolutely perfect—just a few minutes away from stores, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room service was thoughtful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. And the breakfast—delicious and served in a restaurant with such a lovely, inviting atmosphere. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish! I’ll definitely be returning!

Everything was just perfect from beginning to end - the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was well appointed, thoughtfully furnished and supremely comfortable, the bed was uber comfy and the food was lovely in all the restaurants.

The only thing I didn't like was having to leave. ;-)

The heating was a bit loud and not making the room super warm. And probably not top notch for what this standard should be.

We had an amazing stay at Rosewood London! The service was truly excellent. The family room was spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail and exceptional service made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!
