The Westin Hotel, Cincinnati

The parking garage attached to the hotel filled up very quickly and we were left to kind of figure out. Valet parking was offered but the price wasn’t worth it.

Location was great. Bar was nice and bartender made good drinks. Room nice, bed comfortable. Valet parking very nice.

Only thing and I know these are minor but the toilet paper in our room was in such a bad location! So low and hard to reach. The tubs are strange how they curve. Makes keeping footing in them little tricky.

The staff was excellent they were all very helpful and amazing!

Umm when you first get there. Finding where to go is kinda confusing dealing with parking under the hotel and parking ticket. I wish there were more signs to identify things and also maybe a map with some directions for newbies lol. After you get the layout down it was good.

Love this hotel and always stay here when in town. Beds are Amazing. Staff are wonderful and cant beat the location

Not having a microwave in our room was def a inconvenience as we always have leftover food from restaurants. We asked for one and was promised one but was never delivered. The ice machine on our floor was broken and we reported it as well but was not fixed .We finally gave up checking. However I Love this hotel and am a Marriott rewards member and so I keep returning. Hopefully the next visit will be 5* star but this one sadly fell short :(

Everything was amazing!

Only issue was the “one” elevator to get to the garage. More elevators are needed.

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Great location!

Walking distance to pretty much anywhere downtown.

The bathrooms need to be updated. The coffee maker needs to be updated. I stay at many hotels as a pilot and this Westin is starting to look worn compared to others.

We got upgraded to a beautiful suite and the hotel had a great location.

Elevators were not very efficient with the system they used, a few unclean things I noticed in room but nothing very significant

The restaurant in the basement called Ingredients which might have been a franchise but it was where was sent by hotel reception was dirty in a specific way, the floor of the eating area was swept but never washed. It was covered with grease from food that had been accidentally dropped over the months and possibly years that had been swept up but never washed up. Most unpleasant to be eating there.

Good location in the center of the city.

Valet was a disaster. The whole hotel needs an immediate makeover. Like most of Cincinnati it is stuck in the year 1982-1986.

Parking fees, loud with concert outside our window, broken picture frame in bathroom with glass shards sticking out

Very close walk to the Red stadium!

Allows dogs but isn’t located anywhere near a park or area for them to potty.

Bathroom doorknob old and broke and fiancé got stuck in the bathroom for 30 min while maintenance tried to get him out.

I liked the location.

The room itself for the price paid we felt could’ve been a little nicer. Everything felt dated and needed to be touched up/fixed.

I really enjoyed the convenience and breakfast option

One staff member at the front desk was not very nice, pretty condescending.

While it was a little confusing at first we really came around to the idea of liking that you needed to use your key card to access the elevators, it made us feel safer in a way knowing that you had to be a guest or employee in order to use them.

No on site parking was available and we had to park in another location. We also didn’t like that there were no vending machines (at least none we could find) for a late night snack.
