Hotel Hyatt Regency, Cincinnati

Very centrally located very clean appreciated the late checkout

Bedding seemed to be skimpy. Just a sheet a blanket and a sheet, no puffy comforter. Pillows were also only ok.

I went to get a jacket out of my car and valet told me where it should have been located but it was not. I looked on 5 levels of the garage, and decided to get an attendant who found it after searching several levels. What should have taken no more than 5 minutes took about thirty. Sky walk was out of service to shopping.

I love the location in downtown and how close it was to the fountain square. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It doesn’t have a parking lot but there is a parking garage right in front of it.

The valet service.

Loud pipe clunking sound in corner of room every 15-30 min. Room 1216. Could clearly hear conversations from room next door. No counter space in bathroom. Only one single towel hook. Coffee cups had not been restocked. No additional blankets. Only one occasional/accent/lounge chair. Tv was not at the end of the bed, but over to the side. Bathroom caulking and grout had stain and mold looking blemishes here and there. Long wait to check in...only one worker and a line of people.

Everyone in Cincinnati was over the top nice. From the hotel staff to everyone we came across. Thanks Cincinnati! Our hotel was perfect for my son and I to have a special football weekend.

The vallet staff was amazing! Front desk was easy, they let us check in early. The room was nice and clean. Hotel overall was very nice, perfect location to the stadium, plenty of restaurants near by. Would stay agian.

We had no complaints!

We went to Reds Baseball game. We were able to get a drink and something to eat at the bar after game. The food was good and staff very nice.

The beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Bar and restaurant were convenient. 24 not Market had a good selection.

Sink faucet was short in the bathroom so when washing hands and face , water would pool on the counter top. Shower head didn't have great pressure.

Great location, loved the convenience of valet parking I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The only thing that I didn’t like or had a complain about the fact that the was vending machines were all sold out on each floor of the hotel.

Only down side is parking. Not enough valet and we saw no self parking there. The rest was great

The room was ready when we arrived at 3pm. It was close to The Great American Ballpark so we walked to see our beloved St. Louis Cardinals play. Breakfast was delicious and well-presented, hot food is always appreciated.

We heard sirens and yelling outside the hotel. There was a tiny bit of mildew in the shower. There was no discount or package deals to include baseball game tickets. We feel like there was price gouging on the room because it was a game day weekend. We couldn't even watch the game the second day because the TV didn't carry the station needed! Nobody in the hotel knew where to get postcards to send home!

The location and ease of valet parking

The up charging during events and concerts ridiculous this cost over 500/night. We stayed here during a nonevent timeframe and amount per night was much less.

Great location! Quick walk to the stadium and restaurants. Love that the market is open 24 hours a day!

It was very cold in the hallways and room. If with the air on 75. The restaurant/ bar inside had horrible service!!

Location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, GABP, etc. The grocery hours were great too. Easy to pick up snacks and drinks to take to the room after the baseball game. Morning

Would’ve liked some more storage space. There were three of us in the room and it was tough to stow the bags so we weren’t always tripping over them. Not much drawer space either.

Valet lost my keys. Had them tagged wrong and tried to give me someone else’s vehicle. Waited an hour for the wrong vehicle. But everything else was good.
