Great location, super cute and comfortable room. Great pool!

The bikes were shabby and need maintenance. The hotel seems to operate like an Air BnB; there are no staff at the property and you just go in and out of your room with a code.

Absolutely Beautiful Property. Very quant with great vibes. The room was stocked with everything you need, including great coffee, oversized robes and slippers.

Stunning boutique property in Scottsdale. Room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately I didnt have a lot of time to explore the area, but absolutely loved the vibe. Loved the pool and the little snacks on arrival. I also appreciated a slightly later 12pm checkout.

I encountered only one staff member and they were unfortunately extremely rude. I was departing on an international flight, leaving in the early evening. I kindly asked if I could store my luggage and have a swim prior to departure, as it was 115 degrees the day I was there. I was abruptly told no and that I needed to vacate the premises as soon as I'd checked out. I haven't stayed at a property in the last decade, where either of these things would be an issue and I travel quite regularly. It's such a shame to have this kind of interaction as my only impression, as it's such a beautiful property.

This place is super charming and so attractive. The cottage-y feel, the cute coffee service, the architectural details all make up for a special experience. If it had not been so hot)103+!!) I would have enjoyed my private patio. I will definitely stay here again.

I did not like the contactless approach. I like to ask staff questions about the area, and for recommendations and directions. But that’s just me( other travelers probably like the sense of privacy.

This is a wonderful place to stay. So peaceful and calm. Lovely rooms with plenty of nice amenities. Walking distance to everything you need. On site restaurant was amazing. Very clean and safe. Highly recommend.

Such a cute quaint experience unlike any other hotel. Have stayed multiple times and will continue to come back. Everything is so personalized and very romantic for a couple’s getaway.

The property was quaint and cute! While there were quite a bit of stairs to get to our room, it was definitely worth it!

Bespoke Inn is such a special gem! As soon as I waked onto the property I felt like I transported to somewhere in Europe! It was beautiful, tranquil, and homey. The rooms were just as lovely as the property and the beds were super comfortable. There was no detail left out. Everyone was so nice and communication was amazing. Our room was ready early so they offered us an early check in which I thought was so nice! It is super convenient and close to Old Town Scottsdale! I would love to return to Scottsdale one day just to stay here for longer! Thank you so much for everything!

This place quickly became a very special place to us. We had the room next to the pool and it did not even feel as if anyone else was there besides us. It was incredible. we never wanted to leave and we can’t wait to return

The only thing I would say that could have made this place absolutely flawless would be if there was anything for breakfast. Even a pastry for purchase

We loved the unique bespoke nature of the property, it was cozy and intimate yet private. We picked this boutique hotel to get away from the clinical feel of Air BnB’s and we are so happy we did! We arrived to find fresh flowers in our room and a bottle of bubbles to congratulate us on our anniversary, it was very thoughtful and a really nice touch. The pool was perfect, so nice for a morning swim, a perfect lap pool! And great patios to sit under a shade umbrella or to catch some rays :) The location is exceptional for walking to museums, shopping, restaurants and bars. And the downstairs courtyard has a very European feel about it as it is shared with the very cool fine dining restaurant Virtu. Nice to see all the diners outside enjoying their meals, a lovely atmosphere.

Perfect location to Old Town. A very charming atmosphere. The Terrace Room is beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable. We especially liked the warm welcome of a personalized note with flowers and complimentary bottles of water. We loved our dining experience at the restaurant. Absolutely delicious!

Wonderful spaces… inside and out. Graham was terrific! Very handy location…many restaurants, shops and museums easily walkable.

The direct tv was not reliable…going out during overtime of a basketball game I was involved in watching. Not a huge deal, and maybe not fixable, but it’s the only negative I can think of.

I loved everything including having a tasty dinner with wine in the garden and strolling back to my wonderful room. Will definitely be coming back.

Not for late sleepers. We stayed in the Garden Room. Quaint little room but on the alley. Sewer cleaning on Monday morning, trash pick up on Tuesday morning. Dog kennel close by let the dogs out around 8:00ish. Not a big deal for us, since we’re fairly early risers.

Very cute setting in a small hacienda! Feels Very cosy! The restaurant was closed so it was not busy. We had the pool for ourselves. There are bikes available which are ok as the seats need changing.

The best boutique hotel in Scottsdale. Amazing location, room is cozy, larger than expected and beautifully decorated. I can recommend this hotel with all superlatives. It's excellent, and my favourite place to stay when I come to town !

I really can't think of anything that wasn't to like. It excels in every area.

Scott was warm and welcoming when we arrived for check in. The room was quite compfortable, huge shower and we enjoyed leaving the door open to our patio. We enjoyed the daily refresh of Perrier and all the bottled water we needed. It is a charming boutique hotel.

While the coffee bar was a nice touch, the coffee offered does not meet the standards of the hotel. We purchase some "real" coffee grounds at a coffee shop down the road.

The property was absolutely beautiful. Our room was small but very nice, the outdoor seating area was lovely. Greg, was extremely helpful and kind too!

There was a sewage smell in and outside of our room in the evening.. that was strange and gross. A place to sit inside the room would be nice. Besides that everything was great.

Hotel is immaculate and in a fantastic location. Met the owner, Jim, and he was so friendly and accommodating. Also gave us lots of bar/restaurant recommendations for the local area. He let us store our cases in his office and also gave us a late check out. We will definitely book this property again and wished we stayed longer!

It was very quaint and staff was very informative.

Super comfortable beds, gorgeous bath and bathroom with lovely toiletries. Really helpful staff with great dining suggestions. Perfect location, quiet but convenient for the old town and the museum. Tea and coffee facilities were superior and welcome complimentary water and snacks. We loved our sunset visit to the pleasant little rooftop infinity pool.
