Great location, good facilities, comfortable bed, good shower.

Bathtub was very slippery for showering.

Good location in Madrid to the palace and restaurants. We had a private free tour of the antique car collection under the hotel (private collection held by the hotel owner). This tour was very special and the woman who gave us the tour was very kind and knowledgeable We also appreciated the included breakfast buffet in the mornings. This helped start our days of touring Madrid on full healthy stomachs. The rooftop terrace is also a nice escape from the city.

Unfortunately could not check in early. We had to wait until the exact time and sat in the lobby very jet lagged.

Vicky at breakfast was the best of all! Always kind and helpful with tips and information for our stay. Thanks a lot!

The restrooms could need refurbishment. The rooftopbar was open, but without service.

Breakfast could have been included and we weren't given extra toilet paper so we had to ask for more at reception on a number of occassions.

Close to small cafe with great breakfast! The rooms are large and working fridge. Shower is amazing and very large for Europe. Very close to main attractions.

Check in staff was short and rude. Hotel room “view” in the interior elevator. Buffet breakfast was not great and expensive for what is offered. Only allowed 1 towel per person every TWO days or charged a fee. Considering the price I should have as many towels as I want. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

The rooftop terrace was lovely, view of the place was beautiful! just a shame the bar wasn’t in service due to it being a weekday but you are allowed to buy you own alcohol and drink it up there instead

Fantastic location in walking distance of all central Madrid has to offer. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Great rooms, spacious, clean and modern.

Our room was spacious, immaculate and quiet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about transportation and tourist attractions

Location was only a few minutes from the plaza españa metro, which was great. The neighborhood wasn’t crazy active and the palace was touching distance. Front desk staff was kind and helpful, very understanding of our time change struggles with our toddler.

The cleanliness of the room was a little off- stuff from the previous guest in the fridge, some trash that didn’t get swept up under the bathroom sink. But otherwise the room was nice.

We got an upgrade and a spectacular room, very clean and cozy. The hotel is near Plaza de España, which has a lovely children’s playground, also near markets. The kitchen had all the supplies needed.

The breakfast was very good in selection and quality for the price.

The roof top restaurant staff. Very rude and never asked us for our order for drinks or food. After 30 to 45 minutes we left and had a great last dinner in Madrid instead, with a very friendly staff.

The beautiful location near the royal palace and gardens. 2 min walk from the main plaza espania.the beautiful rooftop.

That we had to put a sign on the door if we want the room to be cleaned or the Chang of towels. If we forgot to put the sign thay don't do it.

Great location. All the convenience of a hotel but as we had an apartment a home from home vibe. The roof terrace was a major plus -somewhere outside to chill after a hard day sight seeing

The location was excellent, close to groceries stores, the market, the metro station and tourist attractions. The rooftop terrace was divine, fabulous views of the Royal Palace. Excellent Kitchette. Fully stocked toiletries.
