Amazing hostel!! Super clean, great building, and nice location. It was a bit far from many attractions, but it was located in a nice neighborhood

Located in a quiet area and easy to get to the city centre area, staff were amazing and the facilities were great. They have social nights as well which is helpful and fun to meet people and explore Berlin. Supermarkets and cafes are close by. Hopefully will visit again!

Nice staff, clean rooms and beds, clean bathrooms, location is great. Cozy atmosphere and breakfast.

People outside the hostel at night smoking and during the summer if you sleeping close to open window you will smell it.

It was raining that day and they lent me an umbrella, very nice.

Pleasant staff, great location

The best option I could’ve chosen to stay in Berlin as a solo traveler. The hostel itself is very nice and clean in a very nice location (few minutes walk from the station) with lots of small cafes around and a nice garden in the back of the hostel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the best people possible. They organize socializing events every single evening and give recommendations what to do and where to go every single night in whatsapp chat, so even if you’re solo you’ll never feel alone cause you always have somewhere to join. Even if you’re not into such stuff and just want to rest, it’s peaceful during the night in the hostel. My recommendation would be 10/10.

My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. I appreciated the little touches—whether it was the soft lighting, fresh linens, or the peaceful vibe that made it easy to relax after a full day in the city. The location is fantastic—tucked away in a quiet street but still very central. It's just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and public transport, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin. One of the highlights was the common area and garden. It’s such a chill, social space where you can meet fellow travelers or simply unwind with a book or a drink. The sense of community here is something special and rare. Overall, EastSeven exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Berlin!

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and common areas were always clean. A fun activity hosted by the hostel every night so it’s easy to meet people. Lots of people ready to party but the hostel does a good job of keeping quiet hours so people having a chill night can get some sleep. The courtyard is an awesome place to hang out, relax and chat with others. The hostel group chat makes it super easy to get recommendations and find others to go to the clubs with. Close to Mitte, grocery stores like Rewe, public transport etc

The hostel was so good and so fun that it has made the rest of my trip seem not as good.

One receptionist recommended me not to buy the ticket for U-Bahn as "the controllers don't work properly". What a misinformation. They got on my train.

The location is great, the staff is amazingly friendly, and everything on the property works well. The rooms are cleaned daily. They also organize outings and activities every day, so even if you’re a solo traveler, you’ll always find something to do. :)

All the staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. Every time when I need help they are always there. Room and shower and toilet are clean. A very good experience staying here and I will come back again next time!

Great hostel! Very nice staff, they even organise dinners. The rooms and bathrooms were incredibly clean, and there is plenty of space for chilling.

- Outside area closes at 10pm, most likely due to neighbours. Still not ideal especially if you come home after clubbing and just want to chill with some fresh air.

Its really cozy, well organized and you feel like home. There's also suggestions to go spend evenings together at some place everyday and it really brings people together. The staff is also most amazing out of all stays I've ever had (no exaggeration)

It's a great hostel in a nice part of town. It's easy to meet people. They organised a dinner and a night out to a bar. There is a kitchen to do some cooking, there's a common area to hang out and talk to people and there's a nice garden to sit in. Overall a great experience in Berlin!

Service and vibes was great!

High quality hostel with mostly cheerful and educated guests and international staff. The neighborhood was trustworthy you can feel safe as solo traveler. 8 min walk tram, 10-15 walk for u bahn stations. Mauer park, museum insel is close enough for a big city. Both old school and new generation bars around; lots of theatre shows around 1km, super and mini markets around.

Senefelder platz u bahn station is underconstruction so i walked a bit more. It would be better to check and if necessaary change the soap plastic box. And disenfection liquids are empty. By the way bathrooms were always 9 or 10/10 clean in anytime so didnt worry at all

I am a standup comedian and stayed there for 5 nights cause I had shows in Berlin. It was amazing, perfect position and staff was all so kind! I met many nice people and had great chats. The common areas are so beautiful and the whole place is clean and comfortable. Great kitchen with everything you need and the shared dorm was comfy. Bathrooms were always nice and clean. Thank you so much! I´ll be back <3

Everything was amazing! The bathrooms were very clean even the mixed bathrooms, the location is perfect, I did everything by walking but the train is close, the staffs are very friendly!

- clean - you can do party if you want but also chill out and so it’s very quiet - beds are super comfy - nice outdoor area - a small breakfast for free (cornflakes, musli, tea, coffee) - staff very nice - close to underground and tram station although you can walk to a lot of things - one of the best hostels I stayed

Was upgraded from a 10 to a 4 bed room that played beautifully with the Half Marathon plans. After the race I was able to come in for a shower and chill after checkout, crucial for debriefing the body after the race. Shower was suspiciously good.

Loved the free breakfast option. Great social area and fun events each night.

very friendly staff, especially they took time to show me around, kinda like an "onboarding". what i love about this hostel is that the people are very friendly and open. we had such a good time. the hostel helped a lot to connect us by having events in the evening. it doesnt matter where u travel, what matters the most is what people u met. this hostel definitely fullfilled my expectation :)

nothing really that was not ok. i mean there is always something to improve (e.g. pricing etc...) but overall, i am very satisfied with everything!
