Hostel Ostello Bello, Milan

This is more a young hostel with a chill vibe. It felt safe and the staff was very nice and accommodated. Also, the kitchen is stuck with food you can have for free which was the best when you just arrived and are starving. The rooms were a little small and tight but clean.

Large spacious rooms, comfy beds, great location, excellent food & staff.

I loved being able to meet people staying at the hostel - it was a very friendly vibe, everyone spoke English and it was easy to mingle with strangers.

The bands they had on brought a lot of young people (like 15-18 year olds) so I didn’t feel like I could have participated in the live music night.

Staff were really friendly , love the bar and the atmosphere was amazing

The room was a little small

If you're coming from the airport you can take the train, there are 2 lines, I accidentally got the Metro Centrale, then from there better grab a UBER "IF" you have bigger luggage like me. In my case, I rode another metro and go to the nearest station. However, it was raining and since you needed to climb the stairs, it was inconvenient to walk from the station. For the room, I had 8 female bedrooms, the room is nice and has a vanity table. The washroom is spacious which I preferred too. I was able to open my big luggage without disturbing my roommates. The location is also near the Duomo, I think around 10-15 min walk. The hostel has a good vibe, they gave us 1 free token for the drinks. However, the place has party activities at night so be mindful of the noise. The staff are welcoming, I forgot the name of the guy, but he sure remembers the guest names, which is really nice.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and location.

Location is great and the room is clean. It’s near Duomo and along Torino which is ideal for shopping. There’s groceries and food options nearby. There’s also a small lovely terrace and shared kitchen upstairs for convenience. Lastly, the bar downstairs offers good food at reasonable price.

The room access thru Goki app may be a bit inconvenient to some or to those who prefer the ‘traditional’ room key/badge.

Great staff at the hostel. They were eager to help whenever I ask something. Also everything was clean and comfortable. Nice shared bedrooms with bathroom. The breakfast was good to for the price that was paid.

Location and super nice staff

Lovely place. Super central, there shops, cafes, monuments, and restaurant around. Really nice and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

I like the hospitality of the hostel (free food and some beverages, coffee), location is perfect, clean, cosy.

The hostel has attentive staff and great facilities, making for a pleasant stay. I'd rate it highly.

The location was excellent

It was my first experience at any hostel in my life! But this hostel is the best in the world I think ! And I’m very glad that I chose exactly this place. Everything is clean. All time you can eat something at the bar. Also you can drink any time you wish. There are so nice breakfast for so cheap price. You can close you box with luggage by the key. They are providing a big towel. There are so warm atmosphere ❤️ I don’t know how to explain but it is magic place. Everybody who is coming there is becoming to be kind and relaxed. I don’t how it’s working there but it is🫶✨. Every employee of this hostel is smiling to you and try to help you with the all your questions 👌. Barmen there is the best in the whole Milan🍹😎!!! Barmen is creating 80% of atmosphere there😎👌✨He is so friendly and open soul person ✨✨✨ Also there are party every day. But there is no noise in the room. The most friendly place of Milan !!!🫶

The breakfast was fine. The beds were good and the mattresses were okay. The location was greatly positioned in the city centre.

The noise of the bar continued quite late for my taste I think until around 12-01, but then afterwards it continued for a while still outside of the door right in the street below our window. Also quite a high price for a hostel.

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed for 3 nights and everything was very good. The location of the hostel is already very good. Breakfast was nice. Evening activities were very good.

The best advantage is of course the location. Breakfast value/price ratio is also an added benefit!

The bar or the reception area will always be full of people. If you are the kind of person who would not enjoy this, be aware

very central and easy to get to. it had a very social vibe and was easy to meet people in the rooms and downstairs area. there was always someone on reception to help if needed.

the reception is right at the back of a busy bar area. its not obvious where it is when you walk in especially if the bar is busy. it was also a little noisy in the evenings which was fine for me but could put other people off.

Very comfortable bed, and access to a well-stocked kitchen across the hall. (No charge for using any of the food in the kitchen,) Staff were helpful, enjoyable, patient! Loved the lively social atmosphere created by the hostel environment and younger clientele and staff. The location is exceptional, and the breakfast was very good.

This Hostel knows how to Hostel! Best one I've been to so far! Amazing facilities, cordial staff, convenient location and inclusive environment! Definitely staying here if I ever visit Milan again!
