Super clean and heaps of space in the dorm I stayed it.

Not much going on socially or the rooftop bar when I was there

The neighborhood is not good

Right behind Metro, had enough convenient stores near by. Bit pricey but was worth it. Clean and shower was training well. Nice small park behind hostel, highly rated restaurant and Gelato store within 10 minutes walking or even less. Stayed in Female on room and felt safe. Sometimes the main door and room door wouldn’t unlock but there was always someone around to let you in…. Can walk anywhere from here, it’s only 35-40 minutes from Colosseum. They have a bar downstairs and a rooftop terrace bar with great views.

If you have a corner bottom bunk it does get very hot quickly especially over night or when the weather is warmer. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room so we had to leave the windows open all the time which was annoying because of noise at night. Need to ask for fresh linen as they won’t change if you’re staying for 5 nights…

Location is close to the train station and colosseum which was perfect. Rooms were nice and comfortable.

Quite noisy area and a longer walk to get to more central restaurants etc so you definitely get your steps in.

Expensive for the location as the closest attraction is the colosseum and roman forum (20 mins), everything else is far. Wish they had curtains on the beds for some privacy. Check out is a bit early. They also charge to store your bag if you arrive before check in time, while most hostels don’t.

The hostel is great, nice facilities and good enviroment. The people in the hostel was great!! Also the rooftop.

I was really expected to have a kitchen to cook. The location is not perfect, the neighborhood seems not really secure.

Lovely hostel with friendly staff and excellent rooms and facilities. Rooms were in great condition and really comfy beds. Lovely rooftop bar as well, very social and good atmosphere. So easy to walk to all the sites which was really handy as well. Couple minutes walk from metro and train station as well so it was really easy for us to get there from the airport and also go to other areas of the city.

The hostel is situated in quite a rough area and as two young females we felt really uncomfortable whenever we left the hostel and didn't end up staying out late as felt too uneasy to walk back to the hostel. However it was very easy to leave the neighbourhood, as within 5 minutes of walking you are already out the area so I wouldn't let this deter you too much from booking but just good to be aware of.

Really great hostel, 5 min walk from Termini Station, 20 min walking from Colisseo, i did everything walking. I loved the bedroom and bathroom, everything was super clean, really nice and polite staff. The only thing that bored me it was a guest that snored 2 of my 4 nights, so i didn't sleep very well. There is also a nice rooftop on the top of the building. Saved me whein i arrive as i could just grab a pizza and came down to my room. I totally recommend this hostel.

Room cleaned daily, staff very helpful. Breakfast was an extra,, strictly continental.. I was lucky with my room mates as we were all early to bed.

The property’s excellent location and comfortable accommodations were definite highlights of my stay.

Breakfast service could be improved, as some staff seemed overwhelmed when handling large groups, which created a slightly tense atmosphere.

Easy walk to the metro and 15 minute walk to Roma Termini. I met some other interesting solo travellers staying in the shared bunk room. For me swapping stories with other travellers is a big part of why I travel.

Pre dawn street noise. Bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The location is not the best if you like to arrive late. And the room was too hot at night. It had no air conditioning “because it was not summer yet” but then anyone did nothing to help with it… I couldn’t sleep well, neither anyone in the room. Also the rooftop was closed because it “was not summer yet” … then they should specify this on the hostel description right ?

Accessible location from main train station & other public transport options, the women-only room was quite spacious. The hostel is overall clean, the staffs are also very friendly & informative.

Can be noisy in the early morning or later in the evening, especially if you let the windows open. I recommend bringing earplugs, would be ideal if the hostel also provide a (cheap) pair made of foam for guests :)

Ability to pay 3 Euro to early check in by 2 hours or late check in by 2 hours.

There is microwave but you need your own microwavable bowl and utensils (although you can buy plastic utensils for 20 cents) I typically expect hostel kitchen to be more friendly towards preparing our food and eating food in the kitchen. But there are no utensils provided, I had to get my own microwavable bowls. The fridge is also placed in a tiny cupboard, there was once when one fridge got unplugged I suspect is because it was so squeezy that one of the plugs came off. The tap at the common area is also not user friendly. The room is also not well ventilated (room 606), so make sure to open up the windows.

Decent sized room for 6 people. Wasn’t expecting two en-suites but was lovely to have the extra bathroom. Good location close to terminal to get to airport and not far from colosseum

Shower in my room, didn't drain well. But really that's all.

Location was good. Very close to the central train station. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Luggage storage facilities are good.

Towels had to be rented for 5 euros which is ridiculous. Bathrooms are not cleaned regularly.

The reception was friendly, location is very good and the room was spatious.

The bathrooms could be better. Curtains can be added to the beds. In my opinion, shower gel and towels should always be included in the service.

Close to Bus 77 and Termini

We’ve stayed in Generator in Stockholm before so knew it was a great company. The room is clean and the staff were helpful. It was very close to the main train station Termini and even closer to another metro stop which was great. It is a long way to get to most of the tourist spots and the Vatican however we loved to walk (about 40mins through Rome to the Collosseum etc). The common areas were small, especially with other large groups staying but overall was great value for money. Would stay again!

My first experience was with new roommates. Staff was friendly, leisure room is cozy and generator finds near station.

There was no shared kitchen, although there were two small fridges, a microwave and sink in the common area. There was not a good wifi connection in the common area

The room is very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The plugs near the bed were working and it was really clean.

The location was near the station but I felt unsafe especially at night. There were black guys outside every night and I can hear people shouting.

the lockers of generator for shared rooms is nice and big u can secure ur stuff, dont forget your padlock.

when u coming back in late night streets can be a bit scary but its all in rome. there was no seating options in shared room. only beds.

didnt like to put my card inside a socket for electricity in the SHARED ROOM. somebody else can take it by mistake.

the lightning in the shared room was not enough, and some of the lights in the beds were not working.

The beds are comfortable. The bad was very clean.

The neighbours seem to be not so save as a woman. I don’t know didn’t felt save when I arrived in the evening. Some people tried randomly to talk to me on the street. Better to arrive with taxi or uber or in a group when you might come in the evening.
