Everything, from the moment we arrive until we left, from the Doorman to hotel manager everyone always smiling and the service is exceptional. The give you the feeling they really care about you. The hotel is spotless which we really valued and the room is very spacious and comfortable. We have only good things to say about the hotel

The breakfast was an incredible spread as well as chefs available to customise your choice of eggs, create a fruit smoothie of you desire!

Everything. The people who work in this hotel are exceptional and the service was excellent. There is a relaxed ambience throughout the hotel and makes it an oasis in the heart of Bangkok. The breakfast, spa facilities and pool area are all to the highest standard. It is the perfect stay for your first time in Bangkok.

We were so impressed by our stay at the Sukhothai. From the check in process which began in the lounge with a welcome drink, to our departure two days later, everything was impeccable. The staff in particular deserve a special mention especially Noom who greeted us. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. We can’t wait to come back.

The Sukhothai Bangkok was excellent. We rarely ever give a 10* rating, but it's well deserved - mainly because of the Club Wing staff. They made our stay truly great, caring for us and providing all the help we needed, especially since we were staying for 10 nights. - Club Balcony room has a great terrace, highly recommended to book this one, it has beautiful BKK panorama and makes for a perfect place to chill after a long day - Room was very spacious and very clean (with some super minor hiccups) - Nice walk-in closet/wardrobe area with plenty of space for clothes - Very spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub - The staff was incredibly kind - The hotel's location is very good - The Gym is huge and very well equipped, a pleasure to go there really - Swimming Pool is also large and you can easily swim there

The hotel has some signs of wear and tear; not everything is brand new (but that adds to the charm). Hotel restaurants were surprisingly pricy and while the food was very good, I'm not sure it was great value for money. Normally, we would probably rate it 9*, but the service was so kind and helpful that we have to rate it 10*. All of the Club Wing, Gym and Swimming Pool staff were simply amazing.

It’s been our favourite for over 30 years! It never disappoints. The hotel is elegant, serene and beautiful and a total oasis from the noise of Bangkok

Phenomenal resort. Executive suite - extremely clean and the service was amazing. Best breakfast I’ve ever had!

The staff at Sukhothai are nothing short of incredible. Each and every member of their team deserves recognition. Their professionalism is unmatched, and they readily assist making your stay enjoyable.

We stayed in an executive suit for 3 nights. Pool area is spacious and very peaceful given its the center of Bangkok. The room was lovely with a view out onto the grounds and spa. Staff were excellent. I would highly recommend the spa.

Given that its a hotel and people are on holiday seeing notices around saying no swimwear beyond this point and no flipflops in the club lounge are a bit off putting. Breakfast in the main lobby was average given the price of accommodation but the club lounge was excellent.

This hotel is set in the most beautiful lush gardens, and is a wonderful tranquil retreat. The staff, food, service and ambience are all perfect.

I really wanted to stay in a classical hotel, so this is it! There are so many luxurious, flashy places but if you are looking for somewhere classy, serene, and greenery yet in the city, this is the one. Everything was perfect.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff very attentive, the gym is just great and the swimming pool is what I need to keep training. Overall was a great experience and would suggest it to others.

The room can be a bit bigger, but the luxurious bathroom sort of evens it out as well as the amazing view towards the garden.

The Sukhottai is always an amazing experience, is my second time there. The room is so nice, the bed and pillows are really confortable and all instalations are incredible. We loved the food. Staff is amazing.

The Sukhothai Bangkok is a gem! It is a heaven of peace in the middle of Bangkok. Beautifully designed, very comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool, gargantuan and delicious breakfast, and excellent service!

A tranquil oasis with large pool perfect for swimming early morning laps. Followed by sumptuous breakfast and excellent dining options throughout the hotel. Service from all staff was impeccable. Great location close to Lumphini Park and metro.

Amazing place in a wonderful hotel. Everything was perfect! The hotel itself, nested slightly away from the busy Bangkok vibe, peaceful and quiet. We loved the spacious grounds and not being in a high rise hotel. Staff were beautiful we couldn’t fault anything about it. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had & location was perfect to.

A classic hotel in the heart of Bangkok. An oasis of calmness in the busy city, top quality facilities and service. Great buffet breakfast and other food options. Large pool area with plenty of space and a well equipped gym facility. The room furnishings were all high quality. Panpuri products in the bathroom are great.

If you want a calm retreat in the bustling city of Bangkok, this is the place. Designed in a traditional Thai style, the hotel was the perfect place to recharge after a long day of being outside exploring the city. Highly curated and comfortable, I would only stay here if returning to Bangkok. Immersed in lush green, it gave me a peaceful feeling whenever I was in the hotel.

Can’t think of anything worth mentioning really.
