Amazing service from reception check-in to breakfast service. The room was great and had everything I needed. I slept very well, which rarely happens when I travel.

I just missed some sweets at the breakfast

The ultra luxury. The excellent position to major tourist attraction. The extremely professional and friendly nature of concierge and reception staff and the breakfast staff. The Hammam was world class.

Loved everything about this hotel. There is Nothing I didn’t like.

My husband and myself travelled to Berlin to celebrate my husband’s 40th anniversary. The hotel team was so great - they left us a sweet present (a plate full of sweets) and a card wishing Happy Birthday to my husband. It was really really kind of them to do that. In addition to this, everything was just perfect - location (all of the touristic attractions at less than 20’ walking) - room (perfect size and very clean) - interior of the hotel (very cozy and welcoming) Thank you Titanic Team for making our staying so great !

I liked the location. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and polite.

The room got too hot at nights although we adjusted the AC.

Room was smaller than imagined

Good hotel in the centre of Berlin and ideal for a short tourist visit. Friendly staff. If visiting Berlin again, I would choose this hotel.

It would have been helpful to have been advised in advance that the restaurant would be closed for refurbishment throughout my stay. As a single traveller, one of my reasons for choosing this hotel was that it had a restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, super stylish, great location which is waking distance to most of the tourist sites and great staff. Amazing value for money given how lovely the hotel is and the location.

Nothing it was perfect.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Useful near unter den linden and an easy walk to the brandenburg gate.

Valet parking expensive. A bit too small a room. Communal facilities (toilets) by the ballroom weren’t very clean.

Best place we ve stayed at!!! Everything was perfect from the room, the personnel, the lobby, the location. We really loved the 2 nights spent there.

The breakfast could have been hotter and unfortunately due to renovations taking place breakfast was moved move to the ballroom which meant an omelette station was no longer available

From check in to checking out our stay was a fabulous one. Front of house staff were helpful & we were able to keep our room on for an extra 3 hours on our departure day due to a late flight home. This helped to make our last day in Berlin a good one. Breakfasts had so much choice & staff were attentive. A lovely birthday breakfast treat for my husband of cakes, chocolates & brownies served with sparkling wine was a really nice touch. The spa facilities are calming. The deep body massage was a very positive experience with one of the masseurs.

As I was staying for a week, the staff upgraded my room to a large one. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and nice working station. The bathroom was also quite spacious. I was most impressed by the hotel gym. It is by far the best gym I have encountered. As it's shared with local residents, it is very well equipped including physio items. Also recommend the saunas. The restaurant is also quite nice and there are nice restaurants around in the area.

This is still our favourite hotel, everything is first class and the staff are so helpful. The breakfast is the best I have had at any hotel I have stayed in. The room was serviced so quickly and efficiently. Due to a late flight departure for us we were allowed to check out at 3pm instead of midday at no extra cost. The spa facilities are superb and there is a well equipped gym.

There were no USB ports for charging phones etc in the room, I would expect to see these in any hotel room now.

It was well looked after and maintained to a high level. Lovely areas to sit and relax and the rooms were soundproof and clean. The bed very comfortable.

This hotel is grand! Reminded me of the Fairmont in Boston's Copley Plaza. The location is great, with a U station nearby and the Gendarmenmarkt right next door. The main sites in Berlin are about a 15-minute scenic walk away from the hotel. The breakfast, like the hotel, is grand with an omelette station and every breakfast item one can think of. The staff is friendly and very helpful; the cookies at the front desk were an unexpected treat; and the concierge and valets are very accomodating. A stay here is quite reminiscent of the ocean liner after which she is named. They have a spa onsight, and our reservations included access to the spa for relaxation (treatments were extra, but quite a lot of services available and affordable compared to equivalent services in the U.S.).

The one thing I found lacking was no hair conditioner in the shower, especially for such a grand hotel. But this was the case throughout Germany. Out of 5 hotels we stayed at, only one provided hair conditioner in the shower. Bring your own if you need it.

Great location , very attentive , helpful staff. We felt very welcomed since entering hotel. Katryna in reception then Onur then staff in SPA were so friendly and doing their best . Breakfast was delicious and we have enjoyed SPA facility after long and tiring day :) Would definitely recommend

Great location near Brandenburg Gate and there was a Christmas Market opposite plus lots of restaurant choices nearby The hotel bar was exceptional it was lively which isnt always the case at hotels it was perfect to come back after being out for dinner and have a night cap where there is a nice vibe The late check out was brillant and the late breakfast options, the breakfast choices where amazing too I booked with the room so lots of savings that way but if booked on the day was €35 which was a bit steep my friends didn't have breakfast as didn't book with the room so we dined separately Concierge was brillant with cabs came in 2 mins and same price as uber

I was offered a balcony room for an additional payment on checkin and as my husbands 60th decided would treat him but discovered later that my 2 couple friends on trip who booked separately got balcony as strandard rate with no additional.payment so bit annoyed about that but the standard room rate is great value

Its location and the fact that the hotel was, overall, well maintained. They also managed to accomodate my request for both rooms to be located next to each other. Well done!

The toilet flush in my room was not working. Likewise for the safe. It would have been good if the room was checked before each check-in. The bathroom and safe issues were nevertheless fixed the next morning.

The hotel is well located for markets and Mitte, near museums and the concert hall. We have returned to it as the best experience we have in Berlin. There is a good restaurant and the lounge has a pianist some nights. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

It has a spa but not a swimming pool. Other than that which did not matter to us, all is excellent as you would expect to find in a high quality hotel.

Nothing to not like

My room was lovely and I had a very good night's sleep. A very nice shower. Breakfast was nice with a wide selection. The location is great for sightseeing, Museum Island is very close, and all the places I wanted to visit were within walking distance. I think for where it is and the facilities provided it is extremely good value for money.

It was difficult to find any stores to buy snacks and things close by. That's not a criticism of the Hotel, but just an observation on Berlin, maybe I'm just too spoilt by the meal deals from supermarkets in London. The staff were professional, but I wouldn't say friendly.

Robes were a little rough and towels could be bigger. Extra towels and pillows would have been nice.

Central location. Lovely lobby and bar area. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

They put a hold on your card at the beginning for the whole hotel bill, then add on bar bills etc as you go along, then take the whole amount owed again at the end! So in theory you have paid double until they remove the initial deposit and bar bill a few days after you have left!
