Perfect location to see some baseball and the staff was amazing! This is a music lover’s DREAM come true.

It's a phenomenal location. Our late meal was excellent. Breakfast was just all carbs which I didn't like. Overall, a little pricier than it should have been for the quality of the overall stay.

Great hotel! We stayed one night after a red sox game before heading up north later the next day. Kids got a kick out of the record player, retro room accommodation and memorabilia. Complementary breakfast was good, pool was clean and nice atmosphere all around. joe at the desk and Claudia were greet. Other staff were able to help us checked in early and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

We were in a room with a long walk down the hallway, but was fine.

Staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making our stay great. Beds were super comfortable. If you are going to a game at Fenway the location doesn’t get any better! They will hold your bags if the game starts before check-in and let you know when your room is ready. Rooms were quiet (we were on 2nd floor) and all the details are so cool. A typewriter that amazed my 6 and 2 year olds as well as a working record player. Our room was on the poolside, but not technically pool view, and we didn’t hear any noise from the pool despite it being packed with kids playing after the game. Pool was a very comfortable temp (July stay) and my 2 year old didn’t want to get out!

Facility parking is limited and costs more than parking in the garage across the street (~$24 for our overnight parking) You can reserve a spot at The Viridian using the LAZ parking app.

Everything about The Verb was wonderful! The location is THE BEST!. Please note that a $40 fee is charged per night, and an additional $73 is required for valet parking, which appears to be the only available option.

The valet fee was pricey.

The hotel has the most chill, relaxed vibe. Being able to listen to records in your room is a wonderful treat. Being with walking distance if Fenway was an amazing experience. The staff was fantastic and helpful.

The hallways are a little narrow if you are trying to use a luggage cart, but still workable.

The location was a big selling point for us. It's right next to Fenway Park. Everything else we wanted to do, we could walk to. The breakfast was good and the live music was a nice touch.

The rooms were comfortable, the continental breakfast was great for the ages of our party, located in a great spot to see baseball games, use the transit system to get all over Boston to site see, and have a great family experience! The memorabilia was amazing in the halls and the room set up!

We had to ask for room service and take our garbage down twice. It was busy during our stay.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the additional touch of having record players in each of our rooms with a choice of LPs to play was very retro and we loved the music choice. Breakfast was provided and it catered for my daughter’s coeliac.

There’s nothing we didn’t like we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about visiting Boston.

We booked for 2 rooms, both were excellent! The whole place is decorated for the themes, very interesting. The location was good, walking distance to museums, downtown, restaurants. Will definitely book here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was beyond my expectations.

The structure is beautiful. New, modern, with a unique style. It is beautiful to have a gramophone in the rooms on which to put a 45 rpm. It is also very nice to be able to stay in the outdoor pool area to sunbathe on the deckchairs and relax. The rooms are huge, with huge and super comfortable beds. The bathroom is very nice. And the services such as free drinking water are the best. Breakfast is also very much appreciated. Very courteous and helpful staff.

The people that work at the Verb make it an exceptional place to stay! This is our 4th time returning, and though it is a bit pricy, it is 1 block from Fenway, and like I said, it's the people that work there! It is a truly great place to stay and base your Boston trip from!

We absolutely loved the vibe of this hotel. It is in a perfect location, near Fenway, House of Blues and so many other places. Everyone that worked here was outstanding, pleasant and very welcoming!!

This hotel is the exact opposite of every cookie cutter hotel you've ever stayed in. Every room has a record player (our also had an antique typewriter) and there are records everywhere for you to use. The staff was SUPER friendly. They have fun little surprises hidden all over the place. I really thought it was a wonderful, quirky, clean, fun and fantastic experience
