Such a cool place with everything at your fingertips. A really clever reimagining of an old hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities including the fun bar and restaurant

The cost of the parking should be made clearer beforehand.

The property is beautiful, you feel like you are in another place and time in all the best ways. It’s such a quaint escape. Not for a moment would you feel like you are in the middle of a bustling city!

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved record player in room and extensive variety of albums available for use. Housekeeping was great.

Great location. 2 blocks from Fenway. Nice pool area and restaurant very good. Breakfast was quick and continental. Staff very attentive and kind. Shower set up in room needs work gets water everywhere. Def would stay again if visiting this area. Parking convenient but expensive at $73 a night valet on site.

Excellent location! Right next to Fenway! Beautiful pool! Restaurant was awesome and great late night option! Very accommodating staff! Loved our stay!

Pool was a treat but dropped in temperature the time we were there for unknown reasons. Service was super, we enjoyed the restaurant tied to the hotel and there were other restaurant options nearby we enjoyed like Squirrel brewery. We loved the 24 hour access to coffee hot and cold brew. Robes were fun and especially loved the record players.

Quiet noisy. Wish the rooms were better insulated. For the price (we ended up paying $415 including high taxes) I wish there a bit more return. Especially since we don’t eat breakfast.

Location is great for redsox games. Plenty of food options all in walking distance. Rooms nice sized.

Amazing location close to Fenway. Turntables and vinyl selections in the room were super fun. Carly and Jake were incredible.

As everyone mentions parking can be a challenge. But made a reservation nearby through SpotHero after reading comments and it worked out perfectly. Able to pull up at hotel, empty the car within 15 minutes and then go park.

It was close to Fenway and our car was on the property.

Its quirkiness with retro items in bedrooms, reception area, vinyl long-playing records available to play in room on an old style record player. It was very clean and the front desk staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. They even carried my luggage to my room and back to save my dodgy back. One couldn’t ask for more. The room was clean and comfortable with a lively sofa while the shower cubicle was spacious and the water could be easily controlled to a nice temperature. The location by Fenway Park was just what I wanted too for the two games I had come to see.

Great location! Super close to Fenway and many restaurants. Great service, the staff was super nice and let us keep our luggage until our flight at check out. Swanky and unique vibe - the Japanese restaurant on site was also awesome!

Shower pressure was not great and no elevator to get luggage up and down if you’re on the 2nd floor. They did ask if you needed assistance to take them up.

The valet staff and front desk were great

Rooms were loud. You could hear all doors slam shut and people running down halls.

Kind staff, outdoor pool, breakfast, record library. All were great!

The Verb vibe! Lots of interesting memorabilia and rock & roll puns about the place. We stayed for a week and used the pool area a number of times when we needed some down time in the am or pm. Our room was really spacious and the bed was huge and extremely comfortable. We walked pretty everywhere for the hotel, but did use the nearby T stations to get further afield. The Red Sox were playing on consecutive nights and we saw a game early in our stay. Was great to hear the crowds on the following evenings. Coffee was available at all hours and fridge in room was very convenient. Loved having the record player and the library of records- tapped into some old favourites. Would recommend!!

What a great spot! The location near Fenway was fantastic, and the hotel has such a unique rock and roll theme that anyone with a taste for classic rock music is in heaven. Like a mini rock hall of fame! It was clean, but not fancy. Laid back but incredibly unique!

If you have any injuries or disabilities, just ask for rooms closer to the lobby. It’s deceiving how big this hotel is and the walk to room could be an issue for people who may be limited mobility.

Nothing I didn’t like

Nice hotel, comfy beds, good shower, great breakfast. The kids and us parents loved the theme and listening to music in our room.

Would've preferred that the sliding door to bathroom close completely. But everything else was great.

Close to Northeastern which was main reason for stay. Halls are small and when people come into rooms at night the doors slam. Staff very attentive

No elevator to get to 2nd level and we were with an elderly grandparent with spinal issues. Pool was not very clean. No outlet in bathroom for blow dryer.

Place was amazing will be going back again. Loved the turntable in our room. We were in a themed room and it was amazing. Breakfast was also very good.

A little pricey but thee best hotel in Boston!

The staff was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable and we loved the decor! The turntable and speaker were so perfect, we ordered the same ones for our home!

Carrying bags up stairs was not that convenient... especially two large suitcases. The only other complaint was the bar. They were missing half of what was on the menu. Multiple drinks we wanted we were told they were out of.

Could not get closer to Fenway Park. Staff was very helpful. Parking was very convenient. Loved the records.

Parking was a bit pricy but couldn’t beat the convenience.

Can’t possibly say enough good things about our stay at the Verb. Being right next door to Fenway was ideal and the hotel itself was such a perfect vibe for our getaway weekend. Our son loved the pool and we loved everything about the decor the themes the live entertainment the breakfast the vinyl records for our rooms. It was simply perfect.

Loved everything

Great saltwater pool and nice breakfast buffet (surprisingly included). Rooms small but all offer record players. One perk is the complimentary water bottles and coffee.

We loved the decor of the hotel and the entire family enjoyed picking out records to play in our room. The kids enjoyed cooling off in the pool and the parents enjoyed cocktails listening to a concert over at Fenway. It is silly but we liked the shower head in our bathroom and the beds were comfortable.

I should have researched location a bit better as it was quite a walk to many tourist destinations. Uber worked just fine though and we liked being close to Fenway.
