We received a warm welcome from the Reception team. Our room was spacious and very clean and the staff in the bar were friendly, professional and very helpful.

Unfortunately the service we received at breakfast was very poor, our hot drinks, tea and coffee, were ordered at the same time but only the coffee arrived and we needed to ask another member of staff (who was extremely helpful) for the tea. Empty dishes were not cleared from our table despite many visits and the breakfast portions of items from the menu were very small. We were disappointed considering the hotel is luxury.

A welcome brochure would be helpful rather than scanning qr codes.

the room was spacious and beautifully laid out, good lighting for makeup in the bathroom, , staff very courteous, nice little gym room and pool area very nice, nice products also in the rooms and spa area

somewhat pricy for a midweek stay, but a quality product nonetheless, could also do with casual dining option later in the evening, if not wanting formal food

When staff are as welcoming and attentive as they are here, it makes the stay all the more enjoyable

Modern and spacious rooms, a very lovely pool, and great view of the distant mountains from the rooftop bar.

Minor things - our keys didn’t work after check in, and there was no infant crib in our room when we arrived despite me notifying them ahead of time and being reassured at check in that it was there. We arrived late in the evening with a very sleepy baby, so that was a little disappointing. Also there was only one staff member working at reception during the check out rush hour, so people were waiting a long time.

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Our suite was spacious and well appointed and the staff was absolutely lovely. Especially Kevin who made some great recommendations on where we should eat and enjoy some local Irish music. The location is very nice and walkable for those that don't mind walking a mile or more.

We got a free room upgrade as my husband couldn't walk very far as he was waiting on heart surgery and we were put into a room very close to the lift which was perfect.

Breakfast was ok. Could have been tastier, sausages weren't great tasting, bacon was overcooked.

All the little details were just right.

The staff here throughout the hotel are world class..complete professionals and so friendly..whatever you are doing keep doing it

The hotel was immaculately clean, the facilities were amazing, and the entire staff from the front desk to spa were incredibly well trained and friendly, doing everything they could to be helpful.

The shower in our room had disappointingly low pressure. Pretty much the only slight issue we can think of.

It’s a nicely decorated modern hotel with pleasant rooms and the staff was friendly.

The location is pleasant, but walking to downtown is a little inconvenient.

Maybe have a few more Irish speaking staff, although all the staff were lovely. The service in the roof top bar wasn’t quite as good aS missed bringing drinks that were ordered and just felt more disorganised

It's an incredible luxurious hotel, perfect in every way. In the reception, in the SPA, the rooftop staff, the breakfast staff and the night portiers were all extremely kind and helpful. I love swimming and I chose this hotel ALSO for their incredible 23 mt indoor pool. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for the kindness, the chat and the tea after the swim!! The room was big and the bathroom huge. An extra star for the kindness to let us have breakfast earlier than 7 a.m. We needed to take an early bus to the airport and everybody was so kind and let us have a (delicious) breakfast before leaving. So, ok it's expensive but so, so worth it!! Thank you!

It’s going to sound stupid Everything was so perfect The cream carpet outside the room (hallway)that was vacuum cleaned all the time was impressive Never seen anything like it

Beautiful hotel in Dublin. Great facilities and attentive staff - particularly loved the spa, pool and gym. Room was perfect and designed to a high standard. Close to the main tourist attractions. Car park just around the corner which was ideal. I would happily return to this hotel.

Overall service and the friendliness of the staff was excellent; View from rooftop bar was great and the staff there couldn't have been nicer to us.

Our room was at the end of the corridor and there was a service room next to us, and each time the door closed you could feel it banging in our room.

LOCATION The hotel is close enough to the center, train stations, and many restaurants. STAFF. The staff working at the hotel is very nice and welcoming, always ready to help you. ROOM. Our room was very spacious with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was very big as well, with a large shower. We had free wifi with a good speed. We really liked our stay in this hotel, and we really appreciated the small attention to the client (like the small chocolates in our room every evening)

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, they were all helpful and welcoming.

Exceptional hotel with best in class service, food, and the best for children. They treated our children with such care and comfort providing them special treats that made them feel warm and welcome. Sleeping quality is excellent with customized pillows and other high quality finishes. This is an exceptional hotel and stay.
