It’s a nicely decorated modern hotel with pleasant rooms and the staff was friendly.

The location is pleasant, but walking to downtown is a little inconvenient.

Modern yet comfortable, the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Service was excellent with lovely staff in restaurant and bar not to mention the team that welcome you.

Maybe have a few more Irish speaking staff, although all the staff were lovely. The service in the roof top bar wasn’t quite as good aS missed bringing drinks that were ordered and just felt more disorganised

It's an incredible luxurious hotel, perfect in every way. In the reception, in the SPA, the rooftop staff, the breakfast staff and the night portiers were all extremely kind and helpful. I love swimming and I chose this hotel ALSO for their incredible 23 mt indoor pool. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for the kindness, the chat and the tea after the swim!! The room was big and the bathroom huge. An extra star for the kindness to let us have breakfast earlier than 7 a.m. We needed to take an early bus to the airport and everybody was so kind and let us have a (delicious) breakfast before leaving. So, ok it's expensive but so, so worth it!! Thank you!

It’s going to sound stupid Everything was so perfect The cream carpet outside the room (hallway)that was vacuum cleaned all the time was impressive Never seen anything like it

Beautiful hotel in Dublin. Great facilities and attentive staff - particularly loved the spa, pool and gym. Room was perfect and designed to a high standard. Close to the main tourist attractions. Car park just around the corner which was ideal. I would happily return to this hotel.

Overall service and the friendliness of the staff was excellent; View from rooftop bar was great and the staff there couldn't have been nicer to us.

Our room was at the end of the corridor and there was a service room next to us, and each time the door closed you could feel it banging in our room.

LOCATION The hotel is close enough to the center, train stations, and many restaurants. STAFF. The staff working at the hotel is very nice and welcoming, always ready to help you. ROOM. Our room was very spacious with a very comfy bed. The bathroom was very big as well, with a large shower. We had free wifi with a good speed. We really liked our stay in this hotel, and we really appreciated the small attention to the client (like the small chocolates in our room every evening)

Great location for our requirements. The staff were all amazing and so welcoming. Rooms were large, everything was in the room you needed. Spa was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the food was delicious.

Everything was perfect, especially the staff, they were all helpful and welcoming.

Exceptional hotel with best in class service, food, and the best for children. They treated our children with such care and comfort providing them special treats that made them feel warm and welcome. Sleeping quality is excellent with customized pillows and other high quality finishes. This is an exceptional hotel and stay.

Our favourite hotel in Dublin. Excellent service, comfy rooms and tasty cocktails. Wonderful leisure centre and spa.

We stay here at least once a year for about 10 years, we thought a nice “welcome back”would be good as the receptionist’s should view our history. We are always asked have you stayed here before? Not a negative but just a small touch that could be good for the hotel.

Great location- not busy but close to the centre and the arena, good spa facilities, a comfortable bed, attentive staff

The room was a bit rundown for the price charged; a cracked sink, the window was sealed and there was a smell in the room like someone had been smoking

The food was gorgeous, the choice of drinks amazing and the level of service was fantastic. Really loved the room, beautiful design with everything we needed. Coffee machine, herbal teas, bottled water with a fully stocked mini fridge (which you have to pay for everything you eat/drink)

Parking is not free cost us €32 for the night also the car park is not well maintain. We were forced to that a long route to our car as there was a drug addict asleep in the doorway to the car park. We requested earlier check in and ended up waiting an extra a hour and 20 minutes. Very slow check in.

I loved everything about the hotel, could not fault one thing

On google maps the hotel is not listed correctly, it kept bringing us somewhere else. We wasted so much time trying to find it due to google maps not being up to date. The car park is very limited. I travel a lot for work but think the car park situation would put me off staying there for work

I was extremely impressed - the hotel went the extra mile, with a special surprise in our room for my fiancé's 30th birthday. The breakfast was exceptional!! Thank you for an amazing evening :)

room was so modern, amazing style bathroom was amazing, lotions and conditioners important, especially at the price you pay choice of dining at the rooftop bar was excellent

worst thing for us was our room was meant for someone else. we had personalised note and a letter, a bowl of fruit and a lady called to the door with a chocolate. I feel if they knew it was just us staying we wouldn't have got the same treatment, and it is the personalised extra touches you don't have to pay for that make a place special, and encourage you to go back. the woman at the front of house would not let us up the the rooftop, even though we were guests, saying that it was full. we insisted and when we got up the whole place was nearly empty.

The room was very well laid out and very comfortable and very much to five star status. I have to say I thought that the breakfast, whereas it was good was very overpriced an €32 per person, particularly as the buffet section was missing a number of items, in particular bread. I did not frequent the bar during my stay.

I covered the cost of the breakfast in the aforementioned which was very over priced for the product delivered. I had just one un-pleasant interaction with one of the door men whom I thought was very arrogant, however the receptionist interceeded and immediately resolved my issue. I will say that overall the staff were very pleasant and efficient.

We had dinner reservation yesterday and when my husband went too check, he was told the reservation was cancelled as there was an event and nobody bothered to send an email or contact us and we had gone on a day trip to Giant causeway and were told we could have dinner at another restaurant at the facility and ended up having dinner at the roof top restaurant , where the food was ok but did not meet the expectation , I am sorry to say this but something which you need to know

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Dublin and loved this hotel location. Kevin was exceptional for providing info on attractions and best ways to get around the city. He is a gem.

Our room was an adjoining room and we could hear the people next door chatting late into the night.
