Very friendly staff and they are helping guests at their best

Nothing, all are better than I expected.

Rooms are well designed and appointed. I stayed here about 5 years ago and the room are still in great condition and have not dated.

Great location. Very convenient and close to Wan Chai MTR and to great restaurants. Room was bigger than other hotels in Hong Kong too. The staff was also very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay (:

Very spacious room, and comfortable bed.

The staff is very polite, nice, patient and helpful. Especially Assistant Guest Services Manager Nelson Hui and his team. Although I am from Hong Kong but left quite a long time. So a lot of new places never been and they told me how to go there. The restaurants staff is very good and patient to explain different types of breakfast. Last, housekeeping they done a very good job to clean the room and everyday refill all the necessary stuff in the room.

If the air conditioning can adjust the temperature is much better coz we went there is winter. But the room cant change. It's a little bit made my husband is not happy.

No view at all but it’s smack in the midst of great food in Wan chai so guess it’s a toss up

Maybe the lobby is a little small it doesn't provide a first impression to the level of the hotel. but the hotel is great, i just think that if i had just passed through i would not have think much of it

Cleaniess, Square layout. Water Pressure from the Bathroom is good

Toilet set up is inconvenient to use. Lights control is a bit confusing.

Gym was too small. TV picture was terrible.

Lovely comfortable stay in the heart of the city. ideal if you are working from the apartment of using as a base.

I know space is a premium but would be good to add weights facilities to the gym and maybe a sauna / cold plunge?

Staff were excellent! I had got the date of my flight wrong and the staff were so supportive and helpful in helping me make the flight. Couldn't have asked for better service. Room decor was modern and lots of plug sockets etc. Sofa was nice for evenings relaxing instead of having to sit in the bed Lots of storage Good mini bar selection

The rooms are big and nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast included is a total scheme. The food was limited and poor quality compared to any other IGH hotel. In the moment that I came to the dining room a menu was pushed to my face and I was expected to order extra food(again breakfast included), they asked for extra 180 dollars for a couple of eggs and salad!

Good location. Good value. The room size is bigger than average rooms in HK hotels.

Amazing location (the good side of Wan Chai!), so easy to go anywhere in HK from there and room was just like advertised.

Too much volatility around the opening of the pool area… due to thunderstorms alerts the pool area was closed too many times (a bit inconvenient during the hottest month of the year)

Best beds in town, possibly in the world. Very specious rooms for Hong Kong and excellent location.

Housekeeping calling us everyday even though we had the ‚do not disturb light’ on and mentioned multiple times that we don’t wish to be disturbed in any way when the light is on. Very upsetting.

The Hotel location and the staff are 5 star. The food in the roof bar is good and at a resonable price I had the steak twice, the rooms are very comfortable and very clean.

The Pool spent most of the time closed ! The breakfast is very poor, the orange juice is a chemical ! poor choice of cerial, limited fruit and dried out pastries. As I was on Holiday we went out for breakast on most mornings, which was no bother as there are so many good places close to the hotel, the Bake House was our No1. So for Hoilday the breakfast is not a huge issue but if I was on business I would stay elsewhere as the additional time in going out would be not well tollerated.

The staff is very helpful and courteous I have stayed in this hotel many times (pre covid) and I think the standards have maintained over the years

layout of washroom/shower might not be great for certain family travellers. Shower door swings out without room for a floor mat to step onto

Simple and reasonable room service, such as my request for ice bucket, is not available at all after midnight due to the kitchen staff was off, and it exactly occurred in indigo wanchai with 5-star IHG hotel.

Great location! The room is clean! Lots of food near by within walking distance.
