Great, spacious room with very comfy bed

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location within Crown Casino complex. We were able to access Holey Moley minigolf, Kingpin and go on walks along the river with the kids. Staff were friendly & accommodating.

The service at Mr Hive was disappointing. Food was lovely but the staff made us feel like we were an inconvenience due to my husband being in a power wheelchair. We also had room service from Mr Hive and the food was great on all occasions.

We loved the look of the room. It was nice and modern and super spacious for the two of us. The location was awesome so close to Southbank! The staff were also very accomodating. We got drink vouchers as our room took some time to be ready once we checked in.

Pillows were a bit too soft but that’s all!

We arrived in melbourne very early in the morning. They gave us the option of checking at 9;30 am instead of 2pm for a fee $50. Which was great. Exceptional accommodation.

There wasn't even a single bother of water provided in three room. The water in the mini bar was chargeable. Didn't expect this from Crown.

It was close to where we needed to go. The room was clean & tidy.

Everything was perfect, just one little problem, we didn’t have any conditioner in the dispenser.

Fantastic location, walking distance to everything you need. Very clean and generous amount of amenities provided. Big bathroom!

Beds not that comfortable, quite firm. The aircon system is hard to regulate, we were either too hot or too cold.

Room was not serviced - bed not made. Advised when I complained I needed to “request” service - this was not explained at check in. Very disappointed

Staff were inattentive, arrogant and unprofessional. When we’d ask for something we didn’t feel welcomed at all. Stream room wasn’t working for 3days and didn’t get to use it.

Loved the location and also the room services that you could order in for breakfast

Great room with a city view and located within the enormous Crown complex and a short walk across the river to Melbourne city.

It wasn't explained at check in that you have to press the button to have the room made up so I didn't have any room service in a week and had to call for mini bar and toilet paper to be replenished.

The pillows - we all thought they were too soft as they went flat when you put your head on them. Bathroom/toilet and shower are not very private.

Tried to charge me $7 for cutlery to my room. And didn’t make my room up after the first night. Wtf?! Otherwise a nice place.

It's dated when you are paying $$$$ you would expect floors not showing wear. Also not many power points to plug phones in.

Good location, walking distance to the city and to the Yarra Park precinct. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were neat and tidy. Staff were friendly. Multi-level car park was reasonably priced and conveniently located adjoining the hotel.

There have been a few changes since last time that we were a litte disappointed in. There is no late night in room dining option. The wait times to check in and checkout were a little longer than expected and there weren’t as many complimentary items in the room as previous stays. The $200 bond also seemed excessive.

Great hotel, comfortable room, perfect location in the centre and hotel connected to all other 3 crown hotels. Endless places to eat and food was good, casino and shops. The only fault of this hotel is room service, terrible cleaning effort during our stay. Barely made the bed and changed towels because we had to ask them. Other than that hotel was good for city break.

We stayed in the loft 4 night for our wedding and it was the worst sleeping pillows we ever come across

Pool had amazing views. Could be open later as you feel like a swim after dinner. The spa should definitely be open till later as you really want to unwind before bed. The location is the main reason we stay here. We enjoy the shopping also.

There should be complimentary water in the hotel which you expect from a 4 - 5 star hotel. Water is a necessity Not a luxury. There could also be coffee pod machines. The pool and spa should be open till later.

I want to know when I get my bond back, I let’s the hotel on Saturday and still haven’t received it

I recently stayed at the Crown Metropol Melbourne and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, which made for a really comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The service was generally excellent throughout our stay – staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. However, the check-in process was a bit of a letdown. We arrived around 3:30pm and unfortunately had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get checked in. It was unusually slow and a disappointing start to what was otherwise a great visit. Despite the delay, the overall quality of the hotel made up for it. I’d definitely stay again and hope the check-in process is smoother next time.

Excellent, the sound proofing from out side was great. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was amazing! The only down fall was the usb ports in the room didn't work to charge our phones. Lamp & iPad dock. We bought a wall plug
