Great place close to everything you need for a great night out
The room was great, staff were accommodating. Only issue was the lift wasn't stopping at our level during check out times for some reason but staff reported it to maintainance.

Beautiful room with an amazing view, friendly staff. Our fam loved our staycay.
The only minor discomfort was our minibar had opened up packets of chocolate that hadn't been replaced/removed before checking in but staff promptly fixed the issue. Other than that, all was amazing :)

We had a lovely stay at the Crown Metropol & would definitely stay there again
From the moment we stepped out of our car the service was great. I was with my daughter & we both loved the service, how clean everything was & our room was great
Our pillows were to flat & the large pillows were to large. The sheets were noisy, but that is just a small complaint, everything was lovely

Had a wonderful stay at Crown Metropol and my mum was thrilled with her complimentary birthday champagne and chocolates

I would love to stay here in future too.
I really liked the city view with wide glass window. My daughter loved the bed and the comforter, it was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Staff were so friendly and accommodating.
No check in before 3 PM, check in between 12 - 2 PM would have been great. However, not a big issue, as hotel was ready to secure my luggage before check in.
