Nice and clean property with decent view and good customer service and and easy access to crown complex

Room entertainment no good, can’t connect to tv, movies to expensive

I am having a problem with getting the invoice issued by Crown Metrolpol. They had asked me to contact Booking.Com as I booked via Booking.com I contacted Booking.com but it took so much of my time. Please help. my Booking ref is 4189754683. Please help[

Beautiful size room. Bathroom was big. Nice and clean and easily accessible.

An updated tv would make it perfect so streaming services can be accessed

Great room overall, has nice view, was very comfortable. The charger adapter in the room was beyond expectations even though I bought my own, would be nice if you add that to the room description cuz not every hotel offers that free.

The only charging station by the bed was USB2.0, and there is no plug near the bed, lacking compatibility. The tablet was a nice addition but it beeps once every hour and is kinda annoying. During one day of my stay Melbourne was raining, I wanted to borrow an umbrella but didn’t get one, kinda disappointing.

I really dislike all the technology. Would have liked the room serviced and assumed it would be but apparently you need to push a button at door. Ipad to discover everything. A simple written document I know is old fashioned but it works!!

Last time we got slippers in the room and this time it seemed a little thrown together. Toilet glass could have been cleaner and glasses were dusty. I didn’t like that it doesn’t say anywhere if you pay by debit card you need to pay $200 returnable assurance and if it’s credit card you don’t have to.

The cleanliness and customer service was particularly impressive.

I could not redeem the money spent on the room onto my crown rewards card, due to booking through a third party. This was disappointing.

The room was amazing! bed was so comfortable and the room was so lovely! very clean and had everything you needed even the mini bar was full of goodies! Bathroom was fabulous lots of room and lighting for doing make up. Easy to get to and from the rooms with the elevator very close by.

Excellent location for the F1. Very clean. Nice rooms and great staff.

The location both to the city and to the Melbourne convention and exhibition centre was terrific. Our conference was there so was a 5 min walk only. Loved being near the Riverwalk and the wide choice of restaurants.

The lighting in the rooms is quite dim in the evening. Otherwise was wonderful.

The infinity pool was fabulous, and the bed was absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything and more and the service was outstanding.
