Amazing location, we did everything by foot and renting bikes.

Beautiful! And extremely clean and bright! Loved the techie vibe and the staff was exceptional!

Only issue was the restaurant was closed for refurbishment but they still offered to go options for guests.

I was unable to receive a receipt of my stay even with the intervention of booking.com because the property claimed that they cannot issue a receipt because I booked via booking.com. I have never heard that explanation and upon contacting booking.com, they also agreed that this is not true. Neither booking nor I could convince the hotel otherwise and this was particularly frustrating because I was on a business trip and needed the receipt to get reimbursed. I have the impression that the staff is not very well trained.

Location was perfect. Housekeeping staff was pleasant and cordial, hard working too. Liked the coffee station.

Desk staff was indifferent. Restaurant staff were pleasant but not overly accommodating.

My bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. Check out was nice and easy. But I would recommend putting instructions in the room as there are too many options.

I was not greeted by the staff. Once I entered the hotel, I had to figure out the kiosk. And when I had an issue with it I stood there for quite a while waiting to be helped the lady that did help me seem to have a bit of a chip on her shoulder about it. What really bothered me was the smell of the cleaning products they use. It is overpowering as soon as you walk in the front lobby. Even my room smell bad. My clothes smell like that cleaning product for days. I would recommend using something a little more pleasant. Or even putting air fresheners in the room, something like a williams sonoma.

Room was great. Environment of hotel was welcoming. Gym was also good (although no windows) - at the top floor it would have been wonderful to have those. Pool was closed as it was November.

The craziest bit I have seen on breakfast business. I stayed for six nights. Turns out, that for breakfast, one can have only one plate, i.e., farmer's breakfast. I had to bargain every morning whether I could have another plate - even cheaper, despite the fact that I had purchased the "breakfast package" which only included the farmer's breakfast. This bit I didn't know when I booked the breakfast part, as I assumed that like in most hotels, there would be a breakfast buffet. Someone needs to fix this.

Pretty basic place

* Good location - 8-minute walk from Union Station * Very comfortable bed and pillows * Wi-Fi was decent (~10 Mbps download and upload) * AC works well * Free suitcase storage for pre-check in and post-check out * Free bean-to-cup coffee machine on each floor with 3 different types of beans and strengths * Good decor * Friendly staff

* Bathroom door doesn't seal, so there's not a lot of privacy * No bath, no hand-held shower head, and water pressure wasn't great * Soundproofing isn't great - I got woken up by doors slamming and people talking in the corridor * Windows don't open

Bkfst was good but wish there were a few options to choose from (ate the same thing for 3 days). Rooms were clean & modern.

The lighting controls were confusing to all of us. Limited choices for bkfst and the only reason the location wasn’t ideal is because I was attending the Ausa conference at the convention center and getting across town in the morning was tough.

on check in staff was not very friendly. We did not like the room and had to pay extra for an upgrade for the very same type of room we received on a prior visit for an additional $35 per night

The location is excellent. Right next to the Capitol and the train station

I didn't like the beds, they were uncomfortable for me.

We Arrived early in the morning and were offered to check early but would have to pay for another full night Reception area seemed exceptionally busy and noisy

Room size was good for 4 people. Bathroom and shower was excellent. Storage OK. Double blinds at window good. Dinner on first night in bar area was very welcome. Checking in and out on computer easy. Asked for extra towel and delivered quickly. Coffee machine location. Lifts worked well and came quickly. Gym was a good space and kit well maintained. Location was great close to station and Capitol building.

Although hot water provided, there were no tea bags near to coffee.

It was very clean and the staff was helpful

I didn't like the parking. Garage was small and I had to pay. Everywhere that was parking we had to pay. Can't blame the hotel on that. I just didn't like the parking on that area.
