Friendly staff, but poor facilities and food.
Breakfast was generally poor, only white sliced bread from previous day, also when we asked for dinner the owner said that this was available only until 8pm even thought on Bookings says until 10 pm plus!
This made me frustrated but at the end better, as went out and had an amazing dinner at Casale Hotel at Kalopanagiotis!
When we arrived the owner was very friendly. however, he asked if we brough enough warm clothes with us, as the weather was cold and rainy. So when we went up at the room we realised that there was not remote control for the aiconditioning, also there was not hot water for bath!

In general it was fine, we liked the location, an easy parking spot, food was good, though we didn't expect to pay extra 12 euro to for a couple of coffee and tea cups! Nice stuff Tony was generous on the other the Philippine lady (sorry I forget her name) was a little bit noisy talking on the phone from 8am loud voice!!!!
The room, it wasn't clean, dust was everywhere, bed and pillows were uncomfortable at all we couldn't sleep the two nights because of that.

Helpful & polite staff. Hotel in the main street (if you might say) and rooms with a nice view.
The mattress and the bed were too old and too uncomfortable, the pillows as well. Not proper hot water for shower; especially at night when the temperature is low, and you need a warm shower. In general, the hotel rooms need to be renovated and the hotel in general needs a spring cleaning.
