Overall the room was great with nice amenities. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful to the max. The restraunt was exceptional, and definitely worth visiting. I would revisit.

The bed was sagging and caused hip pain. Also with no sheer curtains, no privacy facing a building with windows. But the room was overall great and I would revisit. I know prices are up, but $8 for chips was a bummer. For some reason, I did not mind paying for the water, but not the chips.

I didn't realize that the hotel was adjacent to the Royal Children's Hospital and on arrival was taken aback and concerned about noise but it was so quiet, calm and really peaceful. The shared lobby space was ideal to work from after check out. The park view room was glorious and so lovely to be able to take a walk and really loved the entire space around the hotel - did not feel like I was in the city at all. Service was fantastic.

On check in, the mini bar had not been checked and there was a half empty bottle of wine and no tea bags or coffee. However when I noticed the staff they were very apologetic and clearly not happy and comp-ed me a fresh wine to the room. Muchly appreciated!

Really lovely hotel, great location for RCH and Farmacy for breakfast really good. Staff friendly and definitely stay again.

As soon as I opened the door to my room I loved it! The quirky design, the amazing view, the great amenities & the high level of cleanliness. Everything about the room was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

The artwork was great. The restaurant had friendly staff, fast and efficient kitchen too.

I found it hard to find initially but it is very close to the CBD so a great spot.

The room was clean and tidy. The towels fresh, white and fluffy. The receptionist was on the ball with the parking for our car. Letting us know it was cheaper for us to pay on our way out in the morning than for her to charge us through the hotel. As we was not going out again that night.

The room 321 have a funky smell, like mould or wet sock. The room was clean and tidy though. Just a funky smell. Not the fresh clean smell you expect when walking into a hotel room.

Clean, comfortable and stylish. The staff were exceptionally kind. The room has plenty of space, including a microwave, which we don’t normally see in a hotel. Quick access was convenient to the Maccas, Boost Juice and other restaurants/cafes in the RCH. The tram stop just in front of the hotel was also very convenient. We liked the kids corner in the lobby, as well.

The view wasn’t the greatest, no extra pillows, and missing usual decor items, suck as themed pillowcases and blankets. The restaurant was also closed throughout the duration of our stay.

When i wanted a tax receipt and called up via phone, the staff were very obstructive. I need it for my patient transport assistant claim and I still havent received it

There was a small grocery store, a McDonalds, and other facilities in the hallway connecting the hotel foyer to the Royal Children's Hospital. The hotel was also only a short walk away from the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne Private and the Women's Hospital. Public transport was everywhere and the surrounding Royal Park was a big bonus.

It is rare to find a hotel with a bathtub near the city. This place is such a gem. Good facility. Easy to get to by public transport. Next to a large park for a relaxing walk. You can pay a bit more for the corner room on higher floor with view over the park and the city skyline.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Larwill Studio. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Royal Children’s Hospital, which made our early appointment easy to reach on foot. The hotel’s decorations were lovely, and it had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay

Rooms are beautifully appointed. Beds are comfortable. View of the park is lovely. Location is great as I was travelling for work and needed to be near North Melbourne/Parkville for the conference.

There used to be gym access via a local gym, however this is no longer available. The park next door however does offer great options for those who enjoy a walk/run.

Complimentary late check out to 12.00pm. Location was what I was looking for. Friendly staff.

Room service or dining facilities, after a day exploring Melbourne or caring for a loved one in the hospital it would be nice to have easy access to meals.

Kitchen was supposed to close at 8.00 pm went to the reception at 740 and was told it shut 10 minutes ago.

The Larwill is ultimately comfortable and it has all you need except a gym! But, there is an excellent park outside the door which is perfect for walking and runs.
