Beautiful property, we were greeted warmly and welcomed by staff and given glow stick bracelets for Vivid. I asked for a quiet room and was given a perfect one. Walking distance from the harbor was a bonus!

Staff were amazing and the food was delicious!

The only bug bear was the wait for coffees. The coffees were lukewarm by the time they arrived with us having to wait 20mins to receive them. The dining hall was busy so staff were doing their best but it would be easier if there were machines where customers could help themselves.

Amazing location, nice views from our Opera view room, clean comfortable room, bed and toilets. Very nice courteous staff, smooth check in and check outs! Housekeeping is quite efficient!

Wish the shower cubicle was bigger and they had a Spa!

Close to everything. Circular Quay was a 2 min walk. The kids loved the pool and the rooms were comfy.

when checking in - the welcome drink was a lovely surprise the front desk members - friendly & inviting especially David (?) The room was comfortable enough and spacious

the bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable for my partner The shower leaked to the main area of the bathroom floor even though the door was closed - so the towels were wet on the floor

-The View of the opera house -Bath -The TV had chrome cast -Plenty of elevators -Check out at 11am -Air conditioning worked quickly - reception giving me a bottle of really nice moscato

The breakfast was wonderful for choice. The proximity to the harbour was great. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not comfortable. A severe lack of gluten free food options on the in room dining menu. The bathroom needs to be cleaner.

Booked a city view room, but was super happy that on arrival, we had been given a Harbour view room. Was SPECTACULAR. The Bed was the BEST BED I have ever had in a hotel. I only wish I could have stayed longer in it. Pillows were magical too. Particularly also loved the shower toiletries - very very very nice.

Tool many kids in the Executive Lounge. This was a weekend break for us and a treat to be able to spend time out in an adult environment - yet was spoilt by children running around the room. Was disappointing. Also thought the Executive Lounge lacked ambiance. Was sterile tbh, and for a lounge would have expected to see lounged suites, instead of dining tables.

Breakfast was delicious. Really nice variety! Service from Restaurant staff was exceĺlent. Concierge was extremely helpful and welcoming.

The location in the CBD to Circular Quay is so convenient. The staff, front desk, concierge, restaurant were so accommodating. The size of the room is large enough to place your luggage and yet be comfortable. The bed, bathroom size and shower all good.

The in room refreshment accommodation did not have paper napkins for tea and coffee. I obtained paper napkins from the lobby restaurant (Silvester's). There were 2 of us, the in room accommodation for room slippers and bath robes was for 1 person. Housekeeping did not resupply bathroom towels and toilet tissue, I called guest services who promptly corrected the situation. Although not requested, there was hardly a view from our room.
