It’s probably the best 5 star hotel in Sydney. It’s not cheap, but at least it delivers. Others are also expensive but are not as good as the Marriot

We were welcomed early and allowed to go to our room prior to 3pm. We were also given a lovely welcome drink and informed of all the cool things to do in the hotel!

Great location, awesome staff, stunning hotel

Great location for Circular Quay. Check in took a short while, so we were offered drinks while in the line, which was kind. Staff also delivered a birthday treat to the room which was much appreciated. Room was comfortable and the bathroom had a very good shower.

The room was a good size. The location was excellent. Very easy to get to from circular quay train station, and walk right out to enjoy everything Circular quay has to offer.

I didn't feel that the city view (higher floor) was worth the extra money. We looked out onto some closed in CBD style buildings (one under construction) that wasn't pretty during the day, and didn't have the city sparkle I was hoping for at night. It was underwhelming. Just go for a regular room.

At the time of check in they have offered drinks and snacks as the queue was too long and that was so sweet and pleasent that took away all the frustration if any. The location is superb and the lobby area is hugely designed lux and love it how it surrounded by different dining spots. The bedsheets were so soft and lux that It was remarkable!

Bathroom needs refurbishment for sure and the room was not clean at arrival as I could find finger prints on the kettle, on the table and also the carpet was stained. The fridge was empty. There was no toothbrush and also the lighting needs to be revised as the reading light is so bright that makes it impossible to read. The shade of the lights reminds you of hospital and the bed should have been moved to the opposite side to be able to see the Opera house!

Central to the harbour and the rocks. Excellent service well appointed rooms and facilities.

The bed was pretty hard, but I guess you have to accommodate for everyone.

even though we checked in early and room wasnt available we were kindly offered to go the the 'waiting' suite and use lounge/coffee/tea/bathroom etc which was greatly appreciated thank you

we enjoyed our stay all of the staff were great and so polite and cheery and helpful - we liked it all and enjoyed.

The concierge, the views (once I was moved, definitely not the back wing facing the construction) and location. The front desk depended on who you dealt with. Complimentary bottle of wine and choc treats was appreciated, even though I never got to enjoy as a short visit of two days only!

The initial room allocation on the back wing fronting the courtyard on the Lee of the building, with construction cranes and building shadows.

Excellent location just next to the Quays. Excellent breakfast with many choices in a nice environment. When a line to check-in was a bit long, free drinks were provided.

Location is superb, very close to ferries, trains and light rail. Clean and tidy. We had an issue with water pressure, they offered us a different room and that fixed it.

Great vicinity, walking distance to everything. Beautiful view from our room and all the hotel facilities are great. Staff were all lovely and accommodating.

The Marriott location was perfect, walking distance to everything, ferries, local restaurants, light rail, tourist landmarks. My wife and I loved it. The staff went over and above to make you feel welcomed.

It’s starting to show its age. But the room was comfortable, bathroom looks dated.

Complimentary bottled water could’ve been kept in the fridge with maybe a bottle of champagne in the rooms and the water in the pool would be just a little bit more warmer

I am amazed that I don't find any significant discount on Booking.com for booking number of hotels over the years. If I find rates on other websites the are similar.

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was fantastic, location was very good.

The pillows were long but had no to little support .

The property itself is very nice, the room furnishings are nice and the bed is very comfy. The location is superb, you could not want for a better location. Breakfast buffet is very well stocked and delicious, coffee was good. The staff were all so helpful and friendly.

If I had to nitpick, it was a pity my husband and I couldn’t use the same sauna. Having said that the saunas are lovely and I understand why they are separate for males and females.

The Breakfast was very healthy.
