Hotel Park Hyatt, Melbourne

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. We felt special having the door opened for us whenever we left or arrived back at the hotel. The room was nice and quiet and spacious with large bathroom and seperate toilet. Quiet location.

We came in from the car park which I guess is the back entrance and it wasn’t obvious where to go to check in.

Excellent room, which is very spacious and well appointed. The staff were nice and the breakfast was high quality.

Really nice room and hotel in general. Luxurious feel, as you’d expect. We requested a room with spa bath and this was accommodated which was fantastic.

Room wasn’t ready for 1.5 hrs after check in time. Couldn’t turn off heater in room so felt uncomfortably warm all night. Perhaps there was a way to turn it off but we couldn’t figure it out!

The tranquil atmosphere, complete with comfortable loungers, made it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is a fitness enthusiast's dream. Equipped with high-quality machines, free weights, and a variety of workout options, it’s a great facility for those looking to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. The space is well-maintained and offers ample room to move, even during busy hours. Dining: One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite dining experience. Room service truly stood out, offering an extensive menu packed with delicious options that were beautifully presented.

I came down for a medical appointment The location was great we enjoyed a meal on Exhibition Street and then in the morning a beautiful breakfast at your facility. It was a relaxing visit to the city.

Friendliness of staff clean

We love the Park Hyatt. It is our favourite place to stay when we are in Melbourne. Always friendly staff and great location.

There were a couple of things broken in the en-suite. Toilet roll holder was broken and the shower spa jet didn’t work.

The staffs are trying their best to cater the customers and make sure everyone has a good experience at the hotel. You also gift us a champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which was very nice.

The floor was not clean in our hotel room, obviously dusts around. The queue to the breakfast buffet was too long. The children are screaming and jumping into the swimming pool, and disturbing other residents using the facilities.

The staff were all amazing so friendly and tentative. The rooms have a lovely old school charm and are so incredibly clean and well kept. We travelled with our 11 month old and felt so special and spoilt by the staff in all departments. Location was great for access to the MCG and City but felt safe/secure and very picture perfect with its views.

That I couldn't stay longer

Was upgraded to a suite, the amenities were unreal, made our 20 year anniversary very special. Bedding was so comfortable, breakfast was delish and valet parking a breeze - great service!

Such a beautiful hotel and the facilities were perfect, The variety of food at breakfast was excellent.

Stylish fitout throughout rooms and lobby etc. Well-designed room. All staff welcoming and helpful. Room was well supplied. Good bath.

Dogs on the premises. Highly disturbing was an electronic device in a cavity behind dark glass above the bath. No innocent explanation for this is comprehensible or acceptable. If it was a modem or climate control etc it could have been outside the bathroom.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and we woke up each morning with a sore neck, the bath didn’t fill up very deep, staff said on first night they’d send us a “gift” for our anniversary but it never arrived. Would have loved the pool to stay open later.

Spacious room including the bathroom, and a wonderful big spa bath, impressive view, lovely feather pillows, and a fabulous day spa I highly recommend Kirsty. Lovely swimming pool, although not as warm as I would have liked great spa stream room and sauna I had a lovely meal on the ground floor at the tea cafe

I dint like the breakfast, it had very few and poor options. Couldn't even find a normal pan cake for my daughter in the morning.

Beautiful hotel. Located top of Melbourne CBD near Melbourne Marriage registry and theatres. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

I don't like Chrome cast. I'd rather turn on the TV and pay per view movies etc

Loved the big room

Our room was noisy. It seems the doors are not sound proofed. We could hear conversations from the hall way.. Also noises from rooms above and beside.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Breakfast very nice. Rooms spacious. Radii restaurant food needs improving however having said that the hotel may be having issues finding good chefs. Friendly staff, very helpful.

The staff went above and Beyond to help when required,nothing was too much trouble. Marvellous location close to shopping and great restaurants.

It was incredible and a small issue I had was resolved with going above and beyond we had an amazing stay.

On request for a quiet room, across from us had loud guests and children early in the morning and into the night and staff were also quite loud at 10pm attending to these guests whether it was room service etc. But that is the only flaw and I didn't want to complain and spoil there time, but since there was a request for quiet room, it was not.

True hospitality, building well maintained, clean, excellent food, beautiful quiet location right on the city’s edge.

Very minor - Pool paving, tiling and grates etc. have become grotty and need replacing. More important - I left with a really sore neck from the pillows. The feathers are beautiful, but throughout the night the pillow height decreases to nothing and there is no support. I woke every morning with pain. Having options would remove this issue. Even though our stay was otherwise absolutely faultless & it is a stunning hotel, this would deter me from coming back if I was coming from interstate.
