The ART Hotel, Denver

some things were a little worn from wear, but overall beautiful property

a bit run down in some spots (damaged walls or wall art)

Staff was great and nice location.

Room had a couple issues, but those were addressed quickly by awesome staff. Room service not available, but there is a restaurant on site...seems an easy fix .

no tub (personal preference) however significant other loved the shower! cryptocurrency convention held at hotel the weekend we stayed made it very difficult to enjoy beautiful atmosphere as it was extremely noisy and crowded in all general areas of lobby, bar & restaurant with attendees. Wait times for elevators long as well as loitering at check in and valet making it difficult for hotel staff to discern those traveling/ staying for leisure or romantic weekend from convention attendees “hanging out”

location, staff (friendly and casual, and still professional and attentive to requests). we enjoyed the bar/ restaurant scene. good food, fun atmosphere.

the electrical wiring in the room is challenging. the entry light can’t be turned on without also turning on the art spotlight next to the bed. not good for the person who is trying to sleep while the other makes a coffee. had trouble with both bathroom outlets - couldn’t get my night light to turn on even after pressing the reset buttons.

We loved the beautiful building and its collection of art, located steps from world-class museums and great restaurants.

We never complain about or really even notice beds, but our bed and pillows were surprisingly very uncomfortable.

Delicious the first day, The Eggs Benedict was amazing.

The second day hey ran out of Eggs Benedict and I paid $30 for a dry breakfast buritto and coffee

Hotel rates did not match booking.com rates. It was much higher when original price already included taxes and fees. I feel ripped off.

2 of the lights in our room were not working properly and needed repair.

Great modern vibe, interesting interiors. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The view from the restaurant was very nice.

There is a $20 "amenity" fee to spend on food etc. in the hotel, which is strange; fortunately I noticed we were billed the fee twice even though we only stayed one night. The front desk quickly corrected the mistake, but didn't really apologize for the error.

Cannot turn on bathroom lights without turning on lights to the room! Takes 5 minutes to figure out how to use shower valves.

Excellent beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms. State of the art facilities and best location in town, next to all the main attractions.

Receptionist first charged us more than she should have, then gave us the smallest room on the floor though we ordered a king room. It was settled, but still were left with a bad feeling. Both her and her supervisor never bothered to apologize.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and hotel was clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful...top notch really.

I would rate this hotel a perfect score except for the fact that we paid a hotel resort fee on top of our room, taxes, parking etc... I am not sure what this resort fee was for as there were no extra amenities available. Overall the hotel was a basic hotel with a very comfortable bed. On Sunday night we could not even sit at the roof top bar and have a drink as there was a private party.

Style of the room and hotel are nice. Especially bathroom

For the price, I thought it would be nicer. I’m not a picky person. The pillows are god awful. The bathrobe was covered in lint and pilling to the point of it feeling gross so I wouldn’t use it. No one mentioned valet being required until we got here and it was $40/night!

The staff are helpful. There was an issue with my booking and they helped to resolve. The bar and patio is nice.

It’s expensive for what you get. Location is ok.

The fact it was close to the art museum. The art decor in the lobby.

The AC did get cold.

The tub was cracked and the tub stopper was not stopping. The drains in the shower and the tub looked crusty and had a white film on it

The decoration, the bar/restaurant, great drinks and delicious breakfast menu. The staffing was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it and we'll go back soon.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was also delicious and if you wanted something else there was plenty walking distance.

There was nothing we didn't like. This was the best hotel experience I had.

We had to pay $49 for parking we stayed one night , it was my wife's Birthday . The acoustics were bad we could hear every car , truck , motorcycle outside. The bathroom toilet seat needed repair , the air vent in the bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a long tme thedust was just stuck on the tines. I'm sorry it was bad if I could I would get my money back.

Peoplenin front desk realy rude i felt And not helful when calling from room service. I asked if parking was free and these guy sayd well if you wanted everything free you should stayed in thornton ? I dont think that was the answer i neded . I live in thornton i know hes exprecion was i was cheap! I dont like people judging expecialy emploees.

Unfortunately the tv remote seemed like it was not connected to the tv. The batteries were good. The fridge was already cranked to 7 but everything was room temp. The shower head support barely attached to the wall. When calling the front desk about it she literally said she can’t do anything about it. For $500 a night. You think she could figure something out. Shoot send something to my room saying sorry. Almost forgot. It said Mountain View. You mean view of the parking garage roof. See pic

This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee,water,soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.

The restaurant is good, limited selections, but very well made, slow service.

Coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast or even coffee. Rude employee when I asked if there was free coffee.
