Hotel Warwick, Denver

Great pool with bar on roof. Nice restaurant and nice staff.

Breakfast included was pretty convoluted with separate areas.

The pool was great. The restaurant was amazing. The room was like an apartment, loved that.

The computer was down days before I arrived and the entire time I was there. My room key I had to reset everytime I tried to go back to my room, so both those were frustrating

Bar / Restaurant was very inviting.

System was down. Parking was horrible and expensive. Dodge the bird poop on your walk to the parking garage. The bed was not good.

I had hair and crumbs in both beds as if the sheets were never changed.

Front desk staff were not helpful. System was down but they did not go a bit out of there way.

Decent amenities and suitable location. Like the restaurant/bar and the rooftop pool space. Decent room with spacious balcony.

Be prepared to wait…a lot. Between the elevators and valet, it can take *over* twenty minutes to get out of the building. (No exaggeration.) Not sure why only one valet is on duty even during peak times (i.e. 11am Sunday). Not sure why the only two front desk staff on duty are *both* required to help each guest when the line is growing…and growing. As a grown-ass man, I don’t like having to sign a no-guest policy agreement, *especially* when I am not expecting one. Housekeeping is bare minimum. TIP: The parking ramp next door is cheaper and you don’t have to waste time waiting for a valet to appear at the stand.

The property itself had great amenities and was clean and well presented.

Our room lacked hot water our entire trip, which made staying there with our one-year-old son a challenge

Staff weren’t super helpful and were a little surly, no offer to help with bags etc and had to wait a long time to get the luggage cart for ourselves

Took a long time for our room to be ready. Parking garage next door was hard to get into (not Warwick’s fault but something to be aware of).

The restaurant and included breakfast was fabulous, the rooms where comfortable and large, but overall - the staff was the best! Very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again, 100%.

No bedding for the sofa bed. Reception staff said she would send some up. After half an hour nothing arrived. Tried phoning Reception but no reply. Went down and was told the hotel was completely out of pillows! She gave me a sheet as she didn't have a comforter. Utterly ridiculous! The service at breakfast was extremely slow.

The staff were very warm and friendly. I was impressed with their care and concern. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The only thing I was not pleased with was the long wait at check-in, and one elevator was out of order.. There was only one group of three before me. I was not acknowledged until after 10 minutes of the total 20-minute wait time. Other than that, I wish the couch in my room was deeper and a bigger pool.

The continental breakfast and happy hour were good. The room was nice and the bedding was great.

Our first impression was 4 people smoking cigarettes outside. The intial person at check in was a bit "snarky" and another one was kind of rude to my husband when he asked for a recommendation for a barber. The initial valet didn't attempt to even hold the door open when we were arriving with all of our luggage. The next days improved. We didn't enjoy our dinner experience at all. The A/C wasn't working properly and we were literally sweating in the restaurant. We moved tables but it wasn't much better. We spent over $100 on dinner and didn't even eat half of it. The service was good and he offered us sorbet as a consolation.

Jeremy at valet was awesome He was very professional and prompt and I never had to wait longer than necessary Better service with him than anyone else and Kris at the front desk was amazing as well!

The location is super sketchy

Location was great. And it was possible to park on the street using meters, which was nice.Lots of families staying there, but the rooms are well built and it was quiet. The in-house restaurant was quite good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The pool was very small. The pictures were pretty misleading. The elevators were not working. Poor amenities. No lotion and 2 in 1 shampoo.

Restaurant was nice, pool was nice. Everyone working was very kind.

Upon check in I was told that my room had been overbooked, and I was put in a room with 2 full sized beds instead of a king. I wouldn't have stayed here if I knew this was going to be the case. Me and my husband slept in two separate beds. The valet staff was never present, we had to go get our car from the valet lot ourselves because the desk staff couldn't find the valet staff. Also the hotel gym was very minimal, a few cardio machines and a few dumbells.

Unfortunately the Restaurant staff was mean to my kids and I don’t feel welcome or water there for breakfast. Rom was nice but shower never worked.

Amazing Building, Roof top pool is a super plus. Our Room was amazing.

Please, be more clear about breakfast while booking.

We arrived at 10 pm and room was not ready. Had to wait 30-40 minutes. Also beds were very small and it was not really breakfast included

The size of the room was excellent. Comfortable bed, great shower, very spacious room with a lounge area and a balcony.

Check in is 4pm which seems late. I received a message the day prior to arrival explaining guaranteed check in was 4pm. We arrived and were unable to check in until 5pm which was frustrating. I sent the property a few questions before arrival and I never received a response.
