Very clean, big room, nice lobby and restaurant

Great location and staff. Super clean and comfortable. Really well remodeled.

I heard some noise from my loud neighbors, but nothing too bothersome.

Location is great, heated pool on the rooftop was really nice, bed was pretty comfortable.

There is a $75 hold that no one mentions prior to arrival and third party cards like chime are not accepted. Mini bar in the room was highly overpriced!

Located in walking distance from Fillmore Auditorium. Very clean and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable room, WiFi, free coffee and refreshments/drinks throughout the stay.

Cleaning staff could have been more aware regarding the spots dirt is accumulating. The absence of a handheld showerhead made showering a bit complicated.

The air conditioning system in the room was quite noisy sometimes

the manager treated my son and I like street trash when we first got there. Told another staff member we where at the wrong place. Did not appreciate it at all.

Lovely comfortable, spacious room, immaculately clean. Despite cold weather, quick swim in outdoor heated pool was delightful. Exercise room wasn't large, but had what I needed. Staff friendly and competent.

someone had spilled something in hallway and wasn't cleaned up-BUT I didn't report it either, and since at way end of hallway regularly staff may not have seen.

The front desk was being remodeled, so it wasnt perfect, but still nice enough.

The customer service was great

The door handle to the closet came off before I try to open it. Also the toilet would not flush. Maintenance took care of it later

The location was central and super close to downtown. The staff was so helpful and the room was perfectly comfy.

Denver had a water shut down? Before we got there and it caused the boiler to not work over night ? So there wasn't hot water until the next morning.

It was just a one day and it was very nice

Staff was incredibly friendly. They personally delivered coffee pods to our room when we ran out.

There was no microwave in the room.

Some dinner menu items were overpriced - $30 for a small bowl of pasta a cream sauce - more like macaroni and cheese rather than the 'unique' nature described by our very competent and friendly server. Toilets need to be Upgraded to modern standards - our mattress wasn't as comfortable as we.ve had in past stays.

Really beautiful lobby and nice sized room. Great location for all things downtown, super walkable.

Very long check in. Not sure what was taking so long but we waited for over 40 mins with a toddler.

Great location walking distance to most nightlife. Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. Fitness center was great and had great views.

The majority of the room was clean and tidy upon arrival, however I found several issues with the bedding and sheets. There were several rips in the fitted sheet to my bed, and a few stains on the comforter. Also the body wash in the shower was constantly leaking into the bathtub.

The restaurant had great food! Room was spacious !

The beds were be try uncomfortable! Hard as a brick couldn’t sleep well.

It takes a while to get hot water and for a shower, it does not last long for 2 people.

The staff was outstanding. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Loved the fireplaces. Spacious rooms.

The pillows are too flimsy with no neck support. The area around the hotel was not desirable. Too many homeless which detract from the area. No shops or restaurants close by.

Room spacious, comfortable, clean-balcony! Had everything I needed. Staff excellent. Restaurant very good. Bonus of free bottles of water and a drink in the bar coupon/ day. Good location, good value.

Superb spacious room facing east on 7th floor wonderful sunrise very comfortable very well located for attractions we wished to see. helpful staff provided information. clean streets.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly.

No parking, we had to park in a parking garage that was close, but that was closed due to the weekend, we had to be buzzed in. And the bed wasn't as soft as expected.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the guy who was running the bar at the rooftop pool. I would stay again and also recommend to my friends as well.

Servers agreed to my request to get cereal as a side rather than pay for a whole buffet when all I wanted was cereal anda coffee.

Breakfast buffet was offered as all or nothing. All I required was cereal not a full buffet, which is where the cereal was located.

The location was about 6 blocks from the venue that I was attending making it walking distance. The room was bright and nice. It had a mini frig - a nice touch. the buffet breakfast was good quality.

I would have prefered to order something myself. $16 for breakfast isn't cheap.

Great reception staff. Breakfast staff were nice but a bit slow. Not great if in a rush. Good size room. Good bathroom.

The gym was a bit tired and could do with some attention. Overall the decor was old and tired.

The bar and restaurant were very good. Good location for downtown attractions.

The room was very large, but the only furniture was one desk chair. This made it difficult to relax when in the room. Parking was expensive.

Very clean and private

The parking garage seemed a little unsafe with the homeless digging in the trash as you walk to the hotel. The tub drain was clogged with previous guest hair.

It felt a bit outdated/in need of some updates. We specifically upgraded our room to a “one bedroom suite” thinking the bedroom would be separate, but that was not the case. I brought this up to the front desk and was told every room is different and they can’t guarantee layout.

KUDOS TO TEC.. HE'S WORKING WITH UNBELIEVABLE CIRCUMSTANCES AND MANAGES FOR ENTRY/EXIT TO GO SMOOTHLY. A MAJOR AREA FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE THE LIMITED SPACE FOR CARS TO PARK UPON ARRIVAL. YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO CIRCLE THE BLOCK UNTIL THERE IS SPACE FOR YOU TO UNLOAD LUGGAGE. ANOTHER KUDO GOES TO EZRA, POOL BARMAN. ON HIS OWN, HE ROCKS THE BAR SCENE ON THE ROOFTOP! MAX AT RECEPTION IS ON TOP OF IT ALL.

PARKING UPON ARRIVAL IS A DISASTER!

Our brief stay worked out really well. Loved the size of the suite. Location was really convenient.

Very nice hotel will book again if I come back to Denver Colorado.

The continental breakfast could have a few more options - eg: a live station or more varieties especially for Eggs
