Hotel Warwick, Denver

Location is good for me.

TV was not good. I think it’s on its last legs.
Makeup mirror light not working.
Very small waste baskets.

Clean room, good size, good food at restaurant, good fitness room

Customer service was really not great, staff made basic things seem like a chore, not responsive to room requests, not readily helping to take bags up to room. It was obvious they were short staffed.

Attentive staff. Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel restaurant was delicious. Lucky with the weather to enjoy the rooftop pool.

Wish the rooftop bar was open for beverages, but maybe too early in the season for that

Location was very accessible and convenient.
The room was amazing; very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Free coffee during breakfast was a nice touch.

Concierge desk was under renovation during my stay and shortstaffed when I arrived. Checking was incredibly slow but the lady on duty was friendly and tried her best.
Free Wifi was disappointingly unreliable.
Food was average.

Slow check in. Room was enormous and tv was so small (maybe 36 inches) that you couldn’t even read the closed captioning from the bed. Who thought that was a good idea? Long walk for a handicapped person to any restaurant other than the one attached.

Location is great, heated pool on the rooftop was really nice, bed was pretty comfortable.

There is a $75 hold that no one mentions prior to arrival and third party cards like chime are not accepted. Mini bar in the room was highly overpriced!

Located in walking distance from Fillmore Auditorium. Very clean and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable.

Parking was a bit pricey

Lovely comfortable, spacious room, immaculately clean. Despite cold weather, quick swim in outdoor heated pool was delightful. Exercise room wasn't large, but had what I needed. Staff friendly and competent.

someone had spilled something in hallway and wasn't cleaned up-BUT I didn't report it either, and since at way end of hallway regularly staff may not have seen.

Staff was incredibly friendly. They personally delivered coffee pods to our room when we ran out.

There was no microwave in the room.

Some dinner menu items were overpriced - $30 for a small bowl of pasta a cream sauce - more like macaroni and cheese rather than the 'unique' nature described by our very competent and friendly server. Toilets need to be Upgraded to modern standards - our mattress wasn't as comfortable as we.ve had in past stays.

No bedding in room for pull out couch. Only sheet and thin blanket given when called. Also not a fan of all the playboy art in hallways and room. It’s 2025 not Mad Men!

Great location walking distance to most nightlife. Staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. Hotel was quiet and other guests were respectful. Fitness center was great and had great views.

The majority of the room was clean and tidy upon arrival, however I found several issues with the bedding and sheets. There were several rips in the fitted sheet to my bed, and a few stains on the comforter. Also the body wash in the shower was constantly leaking into the bathtub.

The restaurant had great food! Room was spacious !

The beds were be try uncomfortable! Hard as a brick couldn’t sleep well.

It takes a while to get hot water and for a shower, it does not last long for 2 people.

The staff was outstanding. The hotel was very beautiful and clean. Loved the fireplaces. Spacious rooms.

The pillows are too flimsy with no neck support. The area around the hotel was not desirable. Too many homeless which detract from the area. No shops or restaurants close by.

Room spacious, comfortable, clean-balcony! Had everything I needed. Staff excellent. Restaurant very good. Bonus of free bottles of water and a drink in the bar coupon/ day. Good location, good value.

Pool closed during warm weather stay:( ( and oddly, the toilet seemed very low)
